Against the Imperialist War, Reaction, Fascism, Repression, Poverty and Oppression
Proletarians and Oppressed Peoples of the World, unite!
We Have Nothing to Loose But Our Chains and Have a World to Win!
Let’s take the streets this May 1st, international day of struggle of the working class and oppressed peoples that is being held this year in a context of sharpening imperialist system contradictions and growing repression, which is opposed by a growing resistance of the proletarians and peoples.
The furious attacks of imperialists, their States and their governments on proletarians and the masses reflect the unloading on proletarians and the masses of their general crisis that is deepening.
All imperialist States and governments are increasing military spending beyond measure and explicitly say that we must prepare for war.
The imperialist powers US/NATO/EU are equipping themselves with increasingly modern and devastating armaments and plan to use of nuclear weapons; they are strengthening their armies, militarizing their territories, developing the war economy.
Russian imperialism and Chinese social-imperialism are on the one side the target of this offensive and on the other one are riding the crisis of USA/NATO/EU imperialism to prepare a new set up more favourable to them.
The imperialist war originates from the global economic crisis of the imperialist capitalist system that demands a new partition of the world.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine, the ongoing genocide in Palestine by the Zionist state of Israel, the attacks on Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, the occupation of Kurdistan and massacres on the Kurdish people by the fascist Turkish state, the preparations of the US to attack and encircle China through the Philippines with alliances in the Indo-Pacific are aspects of the march towards the war of partition.
It is opposed by the action of China in the global economic arena, the invasion of Ucraina of Russia and also the gradual line up of other countries in the world which their reationaries regimes aspire to become gendarmes in their areas within the imperialist system: Turkey, India, Brazil, etc.
The costs of war and rearmament are unloaded on proletarians and people’s masses with heightening cost of living, unemployment, precariousness, cuts of social spending, attacks on the rights and struggles of proletarians and people’s masses. The capitalists intensify the exploitation and more and more turn the proletarians and the most exploited sections of them into modern slaves at the service of profit.
In the countries oppressed by imperialism, poverty and oppression of the people are worsening, and they also pay for the global environmental climate crisis and the effects of natural disasters.
While externally the imperialist states and governments prepare war, internally the tendency to modern fascism combined with the crisis of imperialism advances and the tendency to a world imperialist war finds today a reference point in the Trump presidency and the fraction of the ruling class of the imperialist bourgeoisie which came to power in the US, restristing and erasing the vestiges of bourgeois democracy itself, attacking democratic freedoms and filling prisons, establishing increasingly dictatorial forms of government, within which fascist parties and modern fascism advance, according to the characteristics of the different countries.
Women's rights, freedom of thought are attacked, hatred is fomented, chauvinism and nationalism are strengthened to hit the people’s resistance, divide the proletariat and the masses, at the service of the domination of the ruling classes and their lackeys. Racism is intensified with attacks in all forms on immigrants, with deaths in the sea, concentration camps, slave exploitation, expulsions and deportations. The monopoly of old and new media is increasingly in the hands of technological oligarchies that make huge profits and more and more they seek to impose obscurantist culture in schools and universities.
All over the world the proletarians and the people are rebelling and resisting against imperialism, fascism, the worsening of living and working conditions.
Inside the imperialist and capitalist countries, workers carry out general strikes, as in Greece; they block ships that transport weapons of war, as in Italy, Greece etc., the youth take the streets against fascism and racism.
The new fascist-imperialist US presidency of Trump, with the Zionist operative arm Netanyahu, launched a plan of "final solution", of genocide and deportation of the Palestinian people. Against it, the heroic resistance of the Palestinian people develops, of their organizations that also with the action of October 7 have brought back to the center of the world attention the goal of a free Palestine, a Palestinian State "from the river to the sea". The struggle of the Palestinian people fuels the awakening of all the Arab masses for a liberation struggle from the Arab regimes accomplices of Zionism and in any case subservient to imperialism.
Internationalist solidarity with the Palestinian people is a great banner that calls the people to fight against imperialism. In Turkey, students, women, workers, oppressed masses oppose Erdogan's fascist regime, putting it more and more in crisis.
In some oppressed countries, from Latin America to Asia, from Africa to the Middle East, peoples’ protests and revolts advance, demanding the intensifying of the revolutionary battle for New Democracy revolutions marching to socialism. At the forefront of these struggles are women guerrillas, women workers, revolutionary women's organizations that fuel the fire of resistance and the necessary struggle for women's liberation united with the class struggle.
In many countries, youth are rebelling and are the front line of the opposition that demands and seeks the way of the revolution.
Among the revolutionary and anti-imperialist struggles in the world, the people's wars led by Marxist-Leninist-Maoist forces, particularly in India and the Philippines, inspire and show to the international proletariat and the oppressed peoples of the world the path to a true liberation from imperialism, which requires abandoning all forms of revisionism and reformism, as well as all forms of liquidationism and defeatism, to affirm that the only real alternative to capitalist and imperialist barbarism is the proletarian revolution and the only solution is socialism. We condemn the Indian state's ongoing fascist military campaign—Operation Kagar—targeting the Communist Party of India (Maoist). This offensive is not merely an attack on a revolutionary party, but a broader assault on the struggles of the toiling masses, Adivasis, and oppressed nationalities fighting for liberation and dignity.
To support the protracted people's wars is a fundamental duty and task of revolutionary communist parties and organizations in the world.
The proletariat is the largest army that exists, if the exploited and oppressed people unite, they can put an end to the capitalist world system.
Today more than ever we need the unity of Communist Parties and Organizations of the world based on the great teachings of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism that develop, in the fire of the class struggle, their being more and more the advanced detachment of the working class, leading nucleus of the entire proletariat and people, promoters and central element of the construction of a united revolutionary front against imperialism, fascism, exploitation and oppression.
Proletarian internationalism demands the march, through unity and struggle, to advance to a new Communist International. On this 1st May it is necessary to advance this tendency and affirm it in the ranks of the proletariat and the oppressed peoples engaged in the revolutionary struggle.

Contra la guerra imperialista, la reacción, el fascismo, la represión, la pobreza y la opresión
¡Proletarios y pueblos oprimidos del mundo, uníos!
¡No tenemos nada que perder más que nuestras cadenas y tenemos un mundo que ganar!
Tomemos las calles este 1º de Mayo, día internacional de lucha de la clase obrera y los pueblos oprimidos, que se celebra este año en un contexto de agudización de las contradicciones del sistema imperialista y de creciente represión, a la que se opone una creciente resistencia de los proletarios y los pueblos.
Los furiosos ataques de los imperialistas, sus Estados y sus gobiernos contra los proletarios y las masas reflejan la descarga de su crisis general que se está profundizando sobre los proletarios y las masas.
Todos los Estados y gobiernos imperialistas están aumentando el gasto militar más allá de toda medida y dicen explícitamente que debemos prepararnos para la guerra.
Las potencias imperialistas EE.UU./OTAN/UE se están equipando con armamentos cada vez más modernos y devastadores y planean el uso de armas nucleares. Están fortaleciendo sus ejércitos, militarizando sus territorios, desarrollando la economía de guerra.
El imperialismo ruso y el socialimperialismo chino son, por un lado, el objetivo de esta ofensiva y, por otro, están aprovechando la crisis del imperialismo de EE.UU./OTAN/UE para preparar una nueva situación que les sea más favorable.
La guerra imperialista se origina en la crisis económica global del sistema capitalista imperialista que exige un nuevo reparto del mundo.
La invasión rusa de Ucrania, el genocidio en curso en Palestina por parte del Estado sionista de Israel, los ataques contra el Líbano, Yemen, Siria, la ocupación del Kurdistán y las masacres contra el pueblo kurdo por parte del Estado fascista turco, los preparativos de Estados Unidos para atacar y rodear a China a través de Filipinas con alianzas en el Indo-Pacífico son aspectos de la marcha hacia la guerra de reparto.
A ello se opone la acción de China en el escenario económico mundial, la invasión de Ucrania por Rusia y también la paulatina alineación de otros países del mundo que sus regímenes reaccionarios aspiran a convertir en gendarmes de sus zonas dentro del sistema imperialista: Turquía, India, Brasil, etc.
Los costos de la guerra y el rearme se descargan sobre los proletarios y las masas populares con el aumento del costo de la vida, el desempleo, la precariedad, los recortes del gasto social, los ataques a los derechos y luchas de los proletarios y las masas populares. Los capitalistas intensifican la explotación y convierten cada vez más a los proletarios y a los sectores más explotados de ellos en esclavos modernos al servicio de la ganancia.
En los países oprimidos por el imperialismo, la pobreza y la opresión de los pueblos están empeorando, y también pagan por la crisis climática ambiental global y los efectos de los desastres naturales.
Mientras en el exterior los estados y gobiernos imperialistas preparan la guerra, en el interior la tendencia al fascismo moderno combinada con la crisis del imperialismo avanza y la tendencia a una guerra imperialista mundial encuentra hoy un punto de referencia en la presidencia de Trump y la fracción de la clase dominante de la burguesía imperialista que llegó al poder en los EE.UU. restringiendo y borrando los vestigios de la propia democracia burguesa, atacando las libertades democráticas y llenando cárceles, estableciendo formas de gobierno cada vez más dictatoriales, dentro de las cuales avanzan los partidos fascistas y el fascismo moderno, según las características de los distintos países.
Se atacan los derechos de las mujeres, la libertad de pensamiento, se fomenta el odio, se refuerzan el chovinismo y el nacionalismo para golpear la resistencia popular, dividir al proletariado y a las masas, al servicio de la dominación de las clases dominantes y de sus lacayos. El racismo se intensifica con ataques en todas las formas contra los inmigrantes, con muertes en el mar, campos de concentración, explotación esclavista, expulsiones y deportaciones. El monopolio de los viejos y nuevos medios de comunicación está cada vez más en manos de oligarquías tecnológicas que obtienen enormes beneficios y cada vez más pretenden imponer la cultura oscurantista en escuelas y universidades.
En todo el mundo los proletarios y los pueblos se rebelan y resisten contra el imperialismo, el fascismo, el empeoramiento de las condiciones de vida y de trabajo.
Dentro de los países imperialistas y capitalistas, los trabajadores realizan huelgas generales, como en Grecia; bloquean los barcos que transportan armas de guerra, como en Italia, Grecia, etc., los jóvenes toman las calles contra el fascismo y el racismo.
La nueva presidencia fascista-imperialista estadounidense de Trump, con el brazo operativo sionista Netanyahu, lanzó un plan de «solución final», de genocidio y deportación del pueblo palestino. Contra ello se desarrolla la heroica resistencia del pueblo palestino, de sus organizaciones que también con la acción del 7 de octubre han vuelto a poner en el centro de la atención mundial el objetivo de una Palestina libre, un Estado palestino «del río al mar». La lucha del pueblo palestino alimenta el despertar de todas las masas árabes para una lucha de liberación de los regímenes árabes cómplices del sionismo y en todo caso serviles al imperialismo.
La solidaridad internacionalista con el pueblo palestino es una gran bandera que llama al pueblo a luchar contra el imperialismo. En Turquía, los estudiantes, las mujeres, los trabajadores y las masas oprimidas se oponen al régimen fascista de Erdogan, poniéndolo cada vez más en crisis.
En algunos países oprimidos, desde América Latina hasta Asia, desde África hasta el Medio Oriente, las protestas y revueltas populares avanzan, exigiendo la intensificación de la batalla revolucionaria por revoluciones de Nueva Democracia en marcha al socialismo. Al frente de estas luchas están las guerrilleras, las trabajadoras, las organizaciones revolucionarias de mujeres que alimentan el fuego de la resistencia y la necesaria lucha por la liberación de la mujer unida a la lucha de clases.
En muchos países, los jóvenes se están rebelando y son la primera línea de la oposición que exige y busca el camino de la revolución.
Entre las luchas revolucionarias y antiimperialistas en el mundo, las guerras populares dirigidas por las fuerzas Marxistas-Leninistas-Maoístas, particularmente en la India y Filipinas, inspiran y muestran al proletariado internacional y a los pueblos oprimidos del mundo el camino hacia una verdadera liberación del imperialismo, que requiere abandonar todas las formas de revisionismo y reformismo, así como todas las formas de liquidacionismo y derrotismo, afirmando que la única alternativa real a la barbarie capitalista e imperialista es la revolución proletaria y que la única solución es el socialismo. Condenamos la actual campaña militar fascista del Estado indio —la Operación Kagaar— contra el Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta). Esta ofensiva no es simplemente un ataque contra un partido revolucionario, sino un ataque más amplio contra las luchas de las masas trabajadoras, los adivasis y las nacionalidades oprimidas que luchan por la liberación y la dignidad.
Apoyar las guerras populares prolongadas es un deber y una tarea fundamental de los partidos y organizaciones comunistas revolucionarios en el mundo.
El proletariado es el ejército más grande que existe, si los explotados y oprimidos se unen, pueden acabar con el sistema capitalista mundial.
Hoy más que nunca necesitamos la unidad de los Partidos y Organizaciones Comunistas del mundo sobre la base de las grandes enseñanzas del Marxismo-Leninismo-Maoísmo, que se desarrollan, en el fuego de la lucha de clases, siendo cada vez más el destacamento avanzado de la clase obrera, núcleo dirigente de todo el proletariado y pueblo, promotor y elemento central de la construcción de un frente revolucionario único contra el imperialismo, el fascismo, la explotación y la opresión.
El internacionalismo proletario exige marchar, a través de la unidad y la lucha, para avanzar hacia una nueva Internacional Comunista. En este 1º de Mayo es necesario avanzar en esta tendencia y afirmarla en las filas del proletariado y de los pueblos oprimidos comprometidos en la lucha revolucionaria.
¡ESTE 1º DE MAYO, LEVANTEMOS EN ALTO LA ROJA BANDERA DE LA REVOLUCIÓN!
¡Alto a la guerra imperialista, donde se desarrolle y estalle, transformémosla en una guerra revolucionaria por el poder proletario!
¡Muerte al fascismo en todas sus formas!
¡Palestina libre desde el río hasta el mar!
¡Muerte al imperialismo, el futuro pertenece al socialismo y al comunismo!
