Dear comrades,
It
is with great regret that we learned of the death of comrade Luis
Jalandoni, a valuable comrade for the Communist Party of the Philippines
and for the National Democratic Front of the Philippines, for the
members of the Party and for the popular masses, who played a leading
role in the people's war that has been developing for so many years in
the Philippines.
His
battle, which lasted in fact all his life - he died at the age of 90 -
in the service of the proletariat and the Filipino masses, is an example
for the generations that want to continue to fight on the path of
revolution: a direct example while in the Philippines he carried out the
people's war with armed struggle, and then in Europe always at the
service of the Filipino masses to unmask the regimes in the eyes of the
international proletariat and the whole world dictatorships, from Marcos
Sr. to Marcos Jr., passing through Aquino and Duterte.
Ka
Jalandoni was the protagonist of an urgent and necessary struggle
against regimes of misery, exploitation, repression of revolutionary
militants, torture in prisons, subjugation to imperialism, first and
foremost the USA, which allows multinationals to exploit the people and
plunder the country of its resources.
It
is also for this reason that we must treasure every contribution that
comes from the experience of the struggle of revolutionaries against
regimes and against imperialism, just like the contributions that come
from the long experience of comrade Jalandoni.
We are internationalists, and every comrade we lose is a loss for the whole revolutionary communist movement.
We
are internationalists, and we carry on the common battle against
imperialism in unity and struggle among the revolutionary forces.
In
expressing our deepest condolences to the family of Ka Jalandoni, to
the members of the Communist Party of the Philippines and the National
Democratic Front of the Philippines, we maintain the memory of
revolutionary comrade Ka Luis by always supporting the people's war.
