GALIZA: Seguindo o chamado do PCI (Maoista) a campaña mundial de protesta!

15/ 16 june - Red salute to the CPP, NPA and NDFP! from Norway

Red salute to the CPP, NPA and NDFP!

On the occasion of the initiative from the comrades of the CPI (Maoist) for a worldwide campaign of solidarity June 15th-16th, we send our revolutionary greetings to the Communist Party of the Philippines and the revolutionary Filipino people. We observe the international campaign in honor of the leaders Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria, who were tortured and murdered by the reactionary Armed Forces of the Philippines along with eight other comrades in late August 2022.

We strongly condemn US imperialism and its compradors in the Duterte-Marcos regime. We send our red salutes to the Communist Party of the Philippines, the New People’s Army and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines. Murdered leaders live on in the struggle. The reaction cannot stop the People’s War. The masses of the Filipino people continue to generate leaders and militants who carry the torch forward, to bring the national democratic revolution to victory and march on to socialism and communism.

Honor the memory of comrades Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria!
Hold high the red banner of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Long live the People’s War in the Philippines!
Long live the Proletarian World Revolution!

Honor y gloria a los camaradas Benito Tiamzon and Ka Wilma Austria!

Viva el marxismo-leninismo-maoismo!

Viva el Partido Comunista de Filipinas!

Viva la Guerra Popular!

against Israel's massacres

Israel’s massacres, siege, and land theft against our people are escalating. It has killed at least 158 Palestinians already this year, including many children. Yet, the fact that its government is the most far-right, fundamentalist and sexist ever – with a proud fascist component – gives us an unprecedented opportunity to dramatically build our people power to reach the S in BDS – targeted, lawful sanctions.

Our people’s steadfastness (sumud) and relentless popular resistance are our main inspiration. Despite 75 years of its ongoing Nakba against the Indigenous Palestinians, Israel’s regime of settler-colonialism and apartheid has utterly failed to colonize our minds with despair.

Supported by our intersectional solidarity partners in racial, Indigenous, social, gender and climate justice movements representing tens of millions worldwide, we are building power. Just days ago, the BDS movement celebrated bringing G4S, the world’s largest security company, to its knees, making it end all its business in apartheid Israel.

"Munich Communists Trial" - Fighting Against Fascism is a Legitimate action, It Cannot Be Prosecuted!

Federal Supreme Court Rejects the Appeal of the "Munich Communists Trial"!

                                                                                                                               ATIK

After the conclusion of the trial, known as the "Munich Communists Trial" in the public opinion, which lasted more than 5 years, the appeal of the lawyers was rejected by the Federal Supreme Court (BGH). With this, the long prison sentences handed down by the Munich State Court were upheld. The court had sentenced 10 revolutionaries to between 2 years 9 months and 6 years 6 months in prison.

M. Elma, E. Aktürk, H. Bern, M. Demir, M. Yeşilçalı, S. Aydın, D. Büyükavcı, D. Pektaş, S. Solmaz, S. Uğur were detained and arrested on 15 April 2015 in an operation conducted in Germany, Switzerland, Greece and France in cooperation with Germany and Turkey. The trial started on 17 June 2016 at the Munich State Court and concluded on 19. 07. 2020. While those arrested were released respectively a few years after the start of the trial, M. Elma, who had been imprisoned for a long time in Turkey and tortured for many years in Diyarbakır prison during the military fascist coup d'état of 12 September, was kept in prison until the end of the trial. With the rejection of the appeal by the BGH, some of them are likely to be re-arrested due to the high prison sentences they received.

Immediately after the operation, this attack was protested in many European countries and was massively recognised for 5 years. In many parts of the world this attack of the German state was condemned and the imprisoned revolutionaries were embraced. Hundreds of marches, rallies and meetings have been organised to claim that revolutionaries are not alone and the legitimacy of the struggle against the fascist Turkish state.

It is meaningful that the appeal was rejected at a time when the German state intensified its attacks against domestic and immigrant revolutionaries, those who struggle for a clean climate, those who seek their rights and freedoms, those who had to flee due to war, oppression and massacres in their countries. In the last few months, dozens of people have been detained, many revolutionaries from Turkey and Kurdistan have been arrested, anti-fascists who fought against the German Nazis have been detained and many of them have been sentenced to more than 5 years in prison. This is an indication of the German state's hostility towards communists, revolutionaries, anti-fascists and in short all progressives.

The Struggle Against Fascism is Legitimate, It Cannot Be Prevented!

It is also meaningful that the process in which the BGH rejected the appeal case coincided with the re-election of the fascist Erdoğan in the elections held in Turkey. The true face of the German state, which has been the biggest supporter of the Turkish state from the Ottoman Empire to the establishment of the Turkish Republic and has played a personal role in the Armenian genocide and many massacres in Kurdistan, has also been seen in this case. The fascist Erdoğan clique, which has been in power in the last 22 years of the fascist Turkish Republic and has inflicted all kinds of oppression, persecution and massacres on workers, labourers, women, LGBTIs, Kurds, Alevis, revolutionaries and communists, is supported by the German state.

As ATIK (Confederation Workers from Turkey in Europe), we once again condemn this decision of the BGH! We call on the local and immigrant democratic forces in Europe to fight jointly against this decision. Wherever it is; It is legitimate to fight against imperialism, capitalism, fascism and all forms of reaction, this cannot be minimised by reactionary laws.

Freedom for all political prisoners!

No to paragraph 129, 129 a/b of the penal code!

Revolutionary struggle is legitimate, it cannot be judged!

Freedom for Georges Ibrahim Abdallah - 18 june Paris

The united campaign for the liberation of Georges Abdallah calls for a massive demonstration on June 18 in Paris. In
the appeal they also stress the need for national and international solidarity campaigns to free the Palestinian
revolutionary, imprisoned for 39 years.

Join the national demonstration for the release of Georges Abdallah ! Métro Ménilmontat, Paris, Sunday June 18, 14h

On June 18, the eve of International Day of Revolutionary Prisoners, we are calling for another major national
demonstration for the release of one of our prisoners: Georges Abdallah, a lifelong fighter for a Palestine free of Zionist
occupation, and a revolutionary whose support for the struggles of peoples against imperialism, capitalism, fascism
and all forms of reaction is unwavering.

Georges Abdallah is part of our struggle, and we are part of his struggle : today, not a single demonstration goes by
without the effigy of our comrade, and through him his struggle, being present in the banners and placards unfurled,
the slogans chanted, the leaflets distributed and the statements made. The movement of solidarity in his favor, of
respect for his commitment and his resistance, of support for his vision of the world, and of anger at the life sentence
he has been serving for 39 years, continues to grow day by day.

Georges Abdallah is part of our struggle, our fight, and his release is our determination. This determination of all those
who support our comrade and his liberation cannot remain diffuse here and there. We must also show it and being
seen and heard at the major demonstrations focused exclusively on the demand for our comrade’s release, and to
unite all the forces present to support him, because as Georges Abdallah says in every one of his statements: “Knowing
that you are united gives me great strength and warms my heart. Whatever those watching and spying on this meeting
may think does not matter, the warmth of your mobilization and the enthusiasm of your commitment cross these
abominable walls, these barbed wires and watchtowers, they pierce the daily death of the cells and and it give us a
glimpse of victory on the horizon”.

To say loud and clear, in front of the French State and the world, our firm determination to rescue our comrade from
the clutches of the enemy, to show our active solidarity with those who have been imprisoned for so many years, to
show the “scathing reply to those who were betting on the exhaustion of your mobilization”, is certainly taking place
in Lannemezan – and October 22 demonstrated this amplification of support when everyone is present – but other key
events must also make this determination part of the agenda of our struggles.

The national demonstration in Paris, organized since 2016, is one of the many flashpoints that must be created
nationally and international level, and it is in this perspective that we call on all those involved in supporting Georges
Abdallah to multiply their initiatives during the week of action from 12 to 19 June and to be present in Paris on June
18, 2023, to the cry of “Georges Abdallah, your comrades are here!

Certainly, today as yesterday, the liberation of the revolutionary prisoners is a priority duty (...) Let us be, Comrades,
let us live up to this duty” (Georges Abdallah).
