....Dear comrades and people!
Objective condition is favourable for revolution in the international and
domestic planes. There are large scale people’s struggles in the past four years.
Let us develop these struggles into a spate of revolution. Let us intensify our
political effort among the people of urban, rural and forest areas of the country
and enlighten them with revolutionary politics. Let us continue mass work and
class struggle with proper orientation and enhance mass base. Let us mobilise
the new generation out of people’s struggles, increase subjective forces and
develop strong party, strong people’s army and strong United Front and thus
develop these struggles into a spate of revolution. Let us in this way advance
and accomplish the revolutionary movement of India. When the first and second
spate of revolutions arose, revolutions were successful in Russia, China, East
Europe, Vietnam in the leadership of Lenin, Stalin and Mao. Revolutions failed
in the other countries because those could not build revolutionary communist
party, lead revolutionary war and seize state power. Therefore, let us learn
lessons from the International Communist Movement, especially from the communist movement of our country and develop the rising struggles of the
country and the world into a spate of revolution. Let us advance the New
Democratic Revolution in India
