Revolutionary Movement in Central Negros Comprehensively Failed the Oplan Kapayapaan and All-out war of the US-Duterte regimeThe Leonardo Panaligan Command - New People's Army  (LPC-NPA) congratulates and commends the courageous  members of the revolutionary masses in Central Negros  in their persistence in building the Barrio Revolutionary Committee (BRC/ KRB) last July 21, 2018, in an isolated and forested  section of Central Negros, despite the ceaseless AFP-led battallion-size operations in parts of the guerilla front.
