Dear Comrades!
Our Party is very happy to hear of the unification of the Communist Party of Nepal (Revolutionary Maoist) and the Communist Party of Nepal (Majority) in a single revolutionary party of the Nepalese working class: the Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal.
The Nepalese proletariat and people — the proletariat and people of the second-«poorest» country in the world, that is, the second-most-exploited country in the world — have a glorious history of struggle under the leadership of the Nepalese communist movement, mainly the ten-year People’s War led by the historic Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) prior to the betrayal of the revolution by the counter-revolutionary, revisionist clique headed by Pushpa Kamal Dahal (or, how he styles himself: «Comrade Prachanda»).
At the height of the People’s War in 2006, almost the entirety of Nepal had been liberated from the unscrupulous exploitation of imperialism, the mediaeval rule of the feudal landowners had been liquidated, and the corrupt sub-contractors of the foreign monopoly capitalists had been driven back to the capital of Kathmandu — the workers, peasants, and other working people held power in their hands for the first and only time in the history of your country
It was at that moment that the traitor Pushpa Kamal Dahal and his clique, taking advantage of the fall of the absolute monarchy, and shaking in their boots at the thought of an invasion by Indian expansionism in case the People’s War won victory, betrayed the Nepalese people. They dissolved the people’s State power, tricked the fighters of the People’s Liberation Army into marching into the UN-operated concentration camps, and handed over the people’s guns to the enemy — thus showing the whole world in what direction «Prachanda’s Path» really leads. Pushpa Kamal Dahal is now Prime Minister of Nepal; what did the people gain from his capitulation? Nothing but the lesson that the revisionists, the fake Communists, in the end, are nothing but egotistical scabs who will betray the revolution at a moment’s notice.
We are sure that the Nepalese people, armed with this lesson, under the leadership of your Party, so long as it persists in a correct and appropriate general line, will relaunch the armed struggle, and once again reach the same tremendous heights as before. This necessitates a creative handling of tactics amidst the fluidity of class struggle, without violating the strategic principles of revolutionary struggle, as Marx, Lenin, and Mao consistently taught us. In this way you will certainly win victory in the present stage of the revolution, proceed further without interruption to the socialist revolution, and, by continuing the revolution under the dictatorship of the proletariat, join hands with the whole international working class and the exploited and oppressed people of the world in realizing communist society across the Earth.
