processo all* “5 di Ulm”
Il processo a THE ULM 5 inizia oggi, 27 aprile, a Stoccarda.
sei mesi.

As 1 May approaches—a day of
unity, solidarity and struggle for the international proletariat and
the oppressed peoples of the world—the fascist Turkish state has
once again wasted no time in revealing its true face. As it does
every year, the ruling regime has resorted to policies of fear,
repression and terror in an attempt to crush the organised power of
the people, carrying out simultaneous raids on dozens of
revolutionary-democratic organisations. Doors were smashed, offices
ransacked; those who fear the pen of journalists and the voice of
workers seized digital materials, believing they could silence the
truth.
The doors of the Özgür
Gelecek newspaper’s central office were smashed open; staff were
arrested at their homes. The Yeni Demokrasi newspaper was targeted
with the same aggression. Numerous organisations, ranging from the
Socialist Party of the Oppressed to the Student Solidarity, from the
Socialist Solidarity Platform to the Socialist Reconstruction Party,
and from youth organisations to struggle initiatives, announced that
their members had been detained. This situation is no coincidence. It
is a deliberate attack by those who fear the organised people.
The Reign of Fear Will Be Shaken by the
Resistance of May Day!
Whilst
every initiative, every call to action, and every organisational
effort in the run-up to May Day is being targeted; we are faced with
a regime that cannot even tolerate the commemorations planned for
Taksim and Kazancı Yokuşu. Because they know full well: Taksim is
not merely a square; Taksim is the memory of the working class, its
resistance, its will!
One face of
these attacks is repression; the other is, quite simply, FEAR! The
working class’s rising struggle in recent times is keeping them
awake at night. The resolve of the Doruk Madencilik workers on hunger
strike in Ankara for days, the traces left by the rising resistance
at Sırma Halı, the honourable struggle of the women workers at
Dardanel who resisted and won their rights, the anger of the workers
seeking their rights at the Istanbul Financial Centre construction
site, the march of Petlas workers against poverty wages… All of
this is building up, growing, and transforming into a social
response.
The ruling
class can see that poverty is deepening, purchasing power is eroding,
and exploitation is increasing. The workers’ anger can no longer be
contained. Moreover, the crises created by imperialist war policies
on a global scale are fuelling this anger even further. This is
precisely why they are afraid! They are afraid of workers flooding
the streets, of them joining forces with revolutionaries, and of them
transforming into an organised force!
But to no avail!
History has shown time and again that as repression intensifies, so
does resistance. Detentions, raids and bans cannot break this people!
What must be done today is clear: to stand by those who resist, to
strengthen our solidarity with our comrades who have been detained,
to shatter the walls of fear and to fill the May Day squares!
In Turkey
and Turkish Kurdistan, the working class, labourers, women, young
people, and the LGBT+ community—in short, all oppressed and
exploited sections of society—will flood the streets this 1 May!
Because 1 May is not merely a single day; it is a call to struggle!
Those detained on 1 May must be released
immediately!
Repression, detentions and bans will not
succeed!
Long live 1 May, the day of unity, solidarity
and struggle for the working class!
Amit Shah and other sections of
ruling classes are pumping their fists celebrating the ultimate
demise of the Maoist movement, propagating that it has been
extinguished from the earth. They also jump in joy claiming that they
have wiped out ideology of Maoism from face of Indian soil, and sown
the soil for al reparations to make Maoism extinct. The latter
statement is farfetched claim with wave neo-fascism flourishing as
never before and economic disparity scaling unparalleled heights. The
state may have wiped out the central or main Maoist leadership and
destroyed the backbone of the Maoist party but they have not yet
clipped the wings or cut of the rots of what ignited or generated the
Maoist rebellion. Still thousands of sympathisers languish behind
jail bars and lakhs of oppressed people repose faith in a people’s
armed rebellion or area aspiring for a radical change. Thousands of
intellectuals still bank on Marxist revolutionary ideology in India,
with discontent with the repressive social order scaling a new
height. This very social discontent can breed new cadres upholding
revolutionary ideology. Even if armed struggle has been brought to
standstill, mass revolutionary resistance is still making it’s
presence, in many areas of India.
Every true revolution faces
situations of indescribable and tortuous perils as the historical
experience of class-based societies demonstrates. All setbacks, must
reviewed comprehensively to draw new lessons. For the Indian
Revolution, such setbacks only stand as a testament to the
correctness of the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Ideology, Program, and
General Political Line of the CPI (Maoist).
Modi’s fascist government claiming
it has crushed the Indian Revolution is delusional, the very
character all shameless and disguised opportunists. Modi declared on
March 30 that the country is “free of Maoism.” Nevertheless, the
revolutionary struggle in the country is deeply rooted, its
antagonistic contradictions are more acute than ever, and the class
struggle continues unabated. Even reactionary Indian analysts
acknowledge that Maoism is deeply rooted in the Adivasi communities
and other impoverished masses in both rural and urban areas, and no
matter how mortal his blow to the CPI (Maoist) may have been, it
cannot eliminate the movement’s basis, much less the Party
committees and their leaders of unwavering communist firmness. The
government itself, cynically, while declaring “total victory,”
admits that there are still members of the Maoist leadership active
in guerrilla areas, as well as other regional leaders in
Dandakaranya, and that there are numerous active guerrillas in
Bastar. Military analysts on the reactionary side verify that the
Maoists have re-invented their modus operandi, making a transition
from large companies to small detachments, in an effort to resurrect
the revolutionary struggle from the morass of the cowardly betrayal
of the Sonu-Satish clique of informers.
Leaders like Charu Majundar,
Kondapalli Sitaramaiah, Mallojulu Koteswar Rao alias Kishanji,
Cheruku Rajkumar who sacrificed their lives for revolution are the
role model still today.
Even if the Maoist movement has
perished in the form of weapons, the social inequalities and economic
injustices that orchestrate it continue. Maoists have given up
weapons, but their ideals are still alive.. There is a possibility of
coming forward again in the form of unconstitutional struggles,
political unity, movements, not with guns. The end of an era.-but the
fights begin in a new form to usher a new chapter in Indian political
history.
I have full admiration for the
befitting reply of the CPI(Maoist) to those leaders who surrendered
and were critical of line and practice of the party.
I also express admiration for their
logical refutation from intellectuals like Murali(Ajith), Paani
Pinaka and Ravi Narla. They all explored every aspect analytically to
project the positive contribution of the C.P.I(Maoist) in mobilising
masses in a struggle of phenomenal magnitude and challenging the
state and oppressor classes at their hardest point. Murali (Ajith)
summed up that such setbacks are part and parcel or a phenomenon of
revolutionary history. We all have to accept the bitter truth that
the Maoist formed Janatana Sarkars installed genuine democratic
autonomy of the people, with their dismantling by the state- a very
attack on democracy. Whatever the grave setback the Maoist movement
has undergone, it has beyond doubt ushered anew dawn by planting the
seeds for a revolutionary democratic social order by instilling in
people the self-confidence to carry out self-defence to safeguard
their rights.
On April 1st in Kolkata,
the CPI(ML) New Democracy waved the banner of the Naxalite movement
still moving on it’s legs, making a testament that the movement is
still breathing. mobilising around 5000 persons.
The Revolutionary Students Front of
West Bengal daring waves the Maoist ideology and flashes the banner
of protracted peoples War in campuses of Kolkata. Former
Revolutionary Students Form has also come to the party in Telangana
and Andhra Pradesh as well as Virasam in flashing the banner of
Naxalbari.
A few days ago the North
co-ordination Committee of the CPI(Maoist) published a leaflet which
marked testament of their never -say-die-spirit and unwavering
commitment to flashing the banner of Maoism and Protracted Peoples
War. It reminds one of a phoenix rising from the Ashes or a
resurrection from the grave.to enable the legacy of Communism to stay
afloat. Most commendable that amidst the harshest adversity it has
not flinched and exuded optimism. One of the most befitting and bold
replies in times of grave setback ever in history of Communist
movement., giving the neo-fascist rulers a tight slap on its face.
C.P.I.(Maoist)
leader and former Secretary Ganapathy still alive and Optimistic
Today the only leader of the Central
Committee of the CPI(Maoist) not killed or arrested is former
secretary Ganapathy.
A silent voice in the woods, was
heard, "It's not over yet." That voice of Muppala Lakshman
Rao alias Ganapathi. It's not just news that one person didn't
surrender. This indicates that Maoist theory is still living, as the
gun hasn't hit the ground yet and the silent roar of a man not giving
up his faith until the bitter end.
The life story of Maoist leader
Ganapati, manifests not only the history of a revolutionary leader.
but epitomises a war of opposites that transpired in the mind of a
teacher. The man who once stood in front of a blackboard and told
"how to build a life", then underwent an evolution to "how
to change society" with a gun in the woods.
Time orchestrated that change.
Injustice, inequalities, oppression in rural Telangana in 1970s.were
the wounds in the heart of a teacher. Justice told in books, but not
seen in real life upset him. Eventually, he lost faith in letters and
too recourse to weapons.
That's where the history of
'Lakshman Rao' ended... ‘Ganapati’ era has begun. A revolutionary
sculptor evolved into a strategist
Ganapati's role in playing a pivotal
role or anchoring the Maoist movement is extraordinary. He infused
confidence, strategy, direction to the CPI (Maoist) party formed with
merger of People's War Group and MCC. The bravery he showed in the
guerrilla war, the system he built in the forests, did not only
showcase the talents of a leader, but epitomised the backbone of a
movement.
Surrendering to Ganapati does not
mean just dropping the gun on the floor. What will he answer to the
thousands of cadres who trusted him for decades and put their lives
at risk? Accepting that "I have made a mistake" is not just
a word for him. That would be denying an era. Inside Ganapati's
personality, in fact two worlds are coexisting. On the one hand, a
teacher who dreams for children's future and hopes to illuminate
lives with letters. On the other hand, a revolutionary who believed
that weapons are the only methods to eradicate inequalities.
It is doubtful whether the movement
will resurrect to its former glory as Ganapathi did not release the
gun. Theories can be suppressed with force, but not completely
extinguished. On the one hand government is trying to capture the
forest and the hearts of it with the weapon of development. On the
other hand, Ganapati, with unwavering conviction, is trying to
sustain his existence.
The tussle on the ground between
these two is not just a physical fight, but a philosophical conflict.
“The godfather who didn’t drop a
gun”. This word represents not only a man's story, but a reflection
of an ideology that has battled against time. Somewhere in the
forest, a silent gun, conveys a meaning even if it doesn't make a
sound.
The answer to this question does not
lie in the hands of Ganapathi alone, but in society's thoughts. If
the world is on one side, the idea of fighting inequality is on the
other side. Eventually, the gun can become silent. but thoughts will
always resonate. That roar heard in the forest. are a testament that
our society has not found the full answer yet.
Maoists
in North India establish North Coordination Committee (NCC) in Maoist
politics
There is now a new contradiction
that has sprung or germinated in the Maoist movement in India.
A new organization has been formed
in North India - CPI (Maoist) 'North Coordination Committee' (NCC).
This name has never been heard in the public constituency. Their
statements have been published in various pro-Maoist media including
YouTube. They advocate a decentralized development model that is
contrary to the government's model.
The most worrying thing in this
situation is the silence of the mainstream media. Very little is
spoken about this new organization or its operations. This may lead
the public to the misconception that the Maoists have completely
disappeared, but the reality may be different.
Some analysts say the roots of the
problem are still unresolved — economic and social inequality. The
Maoist movement is rooted in these issues — tribal areas, rural
poor, unemployment and land problem, Corporate looting and etc. The
long-term protest in tribal areas cannot be eradicated by military
actions alone. Human rights activists have repeatedly accused that
the seizure of mining resources, deforestation and the repression of
local people are continuing. There are serious apprehensions about
the legitimacy or credibility of government's development plans.
The emergence of the new NCC
indicates that the Maoist movement is not entirely extinguished. On
the contrary, trying to re-invent it in a new form.. Finally, it
poses an important question on whether such movements could be
averted through military actions alone, without addressing basic
issues such as poverty, inequality, unemployment, and social exile
History says that the answer is not simple.
Overall, the current situation is
two faced, on one side, when the government is announcing victory, on
the other side, signs of underground organizations are evident.
. The emergence of a new structure
like the NCC is of importance symbolises that the problem is not
limited to law and order but rooted in the deeply social and
economic. Unless the land, livelihood and dignified rights of the
people are denied, such movements will spur again.
Thus, repression is not the answer
to find a real solution, policy changes are needed. Otherwise, the
“end” that is announced today is likely to orchestrate another
beginning tomorrow.
Conclusion
India still has vast potential to
resurrect mass revolutionary resistance movements in rural and urban
areas, with the economic crisis transcending unparalleled magnitude
and neo-fascism waving on ac rest. Armed movements of peasants,
agricultural workers and tribals should be prioritised by placing
revolutionary class struggle back on the track, and re-organising
people’s mass organisations.

Ergam bem alto a bandeira vermelha do marxismo-leninismo-maoísmo!
Marco Valbuena | Chief Information Officer | Communist Party Of The Philippines
April 27, 2026
We condemn in the strongest terms possible the Armed Forces of the
Philippines, particularly the 79th Infantry Battalion, for the
indiscriminate and inordinate killing of 19 people, both Red fighters of
the New People’s Army, and unarmed individuals in Barangay Salamanca in
Toboso Municipality, Negros Occidental Province last April 19.
We honor the squad of ten Red fighters of the NPA who fought the fascists to their last breath. They are:
1. Roger Fabillar (Ka Tapang), who served as NPA commander of the Northern Negros Front 2. Sonny Boy Caramihan, 28, from Barangay Bagonbon, San Carlos City; 3. Rene Villarin Sr, 57, Barangay Marcelo, Calatrava, squad leader; 4. Pedro Bonghanoy, medical officer, Barangay Libertad, Escalante City; 5. Arnel Javoc, 32, from Barangay Lalong, Calatrava; 6. Joros Caramihan y Ramos, 18, from Don Salvador Benedicto; 7. Maria Clarita Branzuel Blanco (Ka Sanim/Pat), Political Instructor; and 8. Genevieve Balora (Ka Raia), from Bacolod City, district Party cadre 9. Labskie Purisimia Enustacion, 33, of Sitio Tinibawan, Barangay Bug-ang, Toboso 10. Jocel Gimang, 18, of Sitio Bautista, Barangay Malasibog, Escalante City
We commiserate with the loved ones and comrades of the fallen Red
fighters of the NPA. Their deaths weigh heavily on our hearts. As
revolutionary warriors, they all selflessly served the Filipino people,
especially the oppressed and exploited peasants and farm workers of
Negros. They were deeply loved by the masses. Defying the military
clampdown on their communities, people of Toboso and Calatrava lined up
in long convoys to bring their beloved Red fighters to their final
resting place, by way of expressing their high respects and deep
gratitude.
Palestina.
Call to protest against the unjust move of using bulldozers on squatter settlements without any alternative
Kathmandu.
The Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal has issued a press statement calling for protest against the Balen government's unjust move of using bulldozers on squatter settlements without any alternative. The statement issued by party spokesperson Sudarshan said.
Ex pose The Neo-Prachanda Path Of Devji And His Likes!
Hold High The Red Banner Of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Bury All The Opportunist-Liquidationist-Revisionist Elements!
History teaches us that there are two parallel political line that
contest between each other for political power. One line has been laid
down by the communist revolutionaries like Comrade Marx, Comrade Lenin,
Comrade Stalin, Comrade Mao, Comrade Charu Mazumdar, Comrade Kanhai
Chatterjee, Comrade Basavaraj, Comrade Raju, Comrade Kosa, Comrade Hidma
etc… while the another line is being laid down by the traitors like
Bernstein, Kautsky, Lin Biao, Prachanda, Devji, Venogpal, Kobad, Balraj,
Prashant Rahi etc… The holders of the second line are opportunist enemy
agents who are attacking the proletarian political line in order to
weaken and thereafter obliterate the proletarian line. Besides we must
also understand that the correct political line can arise only in the
course of struggle against these opportunist revisionist elements. We
take pride in being at the forefront of this struggle and stand on the
side of comrade Marx, comrade Lenin and comrade Mao. A friend in need is
friend indeed. It has become clear to the revolutionary elements
throughout the world that traitors of Indian revolution like Devji,
Venugopal alias Sonu, Kobad, Balraj etc… are not the friends of the
people rather they are the enemy agents dressed in color of
revolutionaries. Amidst all the obstacles created by the ruling class,
their agents and opportunist-liquidationist-revisionist elements, our
party is marching forward to the implementation of ninth congress-unity
congress political line. The document on ‘Strategy and Tactics of the
Indian Revolution’ of our party mentions that “In a country like ours,
the revolution will go on from the beginning mainly through the form of
armed struggle. Throughout the course of the New Democratic Revolution
armed struggle or war will be the principal form of struggle and army
will be the principal form of organization. Neither the work of
organization of the people nor the work of building mass struggles can
go on successfully without the support of the people’s armed forces. The
party can consolidate the achievements of mass struggles only by
expanding and developing the guerrilla war, and will thus be able to lay
the foundation for the alternative people’s political power…”
And to accomplish this from the very beginning our party will remain
armed and underground. Our party firmly upholds this political
understanding and is determined to accomplish the task of New Democratic
Revolution. We firmly abide by the pledges which we had made before the
world proletariat forces in 2007. We may be very weak today but our
weakness is not strategic one, strategically we are on the correct
political line and therefore the law of science explains that we will
rise up to destroy the three big mountains (Imperialism, Comprador
Bureaucratic Capitalism and Feudalism) which are crushing the people of
this country and the world.

This year, we
mark 24 April amidst a wave of imperialist attacks and reactionary
wars. The celebration of our Party’s founding is all the more
significant this year. Due to imperialist attacks and reactionary
wars, patriarchy and heterosexism—like every other form of
reactionary ideology—are on the rise. In our country too, we are
witnessing an increase in attacks by the Turkish comprador
bourgeoisie against women and the LGBT+ community. Not a day goes by
without a woman being murdered. Not a day goes by without an attack
on the LGBT+ community. In these difficult circumstances, we call on
you to join the ranks of the Red Army. Communist women have written a
magnificent epic in the history of our Party. From Meral Yakar to
Kamile Öztürk, from Ayfer Celep to Sefagül Kesgin, from Elif Ana
to Güzel Ana, a history of struggle has been written. They inherited
this legacy from Rosa Luxemburg, Clara Zetkin and Alexandra
Kollontai, and have carried it forward to the present day. Today, our
task is to raise their banner high and organise within the ranks of
the Red Army. As women and LGBT+ fighters, we celebrate your 24
April. And we repeat our call. Come, let us raise our will within the
ranks of the Red Army and achieve victory!
Long live our

Turkish and Kurdish nations and our working people of various nationalities,
The representative of the international proletariat on the lands of Turkey, the Party of the fire of rebellion in the struggle for the Democratic People’s Revolution, Socialism and Communism, TKP/ML, is 54 years old.
54 years ago, on 24 April 1972, a handful of people led by the communist leader İbrahim KAYPAKKAYA shattered the 50-year silence following Mustafa Suphi’s TKP and recreated hope from its ashes. The Hope reborn from its ashes has been carried to this day over 54 years by creating a great tradition of struggle. It experienced defeats as well as victories; at no moment did the red flag ever fall from the hands of those who carried it. It was walked by not becoming accustomed to darkness, not kneeling, and struggling under all conditions.
This hope grew through action.
This Hope was transformed into the revolutionary will of those whose labor was devalued, who were exploited, and whose voices were suppressed.
This Hope is the hope of liberation of the people under the leadership of the working class.
The need to transform the revolutionary power of the people into an organized force makes itself felt with all its urgency. As the struggle for hegemony among imperialists deepens, the working class and the oppressed working peoples of the world are being driven into an ever greater darkness. The period of partial compromise that emerged after the temporary defeat of socialism has come to an end. It has been replaced by a long-lasting process of crisis and conflict. This situation brings new wars of redivision even closer. This situation brings new wars for the redivision of the world even closer. Today, the inter-imperialist struggle for hegemony—advancing through regional maneuvers yet marked by endless conflicts—also signifies the bankruptcy of a “dream.”
The discourse of reconciliation presented in the 1990s under the name of “globalization” has collapsed today. Inter-imperialist rivalry has now turned into a military antagonism as well, as much as an economic and political one. On the one hand, from Ukraine to the Middle East and from the Middle East to the Gulf, the war dimension of imperialist rivalry is emerging as a product of the crisis; on the other hand, the deepening of exploitation and the reckless seizure of the social, national, and political gains of the peoples are taking place. The economic crisis, intensifying political contradictions, and escalating military aggression are bringing fascistic repression forward as an even greater necessity.
This describes not only the sharpening of inter-imperialist contradictions into a sharp struggle, but also, and primarily, the intensification of the contradictions between the imperialists and the peoples of the world. Therefore, the imperialists are not only intensifying their rivalry among themselves; they are primarily focusing on suppressing the revolutionary power of the working class and the peoples. Even amid their sharp contradictions among themselves, this remains the fundamental issue on which they reach agreement. Because the imperialists and their lackeys know that every sharpening contradiction, in terms of its direct impact on the lives of the peoples, also develops the revolutionary situation.
It is a fact that the sharpening of inter-imperialist contradictions has not yet been able to change the fact that the main current is revolution. Therefore, on the one hand, broad masses of the people are being forced to take sides in the imperialists’ struggle for hegemony, while on the other hand, the dynamics of the struggle are also being targeted by attacks. Every rising voice is an attempt to be suppressed, every barricade an attempt to be torn down, every fire of rebellion an attempt to be extinguished, and the transformative power of the people an attempt to be restrained.
The targets of these attacks are organized struggle and, as its most advanced form, armed struggle. On the one hand, through annihilation attacks and on the other through liquidationist attacks, the armed will of the people is being sought to be eroded.Rulers who, within imperialist plans for hegemony, seek a rose garden without thorns are encircling organized struggle and armed struggles from all sides, aiming to eliminate them. This also aims to destroy the hope of liberation of the masses, to dull their consciousness, and to turn them into slaves in their own struggles for hegemony.
The imperialists are aware not only that an unorganized people are helpless, but also that organized struggle on the line of armed resistance constitutes the main threat to their own domination. This historical consciousness unites them, even as they confront each other today, in the tendency to leave the people unorganized and unarmed. This historical consciousness unites them, even as they confront each other today, in the tendency to leave the people without organization and unarmed.
THOSE WHO INFLICT HELL ON THE PEOPLE WILL BE OVERTHROWN THROUGH REVOLUTION!
Comrades, friends, and our working people;
Our party TKP/ML, founded as a manifesto, declared its entry into struggle by assuming the mission of vanguard leadership aimed at ending the exploitative order of the Turkish ruling classes—faithful servants of imperialism—while at the same time taking on the task of the international proletariat on the lands of Turkey. The scientific ideology it upholds, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, is the one and most realistic prescription for the international proletariat and the oppressed working peoples of the world.
Revolution is action; every prescription is born within action and exists to be translated back into action. In its 54-year history, it has been tempered and steeled by the red flame of struggle, never hesitating in its action that transforms, changes, and destroys while simultaneously building. It has acted, and continues to act, with the awareness that every blow struck against the comprador big bourgeoisie and the landlords is a blow against the imperialist capitalist system that drives humanity toward destruction. We are conscious that we are a drop in the sea. We know that this sea is the people who will engulf the imperialists and their lackeys.
The ruling classes in Turkey are becoming increasingly dependent on the imperialists they serve as lackeys, and are placing the entire burden of the crisis on the working class and the oppressed people. Already possessing a fragile and weak economic structure, Turkey, as it also bears this burden of the crisis, has begun to push the life of the people further into darkness. In Turkey, which already has a fragile and weak economic structure, as it also shares in this burden of the crisis, the life of the people has begun to be pushed further into darkness. The insatiable appetite for profit has deepened exploitation, and nature has been opened up to even greater plunder. Decaying and rotting imperialism and its lackeys have imposed this on the masses and have spread it by every possible means. The fascist dictatorship, with its increasingly crude assaults, has made it even difficult for the masses to breathe, while dragging them into the vortex of blind violence. This process has accumulated deep anger among the masses, and society has become like a volcano ready to erupt. Efforts are being made to blunt the burning and reducing-to-ashes character of this eruption, and the organized power of the masses is being targeted. While liquidationist attacks are being implemented through broader-than-yesterday policies, the revolutionary dynamic is being sought to be destroyed. Partimizbutürsüreçlereyabancıdeğildir. Partimizintemelleri, yalnızcamevcutegemendüzenekarşıverilenmücadeledeolgunlaşmaklakalmamış, aynızamandatasfiyeciliklehesaplaşmaveondankopmatemelinde de ortayaçıkmıştır.
Our party, whose founding manifesto is armed struggle and whose revolutionary strategy is the protracted people’s war aimed at the piecemeal seizure of power, has been steeled to the extent that it has fought all liquidationist offensives to date, and has secured a lasting place in class struggle. Our Party, conscious of the protracted character of the war, also holds a clear and resolute understanding in opposition to all theories and approaches that produce despair and demoralization.
We are aware of our shortcomings and inadequacies. However, we possess the will, consciousness, and action to change this. Our tasks are more complex and more difficult than yesterday, but they are not impossible to accomplish. Our position remains as clear today as it was yesterday: we stand not only against the practical attacks directed at the revolutionary struggle and its armed line, but also against liquidationist offensives that spread theory of "impossibility".We know that it is revolution that will shatter the darkness, overthrow those who inflict hell upon the people, and create light and the people’s own power. With this consciousness, we will hold more firmly to the People’s War and, by organizing the masses and channeling them into the war, we will assume our leadership task with greater audacity.
Our struggle for the Democratic People’s Revolution is also a challenge to imperialism. Every blow struck from the storm centers of revolution against the true masters of darkness will be a blow against the system’s very core codes. Our revolutionary line, in a period in which imperialist aggression is becoming increasingly intensified day by day, also defines a consistent anti-imperialist line. While raising the anti-imperialist struggle against imperialism’s stance of expanding and escalating war against the working peoples and oppressed nations, we will not allow any confusion of consciousness that regards certain inconsistent reactionary ruling forces as positions of anti-imperialism. We will firmly defend the proletariat’s alliance policy against approaches that regard every “victim” as progressive and ignore their class character. Our understanding of the enemy will remain clear, and our tactical approach will be in line with our strategic line.
However, what is essential is the construction of an action line that will make this line a material force in the lives of the masses. İştebu, henüzbaşaramadığımız, birbütünolarakhenüzulaşamadığımıznoktadır.However, we possess the science that will reverse this, the ideology that will guide us, and the practical will to integrate with the masses. We will overcome our shortcomings and expand our achievements.
As students and successors of the Communist Leader comrade İbrahim KAYPAKKAYA, we hold firmly to the red path he charted. We will continue to integrate our Party—created through his ideological and practical line—with the masses, to develop its line of struggle, and to protect, strengthen, and expand it against all kinds of attacks.
Glory to our Party, which on the 54th anniversary of its founding takes the science of Marxism–Leninism–Maoism as its guide, persists on the line of People’s War, and stands as an open challenge against imperialism, its lackeys, and all forms of reaction!
Death To Imperialism and All Forms Of Reaction!
Death To The Fascist Dictatorship of The Comprador Big Bourgeoisie and The Landlord Class; Long Live Our Democratic People’s Revolution Struggle!
Glory To İbrahim KAYPAKKAYA, The Founding And Theoretical Leader Of Our Party!

resistenza antifascista e antinazista. Da tante parti si leveranno le
voci per dire: Ora è sempre resistenza! Antifascismo ieri come oggi! E
reati contro chi manifesta senza temere punizioni. Nello stesso tempo,
fascismo esplicito, dichiarato, ufficiale.
reazionari, stupidi, subumani ministri, sottosegretari e varia
i governi imperialisti europei.
forte e convinti, ora e sempre resistenza.
nostra Resistenza antifascista, antinazista, fatta in piena guerra
popoli.
In Italia, almeno allora, la resistenza vinse. Certo,
Certo,
vi erano tante altre organizzazioni, formazioni partigiane, però
altri proletari, popoli e paesi, in particolare in Europa.
Invadiamo
The
Prosfygika neighborhood on Alexandras Avenue in the center of Athens is
under attack by the state and capital in the name of so-called
“upgrading” (gentrification). The Attica regional administration has
launched an alleged “renovation project” worth 15 million euros using EU
funds – in reality, a comprehensive attack on the neighborhood. The aim
is not the renovation of the buildings, but the displacement of over
400 residents in order to transform the area into a profit zone for
capital. The fact that residents are described in official documents as
“ongoing obstacles” clearly shows: this is a political eviction attack
against refugees, workers, and activists.
In
response to these attacks, the Prosfygika community has organized
resistance. Resident Aristotelis Chantzis began a hunger strike on
February 5, 2026, in protest against the eviction plans and state
coercion. Today, on the 76th day of his resistance, his health condition
is increasingly deteriorating. Nevertheless, he firmly maintains his
demands: withdrawal of the project, recognition of the residents’ right
to remain in their homes, and no prosecutions. His protest is not only a
struggle for housing, but the defense of a collective way of life built
over many years.
Prosfygika
is a concrete example of communal life under the conditions of the
capitalist system. With its own bread production in the Berkin Elvan
bakery, a women’s assembly against patriarchal violence, a children’s
structure for a collective future, and a health structure for the
uninsured, this neighborhood represents a real alternative. That
Prosfygika has driven drug-related criminal structures out of the
neighborhood through its own self-defense demonstrates the population’s
capacity for self-organization – and makes it a target for those in
power.
As
the Confederation of Workers from Turkey in Europe (ATİK), we stand
behind this resistance in the heart of Athens. The attack on Prosfygika
is not a local project, but part of imperialist-capitalist policy that
regards refugees as “obstacles” and criminalizes alternative forms of
life. The hunger strike of Aristotelis Chantzis is a determined act of
resistance against these attacks.
We
see it as an internationalist duty to support this struggle. The Greek
state and the Attica regional administration must immediately stop the
project, recognize the residents’ demand of “zero evictions,” and secure
the status of the neighborhood. The Greek government bears
responsibility for the life of Aristotelis and all those resisting.
As
ATİK, we call on all democratic, anti-fascist, and progressive forces
in Europe to strengthen this resistance internationally and make it
visible through actions.
Long live international solidarity!
Prosfygika is not alone – resistance will win!
The demands of Aristotelis Chantzis must be fulfilled!
