Anti-Imperialist marches in support of Palestine resume

Imperialism, which is the highest stage of capitalism, undergoes an increasingly intense crisis of decomposition. As such, the imperialist ruling class have needed to to ramp up their oppression against the masses of the world to sustain its dying, blood-soaked system.
The ongoing genocide against Palestinians is a direct outcome of imperialism. The Israeli state is a tool used by the imperialists to enhance and strengthen imperialism, which has been continually and heroically resisted by the Palestinian people. The Al-Aqsa Flood of last year struck terror into the Imperialists, as the masses across the world saw their system for what it was, a paper tiger. In a desperate attempt to put down the resistance, the Israeli state has launched an ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people hoping that they can crush the anti-imperialist resistance. Along side these events, we have seen the imperialist war effort against the rest of South-West Asia is intensifying, as the recent airstrikes against Yemen have showcased.
The effects of imperialism are not only felt by the masses of those nations oppressed by imperialism. Workers in Imperialist nations such as Britain also are oppressed and exploited by the same ruling class which must use Imperialism to sustain the Capitalist mode of production. In the last few years particularly, the working class in Britain have increasingly felt how they are always the one who are made to pay for the imperialist crises. As such, millions of workers are beginning to understand the need to combat and resist imperialism.
With this we have seen the weekly marches in support for Palestine draw many hundreds of thousands of workers to individual marches across the country, to show their solidarity with Palestine and their opposition to imperialist oppression. These powerful acts of international solidarity have also struck fear into imperialist politicians such as Netanyahu. After a short break in the holiday period, the marches are resuming on the 13th of January. With this, we will be reporting on these weekly marches in a regular matter to give a comprehensive account of the current situation and what people can get involved with to further the anti-imperialist struggle.
