from the hitherto unpublished document presented by Anuradha Ghandy
at the 9th (Unity) Congress of the CPI(Maoist). It is an important
contribution to the discussion on the issue of caste in revolutionary
Left politics in India. This paper is a synthesis of the views of
Com. Anuradha on the issue of caste in India, in which the nature of
feudalism in India has been specifically characterized as
