++ SCRAP THE LUCKNOW CONSPIRACY CASE ++
Across Britain we mobilised on the @jcsri.1967 day of action, in solidarity with the revolutionary movement in India and with Indian political prisoners. We call for the release of three political prisoners, and for the scrapping of the NIA Gestapo’s bogus Lucknow Conspiracy Case which has terrorised 40 other activists. The Lucknow Conspiracy Case is an extension of Operation Kagar’s genocidal repression in the jungles and cities across India.
This is also a weekend that marks Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s birthday - the socialist independence movement martyr whose vision is still being fought for. He was hanged alongside his comrades in the Lahore Conspiracy Case. Today’s Lucknow
