Three years of repression! Three years of Struggle of Truth against Power!
To Demand:
1. Release all arrested workers now!
2. Immediately reinstate all terminated workers!
3. Immediately revoke suspension of General Sec of MUKU!
4. Accede the legitimate demands, including wage-settlement, of Maruti Suzuki workers of Gurgaon and Manesar!

!While of the 147 workers in Jail for the last 3 years, some have got bail after a long wait, 36 workers continue to be jailed. Their bail applications have been rejected time and again, and they face a possible sentencing from the Trial Court in the coming days which may also include life-time imprisonment, making it a shining example of what Mr. Modi’s India means by justice for those-who-make-in-India.
The exploited-repressed workers have however refused to be cowed down and embody a relentless resistance for over 4 years. The Maruti Suzuki Workers Union (MSWU, Manesar) and the Maruti Udyog Kamgar Union (MUKU, Gurgaon) have called for a rally tomorrow. The entire administration has already gone overboard to ensure ‘industrial peace’ by, among others, arbitrarily invoking Sec 144 in Manesar area, while the Commissioner of Police, Gurgaon makes a completely undemocratic coercion by making the present Union members sign pledges to ‘keep terminated workers and ‘outside elements’ out of the program tomorrow.
