Pays-Bas : Près de 60 arrestations lors d’une contre-manifestation pro-palestinienne à Amsterdam

Près de 60 personnes ont été arrêtées le 17 septembre à Amsterdam, en marge d’un rassemblement pro-israélien organisé place du Dam. Une quarantaine de manifestants pro-palestiniens s’étaient rendus sur la place malgré l’interdiction de la contre-manifestation à cet endroit. Treize personnes ont été interpellées pour différentes infractions, notamment pour avoir perturbé le rassemblement, tandis qu’environ 45 autres ont été arrêtées pour avoir manifesté contre le rassemblement dans une zone où cela était interdit.

La municipalité avait autorisé la manifestation pro-palestinienne à Oude Turfmarkt, à environ 500 mètres de la place du Dam, une décision confirmée par un juge après un recours en urgence. Malgré cela, certains manifestants se sont rendus place du Dam, où un important drapeau palestinien a notamment été déployé depuis un immeuble. Les 45 personnes arrêtées pour manifestation interdite ont été libérées, les 13 autres étaient encore en garde à vue, dans l’attente d’une décision du parquet sur d’éventuelles poursuites.

India—often portrayed as the "world's largest democracy"— is actually the world's largest "prison." Repression and massacres — particularly targeting Adivasi populations engaged in struggle — go hand in hand with rape and sexual violence, including against young girls. The Modi government and its armed forces reserve particular brutality for female Maoist fighters — a decisive force in the people's war waged by the Communist Party of India (Maoist), which Modi seeks to eradicate entirely through mass and targeted killings (an ongoing campaign known as Operation Kagaar).
Modi and Meloni are close allies with significant shared interests; both support Netanyahu and are complicit in the genocide of the Palestinian people.

Brasil - Manifesto ao povo brasileiro - Revista Revolução Cultural

Não vote: organize-se e lute por pão, terra, trabalho e dignidade!

Mais uma vez a enxurrada de partidos oficiais e candidatos lotam as ruas e as telas com suas promessas de campanha. Novamente, aos trabalhadores é dada a nobre opção de escolher quais representantes das classes dominantes irão enganá-los e roubá-los no parlamento e nos palácios nos próximos anos. Desde o retorno do voto direto para a presidência da república, em 1989, diferentes siglas se revezaram no cargo, da esquerda institucional e comportada do PT até a extrema-direita golpista de Bolsonaro. Em essência, o que mudou na vida do povo? Nada!

É claro que o princípio do sufrágio universal – uma cabeça, um voto – é uma conquista democrática importante, como são a jornada de oito horas, o direito de greve ou o divórcio para as mulheres. Ainda pior seria um regime como o dos militares, que vigorou entre 1964-1985, que restringia a escolha do presidente a uma votação indireta, entre uma lista apresentada pelos generais; ou, retrocedendo no tempo, a odiosa Monarquia que acabou em 1889, que governou apoiada no chicote e na senzala que mantinha sobre a população negra e escravizada. Ocorre que o direito de voto pode ser usado para muitas coisas, como, por exemplo, plebiscitos sobre aspectos da vida cotidiana ou direitos de minorias. A sua existência pura e simples não significa que o sistema político é democrático, pois a democracia popular não é apenas a possibilidade de escolher, mas de fiscalizar e remover os representantes eleitos.

Na prática, quem decide o resultado das eleições no Brasil não são os eleitores individualmente, mas sim o poder do dinheiro e cada vez mais das máfias organizadas e instaladas dentro do Estado. A cada quatro anos, os brasileiros são chamados a comparecerem a um jogo de cartas marcadas, em que os candidatos considerados competitivos já deram provas suficientes aos seus verdadeiros chefes – os banqueiros, industriais, latifundiários, donos das empresas de comunicação e outros grupos poderosos – que não farão nada para alterar os seus privilégios, ou ampliar os direitos e a participação política dos trabalhadores.

Por isso, nós da Revista Revolução Cultural conclamamos o BOICOTE ÀS ELEIÇÕES! Ao votar nulo ou se abster, a juventude e os trabalhadores não deixam de se manifestar politicamente, ao contrário: expressam com isso o seu rechaço cada vez mais consciente a um sistema político que não representa os interesses da imensa maioria do povo brasileiro. Na verdade, é o seu maior inimigo!

Advancing the people's war is the highest tribute to Ka Rida - Communist Party of the Philippines

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Philippines bestows the highest honors to Julia Cagadas-Lastimosa, revolutionary leader of North Central Mindanao Region (NCMR). The thousands upon thousands of workers, peasants and Lumad people knew her as Ka Rida, Ka Toyang, Ka Kayuka, Ka Tanya―whom they deeply loved for her simplicity, determination and dedication to serve all the oppressed and exploited.

Last Saturday, September 12, Ka Rida, 66, breathed her last. She fell in combat along with three other Red fighters of the New People's Army, in an armed encounter with the fascist troops of the 26th Infantry Battalion, in Barangay Bakingking, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the children, relatives and loved ones of Ka Rida. We also offer our sympathies to the friends and families of Ka Maki (Rocha Mae Bihag), Ka Doydoy (Tiloy Basahon) and Ka Kikoy (Ringo Lindayo). For having dedicated their lives to the cause of national liberation and true democracy, they are all heroes of the Filipino people. Their names are now forever etched in the walls of the people's pantheon.

We extend our deepest condolences to the revolutionary forces of NCMR, many of whom crossed paths with Ka Rida as she mentored and guided countless young revolutionary activists and cadres. Ka Rida was among the leading cadres of the Regional Party Committee who led the growth of the revolutionary movement in NCMR over the past two decades.

Présenté en Conseil des ministres le 16 septembre, le projet de loi « casseurs-payeurs » prévoit un nouveau régime de responsabilité civile, c’est-à-dire un mécanisme permettant d’obtenir réparation financière d’un dommage sans passer nécessairement par une condamnation pénale pour en être l’auteur direct. Le texte vise ainsi à rendre solidairement responsables les participants à un groupement ou attroupement violent lorsque des violences ou dégradations sont commises, y compris ceux qui n’ont pas personnellement causé les dégâts.

Le dispositif prévoit des réparations pouvant atteindre 10 000 euros. Les personnes restant sur place après les sommations de dispersion pourraient également être concernées lorsque des violences ou dégradations sont commises. Les dommages et intérêts pourraient être prélevés, sous certaines conditions, sur les allocations familiales et les aides au logement, avec maintien d’un « reste à vivre ».

Le projet avait déjà été évoqué par le gouvernement en juin, après les violences et la répression survenues lors des célébrations de la victoire du PSG, avant d’être présenté officiellement en Conseil des ministres. Le texte, composé de cinq articles, doit désormais être examiné par le Parlement, d’abord au Sénat.
