History teaches us that there are two parallel political line that contest between each other for political power. One line has been laid down by the communist revolutionaries like Comrade Marx, Comrade Lenin, Comrade Stalin, Comrade Mao, Comrade Charu Mazumdar, Comrade Kanhai Chatterjee, Comrade Basavaraj, Comrade Raju, Comrade Kosa, Comrade Hidma etc… while the another line is being laid down by the traitors like Bernstein, Kautsky, Lin Biao, Prachanda, Devji, Venogpal, Kobad, Balraj, Prashant Rahi etc… The holders of the second line are opportunist enemy agents who are attacking the proletarian political line in order to weaken and thereafter obliterate the proletarian line. Besides we must also understand that the correct political line can arise only in the course of struggle against these opportunist revisionist elements. We take pride in being at the forefront of this struggle and stand on the side of comrade Marx, comrade Lenin and comrade Mao. A friend in need is friend indeed. It has become clear to the revolutionary elements throughout the world that traitors of Indian revolution like Devji, Venugopal alias Sonu, Kobad, Balraj etc… are not the friends of the people rather they are the enemy agents dressed in color of revolutionaries. Amidst all the obstacles created by the ruling class, their agents and opportunist-liquidationist-revisionist elements, our party is marching forward to the implementation of ninth congress-unity congress political line. The document on ‘Strategy and Tactics of the Indian Revolution’ of our party mentions that “In a country like ours, the revolution will go on from the beginning mainly through the form of armed struggle. Throughout the course of the New Democratic Revolution armed struggle or war will be the principal form of struggle and army will be the principal form of organization. Neither the work of organization of the people nor the work of building mass struggles can go on successfully without the support of the people’s armed forces. The party can consolidate the achievements of mass struggles only by expanding and developing the guerrilla war, and will thus be able to lay the foundation for the alternative people’s political power…”
And to accomplish this from the very beginning our party will remain armed and underground. Our party firmly upholds this political understanding and is determined to accomplish the task of New Democratic Revolution. We firmly abide by the pledges which we had made before the world proletariat forces in 2007. We may be very weak today but our weakness is not strategic one, strategically we are on the correct political line and therefore the law of science explains that we will rise up to destroy the three big mountains (Imperialism, Comprador Bureaucratic Capitalism and Feudalism) which are crushing the people of this country and the world.
In contiguous to the campaign which our committee has undertaken against opportunist-liquidationist-revisionist elements within the revolutionary movement. We are bringing our understanding on the ruckus around the surrender of Devji. Devji was the CC-PB member of our party but now since he surrendered before the enemy forces he is nowhere connected with our party, in fact it would be no exaggeration to term him a traitor to the Indian revolution and world proletariat. In an interview to a leading English newspaper he has said that he still upholds Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and will work through legal means to accomplish party`s political goals. Another interesting fact is that he has also said that Sonu is traitor. He said that he would work to make the party open and legal and would request the government to lift the ban on the party. Anyone acquainted with basic Marxism-Leninism-Maoism will appreciate the fact the communist party cannot be legal and open. Comrade Lenin`s reply to the politics of surrender conveniently held by Devji is “To come out in the legal press against the underground or in favor of an open party is simply to disrupt our party and we must regard the people who do this as bitter enemies of the party” (V.I. Lenin in Report to the Brussels Conference). Hence Devji is bitter enemy of our party and his a traitor of higher order. Lenin defined liquidationism as ―”the renunciation of the underground, the abolition of the latter and its replacement by an amorphous association within the limits of legality at all costs. Therefore, it is not legal work, not the insistence on its necessity that the Party condemns. The Party condemns— and unreservedly condemns— the substitution for the old Party of something amorphous, something ― open, which cannot be called a party.” We consider Devji as yet another Sonu but with a revolutionary cladding. Such neo-Prachandism has no future, we all saw the youth rejected it in Nepal. Regarding Devji`s dream to convert the party into an open legal party we quote comrade Lenin as a reply to his liquidationism.
Fear said comrade Marx is the distinguishing characteristics of Opportunism. Comrade Raju Da, Kosa Da, Comrade Hidma all had this situation before them but they chose to be martyr for the cause of party`s political line. It is the political line which was dearer to them than their skin. But for person like Devji this was not the option, he chose liquidationism. While speaking about liquidationist comrade Lenin said “Liquidationism is opportunism that goes to the length of renouncing the Party. It is self-evident that the Party cannot exist if it includes those who do not recognize its existence. It is equally understandable that the renunciation of the “underground” under the existing conditions is the renunciation of the old Party.” Some media houses are fond of bewailing that there is internal split in the party. But these ignorant soul do not realize that it is impossible to carry out the task of party building without struggling against those who want to break the party. Therefore we want to reiterate that there is nothing like split in the party all we are doing is struggling against liquidationism the ruling class elements within the party.
Our committee brought articles, statements and press releases on the question of opportunism, liquidationism and revisionism. People of the world had exposed Sonu and therefore in order to confuse the rank of the revolutionaries the ruling class had to prop up the face of Devji. Comrades, let us not be disillusioned, let us not lose the sight. This is not the first time that the revolutionary communist movement in India is facing such a severe setback, earlier too in 1970s we had similar setback. After the martyrdom of Comrade Charu Mazumdar the party had disintegrated and several opportunist forces came into existences, there were several splinter groups. No centre for revolution was left in the country yet we could revive and build guerrilla base areas. At present time we still have leading committees and our CC is still leading people`s war in strategic regions. Victory is our, the most heinous and ruthless forces of Tsar could not stop us from hurling the red flag over half of the earth`s hemisphere. We are the holder of the same legacy, we will defeat the opportunist-liquidationst-revisionist elements and march ahead toward New Democratic Revolution further into Socialism and finally toward Communism.
