Bury right opportunism in the soil of Punjab!
Hold high the red banner of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Comrades and beloved peoples,
This is to inform that we have expelled Jalal and Sukhvinder kaur, while Jalal was the member of NCC
that is our committee, Sukhvinder was the member of ex-soc of Punjab. Jalal joined NCC in 2024 but
after the NIA raid in his house, he became inactive and stopped coordinating with us for the NCC work,
therefore we demoted him to SOC level. We repeatedly persuaded Jalal and his partner Sukhvinder
Kaur to work at least at the state level. We asked them to take the responsibility of the party work. But
during these process they did not coordinate and after several persuasion when Jalal met, he affirmed
that they will not be working under the leadership of our party. Apart from this following activities of
theirs need to be noted:-
1) They encouraged the formation of anti-party landlord lead class collaborators group called
Punjabnama. This was formed by the traitor Harmanpreet, along with the state agencies this
organization is working to attack revolutionary mass organizations and their individual leaders. The
only mandate of this organization is to attack us. Asin alias Gagan alias Aman the traitor who had
written a letter to Venugopal urging him to surrender is working with the traitor Harman to strengthen
this group. While Jalal and Sukhvinder are with Harman, working in such close coordination with the
enemy forces they have moved away from the revolutionary camp to the camp of the enemy and that of
the state agents.
2) Under the cover of left phrase-mongering, Jalal and his partner Sukhivinder are practicing right
opportunist politics. Such is the height of this opportunism that despite claiming that they are with the
party line they have not moved an inch on ug party building. On the contrary they are doing all that is
under their power to stop the march of the party along the line of ug party building.
3) They violated the party discipline by not participating in the party structures for more than six
months. And has formed an anti-party clique in name of Punjab- SOC.
4) They used the mechanism of spreading white terror against the party cadres and leadership; they
spread terror against the politics of armed struggle; they keep warning their cadre that if you go with
the party then the party will start armed struggle and will get you killed or imprisoned.
Comrade Lenin had said that opportunist are the enemy`s agent within the party. How are they different
from the enemy. They are traitor to the proletarian class in general and the party in particular. Our CC
in 19-11-2017 had identified non proletarian trends of economism, legalism, reformism, bureaucracy in
Jalal. These very serious trends developed into deviations and later into a parallel opportunist line and
presently to liquidationism. Actually in Punjab state committee plenum of 2006 there emerged a
minority group, the position of this group was that party program can not be implemented in Punjab
since the geography of Punjab does not allow PPW. Raju was leading this argument. Jalal from the very
beginning was convinced with this argument but could not take the courage and bold step to claim this
line. While Raju is a honest opportunist, Jalal is the opportunist of dishonest order, therefore he kept on
hiding his line. Comrade Mao said that the bourgeoisie fellow traveler deserts the party and revolution
when he feels that his personal interest is hampered by the revolution, when Jalal and Sukhvinder
realized that their interest is being hampered by being member of the party they liquidated it. This
explains their inactivity after the NIA raid. Comrade Mao said “The error here consists in neglecting
the fact that the bourgeoisie (and especially the big bourgeoisie) not only exerts an influence on the
petty bourgeoisie and the peasantry, but does its utmost to influence the proletariat and the Communist
Party in a strenuous effort to destroy their ideological, political and organizational independence, turn
them into an appendage of the bourgeoisie and its political party, and ensure that it will reap the fruits
of the revolution for itself or its political party alone; this error also consists in neglecting the fact that
the bourgeoisie (and especially the big bourgeoisie) betrays the revolution whenever the revolution
conflicts with its own selfish interests or with those of its own political party. To neglect all this is
Right opportunism. The characteristic feature of Chen Tu-hsiu’s Right opportunism was that it led the
proletariat to accommodate itself to the selfish interests of the bourgeoisie and its political party, and
this was the subjective cause of the failure of the First Great Revolution”. This explains why all the
liquidators from Punjab to UP are either from the upper section of petty bourgeoisie or directly from
the ruling class and caste background. It`s the class interest which decides ones commitment toward the
party and movement. It suits the class interest of the petty bourgeoisie and also the ruling class to be
hero at times when the movement was in the upstream but at our times what is needed is selfless
service and faith toward the party and its political line which the egoistic feudal pettiness of the petty
bourgeoisie and the ruling classes will not allow for.
Recently in one of the magazine named Nagada; Jalal and Sukhvinder who are its organizers directly
attacked the party and asserted that party no longer exists. This is the language of the great renegade
liquidator of comrade Lenin`s time, Larin who said during the set back period of communist movement
in Russia that there is no party left to be liquidated. Jalal and Sukhvinder have proved that they along
with Seema Vishwavijay are the great grandson of Larin and his likes. We say that your this wish will
never be fulfilled. Party can not be defeated, it will march ahead, for there is no power on this earth that
can deny the scientific logical progression of society toward communism. Such is the inevitability of
the success of proletarian as a historic force and its party as a weapon to achieve the dictatorship of
proletariat. Similarly your downfall, Jalal and Sukhvinder is inevitable, history will remember you as
the dust which had to be wiped out in order to move ahead for a new beginning.
We appeal to all the comrades and revolutionary masses of Punjab to rise up the situation of third world
war, carry forward the revolutionary rebellious tradition of the soil of Punjab and join the revolutionary
tide under the leadership of our party. We should not forget that sikh gurus who were leading the armed
guerrilla struggles against the feudal brahmanical landlords too had to retreat in order to attack more
vigorously. Our party too is gaining its ideological and political strength in order to attack the enemy
more vigorously and pave the shining path toward NDR, Socialism and finally to Communism. The
people of Punjab understand this. They are with us and not with the capitulators.
Lastly, with this statement we want to declare that our committee that is NCC which was formed in
accordance to the PB resolution of Nov, 2023 has hereby cleansed itself of all the liquidators and
opportunist leadership of the older and higher order. We expelled the Chen Tu-hsiu of Delhi, Gopal
Mishra; Chen Tu-hsiu of UP, Seema-Vishwavijay; Chen Tu-hsiu of Punjab, Raju, Jalal and Sukhvinder
and Chen Tu-hsiu of Haryana Joginder Singh. We promise to keep struggling against opportunism-
liquidation-revisionism and all its manifestations in order to restrengthen the Leninist party functioning
and Maoist method of leadership in our party.
