l'imperialismo italiano, contro ogni imperialismo,
contro
il regime della borghesia compradora di Tunisia
La
condizione degli immigrati tunisini e africani che vengono verso
l'Europa è sempre peggiore. Molti di loro muoiono in mare causando
sempre più dolore alle loro famiglie, come è avvenuto con
l'affondamento dell nave che trasportava 180 immigranti al largo
dell'isola di Karkennah in Tunisia nei giorni scorsi.
La
crisi economica che scuote la Tunisia contribuisce a questo
fenomeno, la borghesia compradora e i grandi proprietari terrieri
opprimono le masse popolari non solo per conto proprio ma anche per
conto degli imperialisti.
Il
regime reazionario tunisino è incapace di dare lavoro ai
disoccupati e di conseguenza aumenta il numero di immigrati.
Inoltre,
il regime tunisino conclude accordi economici con le potenze
imperialiste come la Francia e l'Italia, firma accordi politici in
nome della "lotta contro l'immigrazione illegale" e svende
le risorse nazionali: Tutto questo contribuisce al mantenimento del
dominio imperialista e alla povertà delle masse popolari nel
paese.
L'imperialismo
italiano, da parte sua , non è in grado di risolvere il problema e
interviene militarmente insieme ad altri paesi imperialisti,
causando morte e povertà in alcuni paesi, come ad esempio in Iraq
e, più recentemente, in Niger.
Inoltre,
i padroni imperialisti italiani investono il loro capitale in
Tunisia con il vantaggio di sfruttare i suoi lavoratori qualificati
al costo 0: senza pagare le tasse e con il diritto di esportare
tutti i profitti, mentre i lavoratori non hanno diritti sindacali;
quindi questi famosi investimenti stranieri non contribuiscono a
ridurre il tasso di disoccupazione in un paese come la Tunisia.
Per
tutti questi motivi, il flusso di immigrati continuerà, per questo
motivo immigrati sono trattati in modo fascista e razzista e ci sono
s sparizioni, proteste e persino suicidi nelle prigioni e nei campi
di immigrati.
Il
ministro dell'Interno italiano Matteo Salvini considera gli
immigrati come criminali esportati dalla Tunisia in Italia e a
agisce e minaccia di impedire alle navi di soccorso degli immigrati
di raggiungere i porti italiani. Ovunque in Europa gli immigrati
vengono trattati come schiavi che possono essere venduti e
acquistati in qualsiasi momento, o vengono uccisi a sangue freddo
nel Mediterraneo prima che raggiungano la sponda occidentale.
Il
governo italiano, di cui il ministro Salvini è il principale
rappresentante, è caratterizzato da
una natura profondamente fascista e razzista e da un forte
populismo di destra. Questa miscela in un contesto di crisi
economica internazionale significa che è il governo imperialista
stesso che diffonde tra le masse popolari sentimenti di odio e
xenofobia contro gli immigrati, descritti come "invasori",
semplici criminali, stupratori, terroristi e principale causa di
disoccupazione in Italia.
I
comunisti maoisti di Italia e Tunisia chiamano

il proletariato e le masse popolari a mobilitarsi contro
l'imperialismo italiano e
il regime reazionario compradore tunisino.

chiamano i migranti di unirsi e lottare per la libertà di
movimento e di asilo.

salutano tutte le forze e le associazioni coinvolte nell'assistenza
e nella ricezione dei migranti.

La
souffrance des immigrants Tunisiens et Africains vers l'Europe s'est
aggravée. Nombreux parmi eux meurent en mer entrainant la douleur
et le chagrin chez leurs familles comme s'était le cas avec le
naufrage d'un bateau transportant 180 immigrants au large de l'ile
de Karkennah en Tunisie ces derniers jours. La crise
économique qui secoue la Tunisie contribue a ce phénomène, la
bourgeoisie compradore et les grands propriétaires terriens
oppriment le peuple non seulement pour leur propre compte mais
aussi pour le compte des impérialistes, le régime
réactionnaire Tunisien est incapable de fournir du travail aux
chômeurs d'ou l'accentuation du nombre des immigrants. En plus,
le régime tunisien conclut des accords économiques avec les
puissances impérialistes comme la France et l'Italie et signe des
accords politiques tels que la "lutte contre l'immigration
"clandestin" et vend les ressources nationales ce qui
contribue au maintien de la domination imperialiste et la pauvreté
dans le pays. L'impérialisme Italien est lui aussi
incapable de résoudre le problème de l'immigration D'une part,
il intervient militairement aux côtés d'autres pays impérialistes,
provoquant la mort et la pauvreté dans certains pays comme l'Irak
ou, plus récemment, le Niger. En outre, l'Italie investit son
capital en tunisie avec l'avantage d'exploiter ses travailleurs
qualifiés au coût 0: sans payer d'impôt et avec le droit
d'exporter tout le bénéfice, les travailleurs ne se voient pas
accorder de droits syndicaux. Ces fameux investissements étrangers
ne contribuent donc pas à réduire le taux de chômage dans un
pays comme la Tunisie. Pour toutes ces raisons le flux des
immigrants continuera c'est pour cette raison qu'il traite les
immigrants de manière fasciste et raciste et il y avait des
disparus, des protestations et même des suicides dans les
prisons et les camps des immigrants. Le ministre de l'Intérieur
italien Matteo Salvini a traite les immigrants de criminels exportés
de la Tunisie vers l'Italie, et a menacé d'empêcher les
navires de sauvetage des immigrants d'atteindre les ports
italiens partout en Europe les immigrants sont traités comme des
esclaves qu'on peut vendre et acheter à n'importe quel moment
ou ils sont tués de sang froid dans la Méditerranée avant
qu'il n'atteignent sa rive occidentale. Le nouveau gouvernement
italien, dont le ministre Salvini est le principal représentant, se
caractérise par un fort populisme de droite et une nature
profondément fasciste et raciste. Ce mélange dans un contexte de
crise économique internationale signifie que le gouvernement
lui-même répand parmi les masses les sentiments populaires de
haine et de xénophobie contre les immigrants qualifiés d
'"envahisseurs" et de simples criminels, violeurs,
terroristes et la cause principale du chômage. en Italie.
Les
communistens maoistes d'Italie et de Tunisie appellent les
proletariat et les masses populaires à se mobiliser contre
l'impérialisme italien et le régime compradore et
reactionaire tunisien.
Ils
appellent les migrants à s'unir et à se battre pour la liberté
de mouvement et d'asile.
Ils
saluent toutes les forces et associations impliquées dans
l'assistance et l'accueil des migrants.

The
suffering of Tunisian and African immigrants to Europe has worsened.
Many of them die in the sea causing more and more pain to their
families as it happened with the sinking of a ship carrying 180
immigrants off the island of Karkennah in Tunisia recently. The
economic crisis that shakes Tunisia contributes to this phenomenon,
the comprador bourgeoisie and the large landowners oppress the people
not only on their own but also on behalf of the imperialists, the
Tunisian reactionary regime is unable to provide jobs to the
unemployed and consequently increases the number of immigrants.
Furthermore, the Tunisian regime concludes economic agreements with
the imperialist powers such as France and Italy and signs political
agreements such as the "fight against illegal immigration"
and sells national resources, which contributes to the maintenance of
imperialist domination and poverty in the country. Italian
imperialism is not even able to solve the problem: on the one hand,
it intervenes militarily together with other imperialist countries,
causing death and poverty in some countries, such as in Iraq or, more

with the advantage of exploiting its skilled workers at cost 0:

unemployment in Italy.
The
Maoist communists of Italy and the maoists of Tunisia call the
proletariat and the popular masses to mobilize against Italian
imperialism and the reactionary Tunisian comprador regime. They call
migrants to join and fight for freedom of movement and asylum.
They
greet all the forces and associations involved in assisting and
receiving migrants.

تفاقمت
معاناة المهاجرين التونسيين والأفارقة
نحو أوربا ويموت كثير منهم في البحر بما
يسبب الألم والحزن بين عائلاتهم مثلما
كان عليه الحال عندما غرق مركب كان على
متنه 180
مهاجرا
في ساحل جزيرة قرقنة بتونس خلال الأيام
الاخيرة .
وتساهم
الأزمة الاقتصادية التى تعصف بتونس في
خلق هذه الظاهرة فالبرجوازية الكمبرادورية
وكبار الملاكين العقاريين يضطهدون الشعب
ليس فقط لحسابهم الخاص ولكن أيضا لحساب
الامبرياليين فالنظام الرجعي التونسي
عاجز عن توفير الشغل للمعطلين لذلك يتزايد
عدد المهاجرين .
وفضلا
عن ذلك يوقع النظام التونسي اتفاقيات
اقتصادية مع القوى الامبريالية مثل فرنسا
وايطاليا ويمضي على اتفاقيات سياسية مثل
"
مقاومة
الهجرة السرية "
ويبيع
الموارد الوطنية مما يساهم في دوام الهيمنة
الامبريالية والفقر في البلاد .
كما
إن الامبريالية الايطالية عاجزة بدورها
عن حل مشكل الهجرة فمن جهة تتدخل عسكريا
الى جانب دول امبريالية أخرى متسببة في
الموت والفقر في عدد من البلدان مثل العراق
ومؤخرا في النيجر ومن جهة ثانية تستثمر
رأسمالها في تونس لكي تحصل على امتياز
استغلال عمال مهرة بأبخس ثمن ودون دفع
ضرائب و
تصدير كل ربحها وحرمان العمال من حقوقهم
النقابية .
وتلك
الاستثمارات الاجنبية لا تساهم في
التخفيض في نسبة البطالة في بلد مثل تونس
ولكل هذه الأسباب سيتواصل تدفق المهاجرين
على ايطاليا ولهذا يعاملونهم بطريقة
فاشية وعنصرية وهناك مفقودين واحتجاجات
وحتى حوادث انتحار في السجون ومخيمات
المهاجرين .
وقد
وصف وزير الداخلية الايطالي ماتيو سالفيني
المهاجرين بالمجرمين الذين تصدرهم تونس
الى ايطاليا وهدد
بمنع
سفن
انقاذهم
من بلوغ
الموانئ
الايطالية ، وفي كل
مكان
في
أوربا تجري معاملة المهاجرين كعبيد يمكن
بيعهم وشراؤهم في أى وقت أو
إنهم يقتلون بدم بارد في البحر الأبيض
المتوسط قبل وصولهم الى ضفته الغربية
.
وتتصف
الحكومة الايطالية التى يعتبر سالفيني
ممثلها الاساسي بشعبويتها اليمينية
القوية وبطبيعتها الفاشية والعنصرية
العميقة ، وهذا الخليط في ظرف موسوم
بالأزمة
الاقتصادية معناه أن الحكومة نفسها تنشر
بين الجماهير مشاعر الحقد والكراهية
ضد المهاجرين الذين يوصفون بـ"
المحتلين
"
والمجرمين
والمتعصبين
والإرهابيين
والسبب الأساسي
للبطالة في ايطاليا .
لأجل
هذا ينادي الشيوعيون الماويون في ايطاليا
وتونس البروليتاريا والجماهير الشعبية
لكي تنهض
ضد الامبريالية الايطالية والنظام
الكمبرادوري وينادون المهاجرين الى
الاتحاد من أجل
حرية الحركة واللجوء
ويحيون كل القوى والجمعيات المنخرطة في
التكفل باستقبالهم
والإحاطة
بهم .
