The comrades were arrested but release after some hours after the events related to the 7th of october demonstration in Tunis in order to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and Resistance and against the aggression of Lebanon by the zionist State

صباح الخير الناس الكل ،

احنا وائل وجواهر نكتبو من حساب يسار ولدنا خاتر فايسبوكاتنا مسكرة مؤقتا ،

احنا لاباس ، تسيبنا احنا ولؤي البارح مع نص الليل من القرجاني بعد ليلة طويلة ، بدات العشية باختطافنا من دارنا ، كسروا الباب وضربونا قدام صغارنا ، دزوا يسار وصمود وفركسوا الدار الكل وخطفونا احنا وتلفوناتنا والحاسوب وتابلات يسار وهزونا للقرجاني ، في القرجاني بحثنا في ستة محاضر كلهم نفس النسخة من بعضهم معاودة فقط باش يكثروا القضايا ومصدرها الكل فرقة باب بحر، التهمة الموجهة لينا هي "تكوين وفاق قصد احراق منشٱت دبلوماسية وتعمد الاعتداء بالعنف الشديد على اعوان الأمن المكلفين بحمايتها" ، ستة محاضر وفيديوات وشهادات وتقارير كلها ولا فيها حتى حاجة تثبت اننا مارسنا اي نوع من العنف على أي كان. كل الاسئلة كانت حول مسيرة 7 أكتوبر وحول تنسيقية العمل المشترك من أجل فلسطين، ومع نص الليل قالولنا براو روحوا ومازلنا على ذمة البحث ومازالت تلفوناتنا محجوزة عندهم (هاوكا علاش مازالت حساباتنا مسكرة).

نحبوا نشكروا برشا برشا الاساتذة المحامين التسعة الي حضروا معانا البارح في البحث ونشكروا الأصدقاء والرفاق الي جاونا قدام القرجاني ، ونشكروا كل من ساندنا بالبيانات وحتى بتدوينة ، خاتر حجم المساندة الكبير هذاكا هو الي أدى لاطلاق سراحنا البارح بعد ما كان كل شي ماشي في اتجاه الاحتفاظ.

فما حاجة قلناها البارح في المركز وقلناها قبل المركز نقولوها بعد المركز وهي انه كل اساليب الهرسلة والقمع ماهيش باش تمنعنا من مواصلة النضال دعما للمقاومة وتضامنا مع الشعب الفلسطيني وتكثيف التحركات ضد سفارات ومصالح الدول الداعمة للعدوان على فلسطين ولبنان وايضا التحركات من أجل الحرية والكرامة والعدالة في تونس. ونقولو للناس الي مستانسة اتبع الاخبار متاع التحركات من بروفيلاتنا انها تنجم تلقا كل الاخبار على صفحة تنسيقية العمل المشترك من أجل فلسطين في انتظار انه حساباتنا ترجع.

Jawaher and Wael's message via Yasser's account

Good morning everyone,

We, Wael and Jawaher, are writing from our son Yasser's account because our Facebooks are temporarily closed.

We are fine, Louay and I were left last night at midnight from Ghorjani police station after a long night, the evening started with our kidnapping from our house, they broke the door and beat us in front of our children, they sent Yasser and Samoud and trashed the entire house and kidnapped us and our phones, computer and Yasser's tablets and took us to Ghorjani, in Ghorjani we were accused of six reports, all of them the same copy of each other, just to multiply the cases and their source is the Bab Bahr brigade, the charge against us is "forming a gang with the intention of burning diplomatic facilities and deliberately assaulting with extreme violence the security personnel assigned to protect them", six reports, videos, testimonies and reports, all of them do not contain anything to prove that we practiced any kind of violence against anyone. All the questions were about the October 7 march and about the coordination of joint action for Palestine, and at midnight they told us to go and we are still under investigation and our phones are still with them (that's why our accounts are still closed). We would like to thank many, many of the nine lawyers who attended the investigation with us yesterday and thank the friends and comrades who came to us in front of Ghorjani, and thank everyone who supported us with statements and even a blog post, because that great support is what led to our release yesterday after everything was going in the direction of detention. So what we said yesterday at the center and said before the center, we will say after the center is that all the methods of harassment and repression will not prevent us from continuing the struggle in support of the resistance and in solidarity with the Palestinian people and intensifying the movements against the embassies and interests of the countries supporting the aggression against Palestine and Lebanon, as well as the movements for freedom, dignity and justice in Tunisia.
