Statement
The International Committee in
Support of the
People’s War in India (ICSPWI) salutes and supports and calls up
the world proletariat, all the revolutionary and democratic and
antimperialist organizations to salute and support the 13th of September
day of the Political Prisoners Rights in India and let
us pay the revolutionary greetings to our comrades in jails
those who
are stood steadfastly and hold red banner firmly, as part of the
protracted campaign for release all political prisoners in
India.
The Indian comrades writes ‘94
years ago a
national revolutionary Com. Jatindranath Das was on indefinite
hunger
strike with Comrade Bhagat Singh, demanding to recognize
revolutionaries as political prisoners in the jail, with British
raj.
After 63 days hunger strike he was martyred. In memory of that
great
martyr, the CPI(Maoist) observes 13th September as
the Political Prisoners Rights Day. For the CPI
(Maoist), present rulers not only are not part of that
independence
struggle; they also opposed it and supported the colonial
masters.
Now they are shamelessly and very mischievously praising it and
observing the Azadi ka Amrut Kaal (75 years of the
independence).
But even today in jails, no one
revolutionary is
being treated as a political prisoner in this so called large
democratic country.
The hindutva rulers are very
eagerly,
undemocratically and unconstitutionally passing the bills in the
legislatures on their road map of building Hindu Nation before
2047
which is the centenary of Indian so called independence. It is
our
prime responsibility to fail their dreams and protect the Indian
bio
diversity including religious minorities' particularly Muslim
and
Christian minorities with the success of Indian New Democratic
Revolution.’
The struggle for their
unconditional release is an
urgent task for all the solidarity forces and it is integrating
part
of the support for the victory of their liberation war.
The protracted campaign that
begins in this 13th september in all possible matters , adapted at the
national
conditions of all countries, will culminate in a great
international
day of actions on November 25, 2023.

El Comité Internacional de Apoyo a la Guerra Popular en la India (ICSPWI) saluda y apoya y llama al proletariado mundial, a todas las organizaciones revolucionarias, democráticas y antimperialistas a saludar y apoyar el 13 de septiembre, día de los Derechos de los Prisioneros Políticos en la India y dejar que rindamos saludos revolucionarios a nuestros camaradas en las cárceles, aquellos que se mantienen firmes y sostienen firmemente la bandera roja, como parte de la campaña prolongada por la liberación de todos los presos políticos en la India.
Los camaradas indios escriben “Hace 94 años un Com. revolucionario nacional. Jatindranath Das estaba en huelga de hambre indefinida con el camarada Bhagat Singh, exigiendo reconocer a los revolucionarios como prisioneros políticos en la cárcel, junto con el raj británico. Después de 63 días de huelga de hambre fue martirizado. En memoria de ese gran mártir, el PCI (maoísta) celebra el 13 de septiembre como el Día de los Derechos de los Presos Políticos. Para el PCI (maoísta), los gobernantes actuales no sólo no son parte de esa lucha independentista; también se opusieron y apoyaron a los amos coloniales. Ahora lo alaban descaradamente y con mucha picardía y observan el Azadi ka Amrut Kaal (75 años de la independencia).
Pero incluso hoy en las cárceles, ningún revolucionario es tratado como prisionero político en este llamado gran país democrático.
Los gobernantes hindúes están aprobando con mucho entusiasmo, de manera antidemocrática e inconstitucional, los proyectos de ley en las legislaturas en su hoja de ruta para construir la nación hindú antes de 2047, que es el centenario de la llamada independencia de la India. Es nuestra principal responsabilidad hacer fracasar sus sueños y proteger la biodiversidad india, incluidas las minorías religiosas, en particular las musulmanas y cristianas, con el éxito de la Revolución de Nueva Democracia india.
La lucha por su liberación incondicional es una tarea urgente para todas las fuerzas solidarias y forma parte del apoyo a la victoria de su guerra de liberación.
La campaña prolongada que comienza este 13 de septiembre en todos los ámbitos posibles, adaptada a las condiciones nacionales de todos los países, culminará en un gran día internacional de acciones el 25 de noviembre de 2023.
