AFTER MAY FIRST - MAOIST ROAD

We have had a red, proletarian and internationalist May First, with many demonstrations and, in several countries, Maoist demonstrations. In many demonstrations and countries the new Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Joint Declaration of Maoist parties and organizations has been spread and embodied. A declaration that advances the work for The MLM international unity and struggle, in the fire of class struggle and closely linked with masses, from India to Tunisia, from France to Afghanistan, from Turkey to the Spanish State, from Sri Lanka to Italy, from Manipur to Canada, from Morocco to the British State. etc.

The Joint Declaration of May First 2013 is not a “post for Internet”. It is a weapon in the hands of hundreds thousands proletarians and masses. This year the Joint Declaration is not a “text of principles”, we do not need to repeat every year the same declaration and slogans.

It is not a “final declaration”. It is the Joint Declaration for this year, in the long march towards a new unity of MLM parties and organizations in the world, a new point of reference after the collapse of the RIM and the shameful capitulation and liquidation of the RCP US, the CoRim and the Prachanda's revisionist line.

Therefore, the Joint Declaration is a real indication for the class struggle of today, not simply a statement, by which someone speaks to himself, with no reference to the concrete class struggle and neglecting the task to extend the organized proletarian internationalism.

The Joint Declaration is not the statement of one commanding Party but a paper realized in cooperation throughout the world, with amendments and changes,. It was very difficult work, comrades! But a true militant work that serves the march to a new international MLM organization.

We have to unite other parties and organizations, not only on a text, but in an internationalist common work. We do not seek simply the signature of a text but a common road, a Maoist road in theory and practice.

Some parties member of RIM held a Special Meeting and issued two important documents. With those resolutions the unity and struggle is not matter of RIM internal debate, since RIM is defunct, but a debate for the unity and struggle in MLM international communist movement.

They are not clandestine or cyber-Maoist papers, but documents that bring a clear demarcation line and draw a new plan for a new International Conference. These demarcation line and plan advance step by step: an International Seminar for a summation of the Rim and other international organizations, and any other kind of meetings and talks to develop the clarifications between parties and organizations; a new Declaration - a Maoist and People's war Declaration! - to be realized together with all parties and organizations that can be united, first all the Parties leading people's wars.

We do not stay waiting for the International Conference or a new MLM international organization, in order to advance in people's war in the world and in each country or to support the People's War in India !

We do not stay waiting to build new Maoist parties in the world and strengthen all the existing Maoist parties and organizations!

Indeed, this work is a joint work and so the advancement is real and clear and it will be more and more clear in the next months and years.

All the Maoists parties and organizations are called to fulfill their task, a task of the proletarians and popular masses in the word.

We call all the comrades, parties and organizations to read again the resolutions of the Special Meeting of parties of RIM. All the MLM parties and organizations can join the common work pointed out by those Resolutions, if they want.

We must pursue the international unity of the communists in the world, towards the construction of a new international organization, to fight together imperialism and reaction and march together to a new Communist International, for socialism and communism.

We call all comrades, parties and organizations to participate the International Seminar that is in preparation and to take in their hands issues and problems of the international communist movement of today, for a new international organization and a Maoist general line.

We call all MLM parties and organizations to join the International Committee to support the people's war in India,

On November 2012 in Hamburg, the International Conference in Support of the People’s War in India, in which hundreds of representatives of revolutionary and anti-imperialist organizations and Maoist parties and organizations from more than twenty countries joined their forces and called to unite and strengthen the class struggle in each country, was a great example of internationalism.

We support the decision of the International Committee to launch an International day of support and solidarity in the next weeks.
