USA : Un appel pour la condamnation de Mumia pourrait devenir possible

La défense de Mumia Abu-Jamal avait relevé le rôle du juge Ronald Castille à plusieurs étapes de la procédure, une fois comme procureur adjoint, puis comme juge à la Cour suprême d’État. Le magistrat de Philadelphie Leon Tucker a estimé, hier, qu’il aurait dû se récuser et a permis à la défense de Mumia Abu-Jamal de faire appel de sa condamnation sous trente jours. L’avenir judiciaire de Mumia-Abu Jamal est désormais dans les mains du procureur de district Larry Krasner, qui a encore la faculté de faire appel de la décision du juge Leon Tucker.

Political Prisoner G N Saibaba Undergoes Medical Examination And Testing At Government Hospital In Nagpur

Nagpur: Maoist leader professor G N Saibaba underwent a medical examination at the Super Specialty Hospital (SSH) in the Government Medical College and Hospital here on Wednesday.
The Delhi University professor was accompanied by his wife and brother. He was examined by the doctor of his own choice, Dr MS Gopinath from Khamam in Telangana. Sources had said three doctors, including one from Delhi, were to be there for the examination. But only one doctor turned up.
Saibaba was subjected to various blood tests, ultrasonography, ECG, Echo etc. The tests started at 11am and went on till 3.30pm. The reports are expected to be submitted to the court by his doctor.
He was accompanied by one senior police official from Gadchiroli who was stationed at the hospital for the whole day. The official happened to be a medico. Two doctors from SSH, who were deputed to supervise the examinations, were told to ensure that all conversations were done either in Hindi or English as per the court order.

O número de brasileiros que trabalham para empresas sem carteira assinada e sem seus direitos trabalhistas cresceu 4,5% (498 mil pessoas) em novembro de 2018. Já o desemprego real (chamada “subocupação”) soma ainda 27 milhões de desempregado. Os dados são do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).

“Especialistas” do mercado comemoram o aumento no número de trabalhadores informais, pois isto seria o início do aquecimento do mercado e aumentaria a capacidade de consumo das famílias. No entanto, a pesquisa do IBGE atestou que a renda média do trabalhador brasileiro segue estagnada com relação ao mês de outubro, o que significa que o consumo segue no mesmo índice e o mercado não aquece.

Medios de la prensa india, informa del ataque de una columna del maoísta Ejercito Guerrillero Popular de Liberación, a la vivienda de un miembro del Consejo Legislativo por el gubernamental partido BJP, Rajan Singh y su primo transportista Sunil Singh. en la localidad de Sudi Bigaha, del distrito de Aurangabad en el sur de Bihar.
La operación comenzó, con fuego de fusiles automáticos y lanza granadas contra la vivienda. Un tío del político reaccionario, de 65 años, resulto muerto en el ataque y fueron destruidos por explosivos la vivienda y autobuses y vehículos que estaban en la finca.
Se afirma que los guerrilleros también atacaron una carpintería y un centro gubernamental. Los guerrilleros se retiraron ante la llegada de efectivos del batallón 153º CRPF con los que intercambiaron disparos. Las carreteras colindantes estaban bloqueadas por minas sembradas por los maoístas.
La policía afirma, que el ataque fue planeado y ejecutado por los comandantes del EGPL camaradas Sandeep Yadav, Vivek Yadav y Sanjit Yadav con una columna de 25-30 guerrilleros.
