Fly high the red flag for Comrade Pierre! Queen City maoist collective - USA

Fly high the red flag for Comrade Pierre!

Comrades,
From the Queen City we send our solidarity and condolences to the Parti Communiste Maoiste (PCM) as they lost comrade Pierre. He was a tremendous beacon of revolution for all Maoists throughout the world, and this loss is huge.
Comrade Pierre’s passing happened on the birthday of Presidente Gonzalo, the greatest living Maoist in the world, and the 48th anniversary of the FBI murder of Fred Hampton and Mark Clark. Fred Hampton was one of the greatest revolutionary to come from the US.
Comrade Pierre was one of the most dedicated revolutionary communists in Europe. Right before the accident leading to his death, he had been attending a protest. Though we never knew him, his loss hit us hard. The loss of a comrade dedicated to the liberation of humanity is a loss for all. From the grand stories of his unwavering dedication to Maoism, to his mentoring of revolutionary youth throughout Europe, without a doubt the loss of comrade Pierre is a loss for the entire international proletariat.
Our collective deeply cherishes the lives of those we have lost serving the people, comrade Pierre among them. His uncompromising dedication should serve as a lesson to all revolutionaries across the world. The fight for world communism must now be sharpened. Comrade Pierre was a militant until the day he died, and we must continue his struggle for the liberation of the world proletariat.
Words from a comrade on comrade Pierre:
Today, a great comrade is gone. It was a man that inspired generations of communists, that gave his whole life at the service of a greater idea of mankind, at the service of a future of justice and freedom. He represented the transfer of knowledge, and he transmitted the fire from the Proletarian Left to the Maoist Communist Party with a tireless energy, being the living memory of struggle. More than a comrade, many of us saw him as a brother, a father or a grandfather, smiling and sharing good advices. He struggle against all kind of deviations, against renouncing, sometimes almost alone against the tide. Comrade, we wont forget you. For us, you’re an example, and you’ll live forever in our struggle. You’re is still among us, wherever flies this flag you loved so much, this red flag with the hammer and the sickle on it.

Long live marxism-leninism-maoism.

Comrade Pierre, present! Honor and respect
Comrade Pierre is immortal!
Fly high the red flag in his memory!
Long Live the PCM!
For revolution in the imperialist centers!

Austria: First rebellious demonstration against new government

About 8000 people gave the protests against the new ÖVP/FPÖ government a lively and struggling first impulse. They participated in several demonstrations which joint together at the Heldenplatz for a big manifestation. Thousands expressed in a struggling way and also unanounced demonstrations, their justified anger. Paroles against fascism and exploitation like “Alerta, Alerta, Antifascista“ or “rebellion is justified – do not believe the lies of the exploiters!”, as well as paroles against the dismantlement of the educational system, deportations and against capitalism where shouted by the demonstrators. Many participants saw clear that in this struggle the direction must also targeted against the planned antidemocratic attacks by the ruling class. Especially young students brought their demands to the demonstration in a very lively way.

After the spontaneous demonstration was formed and moved in the direction of the Burgtheater, police arrested three demonstrators. Police also made preparations to encircle the demonstration, which was prevented due to the fact that the demonstration gathered more forces very quickly and the police was not able to concentrate enough forces. It was tried to disturb the police in arresting the demonstrators by the protesters. During this they shouted paroles against police and repression like “hole Vienna hates the police!” or “fire and flames for the repression – what we need is revolution!”.
It is a good thing that the protests against the FPÖ/ÖVP government started in such a lively and struggling way. After this first impulse it is important to carry on with this struggling attitude and to mirror it on the big demonstration on January the 13th and to use it to develop further joint actions. Only then a stable and consistent resistance can develop and prevent the protests to be stopped like a straw fire. Let us take up the initiative together with all who want to get active against the plans of the ruling class consequently.

Resistance against the ruling class is justified!

Forward with struggling antifascism

bandh called by CPI (Maoist) in Gaya district

GAYA: A group of suspected Maoists torched a sawmill under the Dumaria police station area as the bandh called by CPI (Maoist) crippled life in some parts of Gaya district on Wednesday.
According to reports reaching the district headquarters, the mill was torched following the refusal by its owner to pay levy (protection money) to the Maoists. The Maoists reportedly left behind a hand note threatening more damage in case their demand was not met.
Gaya SSP Garima Malik said the arsonists could not be identified. “I have asked the area DSP for a detailed report,” she said.
As per reports, Dumaria, Imamganj, Banke Bazar and parts of Raushanganj and Amas police station areas of the district were the worst hit. Besides halting every business activity, about one dozen commercial bank branches, including that of Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank, remained closed in these areas. The SSP, however, said she was not aware of it.
She further said strict vigil was being maintained in sensitive areas of the district. Besides, intensified patrolling in the vulnerable areas and area domination exercise had been stepped up, she said.
Gaya station director Pavinesh Katel said train movement on the Grand Chord section was not affected by the bandh. Vigil on the tracks had been intensified and pilots were pressed into service to escort important trains during dark hours. The Maoist gave the bandh call to register protest against the ongoing police operations against them.

CPI Maoist Expanding Influence Into Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh Border Region

The Andhra-Tamil Nadu border may be becoming another problematic area for the government like the Andhra-Odisha Border (AOB) going by the reported visits of the Maoists to some tribal areas here.
The CPI (Maoist), People’s War Group (PWG) earlier, is reliably learnt to be enjoying the support of tribes in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other States. Many Koya, Gutti Koya, Gond, Lambadas, Kondareddis and other tribes are extending their support to them in the forests.
Now, the extremists are trying to strengthen their base in the Andhra Pradesh-Tamil Nadu border and are often visiting the tribal pockets, says a police officer of Andhra Pradesh.
Malayali tribes
After the Seshachalam encounter, in which 20 red sander smugglers of Tamil Nadu were shot dead by the A.P. Special Task Force Police in Chittoor district on April 7, 2015, the Maoists visited Javvadi and Pachamalai hills where Malayali tribes had been staying for many decades.
“Thirteen Malayali tribes, allegedly engaged in cutting and felling red sander trees in the Seshachalam forests, were killed in the encounter and the tribal hamlets were shocked by it. Taking advantage of the situation, the Maoists visited the tribal pockets, condemned the act and extended their solidarity,” the police official said.
Naxalites raised their voice against bauxite mining in Visakhapatnam and criticised the government over the attacks on Dalits by the upper caste men in AP and Telangana on several occasions. The Maoists, who once had Nallamala forests in their grip, are trying to set up their base in Tamil Nadu forests too, a Task Force police officer said.
“It is a fact that the Naxalites visited the Tamil Nadu forests after the Seshachalam encounter, interacted with the coolies and held meetings. They are making efforts to strengthen their hold on AP-TN border,” he said.
