Birmingham (England): Sit-in against Indian State repression in front of the consulate the 15th of August

On "so-called" independence day join us in protesting the witch-hunt and repression of activists in India who all stand accused in the bogus Lucknow Conspiracy Case and to demand the release of all political prisoners. The NIA (National Investigation Agency, or rather 'National Implicating Agency' and Brahminical Hindutva fascist BJP-RSS's Gestapo) have targeted over 40 prominent activists and organisers on accusation of working to revive the CPI-Ma0ist across Northern India. Hence this is a continuation of Operation Kagar into the cities, from the jungles.
In reality their only crime is fighting, in their different ways, for the India that our independence struggle's martyrs fought for. They continue the fight of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev, the fight of the Ghadar Party, of the HRSA.
We demand the release of labour and student activist Priyanshu Kashyap who is of an Adivasi background, documentary maker Vishal Singh, anti-displacement activist and Advocate Ajay Kumar. We demonstrate in solidarity with these and various others facing repression in this bogus case - including Advocate Ehtmam Ul Haq from FACAM (Forum Against Corporatisation and Militarisation), Shiv Kumar who has been facing repeated state harassment including torture and casteist abuse (relating to his Dalit background) for his work organising industrial workers, labour activist Manjeet targeted for similar work with industrial workers, anti-imperialist student activist Devdat Shakya associated with bsCEM.
