II. The Communist Parties of Peru and Mexico call all the communist world to uphold, defend and apply Marxism-Leninism-Maoism as the ideology of the proletariat, and to oppose the revolution to the predatory imperialist war. They also call them to work for the consolidation of the ideological and political unity of our parties on the basis of the organizational unit to build the Communist International which will impose the World Proletarian Revolution as the only means of emancipation of the proletariat and people around the world.
