A sit-in at the Turkish Consulate in Milan organized by the Assemblea di Donne Lavorattrici del MFPR (women workers of the Revolutionary Proletarian Feminist Movement) has taken place today, March 25, challenging a huge number of cops, deployed to "protect" the site.
Today we have firsthand felt the need for this initiative, both from the words of a Turkish immigrated, who thanked us for showing solidarity and support for Turkish women in struggle, and by the looks of simpathy by the common people walking there, who carefully read our banners, and also by a immigrant woman who asked to be photographed beside a banner in sign of solidarity.
