PCm Italy hails the process of unity which led to the foundation of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal.
We appreciate that in the Manifesto of Party Unity it is reaffirming the principles of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and the whole paragraph that reaffirms their contents. On this, the unity between our Party and the new PCR Nepal is solid and indissoluble.
We appreciate that the new Party, quoting Lenin and Mao, is committed to apply the MLM on the concrete situation of Nepal on the basis of the concrete reality.
We appreciate the condemnation and struggle against the state and government currently ruling in Nepal, led by the comprador bourgeoisie subservient to imperialism and the government of the arch-revisionist and traitor Prachanda.
The Communist Party of Nepal has historically waged the glorious people's war and has been a staple of the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement as long as it existed. On these two spheres we believe that your Party has an important role to play for the development of people's and for the building of a new Marxist-Leninist-Maoist International Organization: We think that your Party is engaged in the path towards an International Conference.
Our Party will strengthen the ties with yours, and we hope that a bilateral meeting can take place this year to deepen our liaison and draft a joint Declaration addressed to the entire international communist movement.
