Anti-imperialists of the world, unite!

LET US UNITE AS ANTI-IMPERIALISTS OF THE WORLD AGAINST THE “OPERATION KAGAAR” OF THE REACTIONARY INDIAN STATE, LET US DEFEND THE PEOPLE’S WAR OF THE CPI (MAOIST) AND THE RESISTANCE OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES

The CPI (Maoist) has called for international solidarity and protest and declared July 1, 2024 as “World Day of Protest against Operation Kagaar”. As the Coordination Committee of the Anti-Imperialist League, we call upon all anti-imperialists of the world to protest against Operation Kagaar of the reactionary Indian State and to show solidarity with the indigenous peoples and the CPI (Maoist) who are being subjected to these attacks.

The reactionary Indian State is continuing its anti-people operations against the poor peoples of India with the aggression created by the failed attempt to put an end to the People’s War of the CPI (Maoist). The CPI (Maoist) had called for solidarity with the international anti-imperialist, anti-fascist and revolutionary forces when the “Operation Kagaar” of the reactionary Indian State began. The CPI (Maoist) call for solidarity was responded with various activities and protests by anti-imperialist, progressive and revolutionary forces in different parts of the world. The International Communist League, the Communist Party of the Philippines, Communist Party of Turkey/ Marxist-Leninist, the International Committee to Support the People’s War in India (ICSWPI) and several revolutionary organizations have issued statements and carried out actions against the ongoing aggression and massacres by the reactionary Indian State under Operation Kagaar. The protests and support demonstrations continue in different countries of the world.

The Brahmanical Hindutva fascism and the racist aggression of the Modi government have further deteriorated the living conditions of the indigenous peoples, the poor peasants and the lower castes in India, where the bourgeois-feudal reaction persists as an institutional form of rule in every respect. The Indian comprador bureaucratic capitalists and landlords are lackeys of the imperialist monopolies. The Indian ruling classes, who clear the way for the imperialist monopolies, particularly the US and British imperialists, to brutally exploit and plunder India’s natural resources and labor, are being marketed internationally as one of the largest democracies in the world with military and political support of the imperialists thanks to this subjugation.

While the ruling classes of the Indian State, a semi-colony of the imperialist States and one of the most deeply entrenched social and political examples of semi-feudal rule, are striving to further entrench the bourgeois-feudal structure, they are simultaneously waging constant terrorist operations against the forces of the CPI (Maoist) who are waging the People’s War for democratic people’s power and against the indigenous peoples who are the mass force of the People’s War. While the visible face of the counter-revolutionary aggression like “Operation Kagaar” is aimed at the annihilation of the CPI (Maoist), the other face is the appropriation of the land of the indigenous peoples by the Indian ruling classes and the imperialist monopolies with the “legitimacy” they give to these operations. In particular, massacres of indigenous peoples in the Dandakaranya region of India are being perpetrated by official and paramilitary forces of the State. Public opinion attempts to legitimize these massacres under the guise of “fighting terrorism” by portraying the murdered indigenous civilians as CPI (Maoist) guerrilla fighters. Many indigenous people have already been massacred in this way as part of “Operation Kagaar”.

Despite the brutal terror and manipulation they are attempting, the Indian reaction and their imperialist masters can neither legitimize their massacres and aggression nor prevent the development of the CPI(Maoist) People’s War. The cadres of the CPI (Maoist), the militants, the guerrillas of the PLGA and the indigenous peoples of India are struggling against these counter-revolutionary terrorist operations, even if they lose their lives in the process. All the anti-imperialist forces of the world must join this struggle and show solidarity with the CPI (Maoist) People’s War.

THE “OPERATION KAGAAR” IS THE LEGITIMIZATION OF THE MASSACRE AND PLUNDER OF THE LAND OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE BY THE RULING CLASSES IN INDIA!
