WHOEVER
WINS THE ELECTION -
WE
LOSE!
Every effort is being made by the
politicians and the media to get us to vote in the General Election.
Yet millions of people have not even bothered to register to vote.
Many of those voting do so very reluctantly, on a least worse basis in
their choice of parties. The fact is that public confidence in
politicians and the political system in Britain is at all time
low.
GRINDING US
DOWN
The multi-millionaire bankers
created the world-wide financial crisis in 2008 but ordinary people have been
paying for their folly ever since. In Britain:
· There have been massive cuts in
public spending on vital social services with old and disadvantaged people
suffering the most as many thousands of those providing care are being
sacked. Also welfare benefits have been reduced causing much
hardship.
· Most people’s living standards have
significantly fallen during the last five years. More people than
ever before are working longer in a desperate attempt to maintain household
income. Many of the new jobs are on insecure, zero hours contracts
at National Minimum Wage. Working people are being exploited by
employers to a greater intensity than ever before.
· There is a growing housing shortage
leading to sky high rents being charged by greedy landlords. Very
few council houses have been built. A declining number of people are able to
afford to buy their own homes. Homelessness is on the
rise.
· Growing poverty means that
hundreds of thousands of people, many of them working full-time, are
turning to food banks to ward off hunger.
In one of the richest countries in
the world massive differences in living standards are growing between the tiny
minority of billionaires and the great mass of the people.
CAPITALISM IS
CRAP, LET’S GET RID OF IT!
This exploitative and
oppressive system we live under is called CAPITALISM.
Whoever forms the next government, they will carry on
propping up the capitalist system which enriches the tiny minority capitalist
class who
own and control finance, industry and commerce.. While the bankers
carry on playing we will carry on paying for their excesses.
In the world at large capitalism
brings about murderous wars, as in the Middle East, and growing environmental
devastation. It is literally killing the planet. We
can’t afford to put up with capitalism for any longer.
PREPARE FOR
REVOLUTION
We have to face up to the fact that
the only lasting way to deal with our problems is to work towards the forceful,
revolutionary overthrow of capitalism and its replacement by socialism, a system run on the
basis of real, mass democracy where satisfying the real needs of the many is the
aim of society.

Nepal Real rupture with the liquidationists -Rishi Raj Baral, Central Committee Member of CPN-Maoist

At the
outset, I would like to announce that from today, I came to the point of real
rupture with the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist, led by Mohan Baidhya
'Kiran'.
It was
Chunwang Meeting that the Party leadership led by Prachand-Baburam led the Party
in the wrong direction— towards the bourgeois democracy. Then in the name of
''peace process' Prachanda -Baburam surrendered themselves in the service of
imperialism and Indian expansionism. After that, one after another they wiped
out the whole achievements, including People's Army, achieved during the 10
years People's War. In essence, they betrayed the Nepalese
revolution–the glorious history made by the oppressed people of Nepal. Then
it was necessary to follow the teachings of MLM, that—''It is right to
rebel."
Then we
organized national gathering and formed a new Party in the leadership of Com.
Mohan Baidhya 'Kiran'. After the formation of new Party we wanted something
different. We wanted a new type of Party, filled with revolutionary enthusiasm.
But it was a matter of sorrow that, Party could not succeed to take the new
step. Baidhya leadership collectively (leadership means not a single person, but
the top leadership as a whole) could not lead the party in the revolutionary
direction. After the National Gathering they hastily registered the Party in
the reactionary election commission. Some of the senior leaders, including
General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal', began to plead to join the
government. They put the proposal to form the government in the leadership of
Shusil Koirala, leader of reactionary party Nepali Congress. Regarding these
issues two line struggle sharpened within the Party rank and file. To solve the
ideological-political and organizational issues, Party decided to organize the
7th National Congress.
But the
National Congress also could not succeed to solve the problems. Instead of
solving the problems there arose new type of problems. Particularly regarding
the Party's ideological and political line there was sharp two line struggle
within the Party. Concentrating on the Party's ideological and political line,
international communist movement and identity based politics, I submitted a note
of dissent, which was elaborated in 45 points.
In fact,
7th National Congress could not succeed to solve the ideological-political and
organizational issues. Party's political line and the team of leadership both
came into the boundary of debate and
discussion. Party's line, 'Peoples Revolt on the Foundation of
Peoples War', which was forcefully passed in the Convention, was the result of
political compromise. It was not only ambiguous, but contradictory also. It
resulted another CC Meeting to resolve the problem, which is known as
Pokhara Meeting. There was a sharp and harsh two line struggle in the
meeting regarding the party's line and working style of the leadership. But
after the meeting, the leadership took disciplinary action against
Comrade Anil Sharma 'Birahi' and Rishi Raj Baral, who had pleaded for the
revolutionary line.
After Six
months of Pokhara Meeting the Party's PB called another CC meeting and decided
to organize the National Gathering ''to enrich the Party's political line". But
It is a matter of irony that, when Comrade Biplav, secretary of the Central
Committee, submitted his document for the National Gathering, the leadership
postponed the National Gathering indefinitely without conclusion, just one day
before the scheduled date.
It was a
matter of surprise that in his document, Comrade Mohan Baidhya going back from
the decision of the 7th National Congress, proposed the line of so
called 'people's revolt' without specifications. He totally denied the need of
Peoples War and stressed only for the so called 'revolt' as he had mentioned in
his document —(moolata: bidroha). In fact, gradually he abandoned the line of
New Democratic Revolution and the path guided by Com.
Maotse-tung. Then we demanded to organize special National Congress within
the 6 months. Not only they canceled the program of National Gathering, they
denied to declare the date of National Congress also. They discarded the voice
of the majority members.
In such
situation Comrade Biplav with his followers organized National Gathering and
formed a new Party. But some of the CC members and intellectuals who were not in
the position to support the document of Biplav, particularly the line of
''unified revolution", did not join the new party. At that very time, writing
an article on this issue I/ we made our position clear— that the political line
of Biplav also is ambiguous and contradictory.
After the
split of Com. Bivlap, CPN-Maoist called National Gathering. There also I put my
differences and requested to address the differences. But the leadership of the
CPN-Maoist was not ready to correct even a single full stop and comma in his
document. It was clear that the split of Com. Biplav was not the matter of
worry for them, asif, it has happened what they wanted to be. In fact, it was a
pre-planned design, that they wanted Biplav and his followers to be
out.
After the
split of Com Biplav, the leadership of CPN-Maoist did not manage to bring any
exemplary program. Their party program was not based on the class struggle, but
they concentrated their mind and action on the Party reunification
with traitor Prachanda's clique .
Though
CPN-Maoist has written MLM as the guiding principal of the revolution, but in
practice they are not following the teachings of MLM. In their document they
have written that the path of the Nepalese revolution will be the New
Democratic Revolution. But in practice they were /are moving towards the
reunification with UCPN(Maoist) led by traitor Prachanda, who has already
abandoned the line of New Democratic revolution since the 7th National Congress
of UCPN (Maoist).
In fact,
Baidhya leadership has no any vision, not any plan and policy to advance the New
Democratic Revolution. They just want to pass the time doing nothing. They
have only one mission, that is Party reunification with traitor Prachanda and
they want to achieve this goal at any cost. Party unification with Prachanda
means to surrender oneself in the service of imperialism and Indian
expansionism. Only that leadership which has gone far from the value of MLM
dares to unite with Prachanda-Baburam. But Mohan Baidhya has done it.
Addressing Prachand as a revolutionary leader, Biadhya has signed a joint
statement with Prachanda regarding
the party reunification. What a matter of irony!
It is
known to all that, Prachanda is retaining his existence serving the foreign
powers and Baidhya wants his existence through the Party reunification with
Prachanda.
It is
crystal clear that, Baidhya leadership is not exercising MLM, but
liquidationism. He is pleading so called 'people's revolt' and has abandoned the
line of Peoples War and the revolutionary path guided by Maotse tung. He has
abandoned the role of class struggle and exercising the identity based politics.
In fact, Baidhya is a man of without willpower and revolutionary enthusiasm. He
is not capable to lead the Nepalese revolution. Party members who were not in
the position to support their liquidationary line were/are suppressed. In such
situation, to stay with them means to spoil one self and to cheat the Nepalese
oppressed people. That’s why I left the CPN -Maoist. I came to the point of
real rupture with the liquidationists.
I have
already made clear that I/we are not agree with the document of Biplav entirely.
For the time being I/we will not join any party. But we will support those
revolutionary forces, who are in the way of New Democratic Revolution and
sharpening the class struggle.
In
conclusion, I would like to call to all revolutionary cadres, particularly
revolutionary intellectuals to come out in the field for the cause of NationaCom. Baral left the CPN-Maoist
We all know Dr. Rishi Raj Baral, who joined 10 years
People's War, is the convener of Revolutionary
Intellectual-Cultural Front, Nepal. What will be the next step of Com. Baral and
his followers, is not mentioned in his statement. The next alternate is CPN
Maoist led by Com. Biplav, but he has already denied the document of Biplav and
his political line—'unified revolution'. From the 7th National Convention Com.

Com. Rishi Raj Baral, Central Committee Member of
CPN-Maoist, led by Mohan Baidhya 'Kiran' has left the party, with his
followers. It has been declared in a press statement
released on the occasion of May Day 2015. It has come to know that the
announcement was scheduled for 25th April, and was postponed after the
heart-shaking disaster.
In a long, but an analytical press statement—'Real
rupture with the liquidationists', he has made clear the entire
situation running within CPN-Maoist. According to Com. Baral, there were several
issues concerning the two line struggle that made him to come out from the
CPN-Maoist. In his statement, he has focused on four
issues: ideological and political line of the party,
international communist movement, federal system and
identity based politics and party unity with Prachada.
Com. Baral has mentioned in his statement
that, Baidhya has no any vision, not any plan and policy to advance the New
Democratic Revolution . He just want to pass the

Anfang April
1945 überschritten Truppen der Roten Armee die österreichische Grenze im
Burgenland. Mitte April wurde Wien befreit und die letzten Tage des
Hitler-Faschismus waren eingeläutet. Nur sehr wenige Österreicher/innen
beteiligten sich direkt an der Niederschlagung des Faschismus, aber umso größer
ist das historische Verdienst jedes und jeder einzelnen, die mit der Waffe in
der Hand, durch Sabotage an der Nazi-Kriegsmaschinerie oder durch Unterstützung
von Partisanen und Widerstandskämpfer/innen am Sieg wirklich teilgenommen
haben.
Viel zu viele
haben abgewartet, bis es nicht mehr gefährlich war, die eigene Ablehnung der
Nazi-Barbarei deutlich zu machen – bei viel zu vielen hat das Umdenken erst
eingesetzt, als ihnen Bomben und Schüsse um die Ohren flogen, sie also selbst
die unmittelbar Betroffenen der Naziherrschaft und ihres Untergangs
wurden.
Allein bei der Eroberung Wiens starben noch einmal 20.000
sowjetische Rotarmisten, während hier nur kleine Widerstandsgruppen, vor allem
um den illegalen Kommunistischen Jugendverband, bewaffnet an der Befreiung
teilnahmen. Anfang Mai wurde von us-amerikanischen Truppen auch das
Konzentrationslager Mauthausen befreit, in dem ca. 100.000 Menschen zu Tode
geschunden und ermordet worden waren. Die bereits am 27. April gebildete 1.
Regierung der zweiten österreichischen Republik markierte nach 12 Jahren das
Wiederentstehen eines demokratischen Österreich.
Doch obwohl an die 80% aller registrierten Widerstandsaktionen
gegen den Nazi-Faschismus von Mitgliedern und Aktivist/innen der seit 1933
illegalen Kommunistischen Partei und des KJVÖ durchgeführt wurden und nahezu
alle österreichischen Partisanengruppen und Freiheitsbataillone unter Führung
von Kommunisten standen, wurde in Österreich nach 1945 wieder ein
kapitalistisches Ausbeutersystem errichtet. Die Parteien, die vor 1938
Österreich in den Untergang führten, übernahmen mit massiver Unterstützung der
westlichen imperialistischen Mächte (USA, Britannien, Frankreich) wieder die
Regierungsgeschäfte und errichteten eine bürgerlich-demokratisch
ausgeschmückte Diktatur der Bourgeoisie. Seit damals haben die Arbeiter/innen
bestenfalls bei der Ausschmückung der Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsordnung
des Kapitals was mitzureden (hauptsächlich indirekt über
arbeiteraristokratische Partei- und Gewerkschaftsbürokraten).
70 Jahre nach der Niederschlagung des Hitler-Faschismus und ca.
60 Jahre nach der formellen Verkündung der Neutralität ist Österreich heute ein
imperialistischer Kleinstaat, der durch die Mitgliedschaft in der Europäischen
Union die Interessen seiner Monopolbourgeoisie äußerst effektiv weltweit
durchsetzen kann. Schon in den Jugoslawien-Kriegen vor 20 Jahren hat die
(neutrale!?) österreichische Regierung (mit Außenminister Mock) eine
Vorreiterrolle bei der Zerschlagung des südöstlichen Nachbarlandes gespielt.
Bis heute ist der wirtschaftliche und politische Einfluss der österreichischen
herrschenden Klasse in Südosteuropa herausragend – entsprechend hoch sind heute
die Extraprofite aus der neokolonialen Ausplünderung der Balkan-Völker.
Die Konkurrenz der verschiedenen
imperialistischen Mächte – das sind solche, die einen großen Teil der
Kapitalprofite aus dem Ausland holen – nimmt seit Ausbruch der Krise im Jahr
2008 immer stärker zu. Aggressive Bündnissysteme und imperialistische
Blockbildungen gewinnen an Bedeutung für die Vorbereitung immer neuer Kriege um
neokoloniale Einflusszonen, in denen Rohstoffe und unterdrückte Arbeiter/innen
ausgebeutet werden. Nur weil bislang die Dutzenden kleineren und größeren
Kriege und Militärinterventionen immer regional beschränkt blieben, dürfen wir
nicht davon ausgehen, dass die großen imperialistischen Mächte und Blöcke sich
schon irgendwie weiter arrangieren werden. Nein! Die ganze Entwicklung der
letzten 10 Jahre treibt auf einen großen Krieg zwischen den imperialistischen
Blöcken zu. Während es vor kurzen noch so aussah, als würde sich der
USA-Imperialismus hauptsächlich auf einen Krieg mit dem chinesischen
Imperialismus im Pazifik-Raum ausrichten, beweisen der Ausschluss Russlands
aus der G8/G7 und die Kriege in Syrien, Libyen, Ukraine usw. die Zuspitzung der
Konfrontation in Osteuropa und im Mittelmeerraum.
Je mehr das Kapital von Krisen
geschüttelt wird, desto mehr drängt es auf Krieg als Lösung und Heilmittel
gegen „sinkende Gewinnerwartung“. Die entscheidende Frage ist nicht, ob die
österreichische Bourgeoisie, die EU-Imperialisten und die anderen Blöcke einen
Krieg „wollen“, sondern ob sie durch die Konkurrenz gezwungen sind, aus
wirtschaftlichen und strategisch-politischen Gründen weitere Kriege zu
beginnen, die schließlich in einen neuerlichen Weltkrieg münden.
Der Erfahrung nach ist eine
Vorbedingung für große Kriege der Demokratie-Abbau im eigenen Land, denn die
Arbeiter/innen, die immer den Großteil der Armeen stellen, ziehen nicht
freiwillig ins Gemetzel. Breite Demokratie für die Massen behindert aber massiv
die Verblödung und Verhetzung der Massen durch Religion, Nationalismus und
sonstige demagogische Kampagnen der herrschenden Profitmacher.
Aus diesem Grund ist der Kampf
gegen den Faschismus (bzw. gegen Faschisierung) eng verbunden mit dem Kampf
gegen den Krieg.
Wir Revolutionären Kommunist/innen
vertreten die grundsätzliche Einschätzung, dass das
kapitalistisch-imperialistische System zum Krieg führt, weil die
zwischenimperialistische Konkurrenz (besonders in Krisenzeiten) nicht nur mit
friedlichen Mitteln entschieden werden kann. Gleichzeitig sind wir aber der
Meinung, dass konkrete, einzelne Kriege sehr wohl durch eine breite,
kämpferische Mobilisierung der Arbeiter/innen und Volksmassen verhindert oder
beendet werden können.

Wir verbreiten seit 1995 Flugblätter, mit denen wir uns vor allem an
klassenbewusste Arbeiter/innen wenden. Die Texte werden auch in der seit 2001
erscheinenden Zeitung ‚Proletarische Revolution’ abgedruckt. Unser Ziel ist eine
Gesellschaftsordnung ohne Klassen, ohne Unterdrückung und Ausbeutung. Dazu
muss die Klasse der Arbeiterinnen und Arbeiter eine eigene Kampfpartei
aufbauen, die Macht erobern, die Besitzer der Produktionsmittel enteignen
und den Klassenkampf fortsetzen, bis alle Reste der bürgerlichen Ordnung
verschwunden sind. Wir stellen uns in die Tradition der internationalen
revolutionär-kommunistischen Bewegung, die Mitte der 1960er Jahre in
Auseinandersetzung mit den Fehlern der KPdSU und in scharfem Kampf gegen die
Wegbereiter des bürokratischen Staatskapitalismus in der Sowjetunion eine
marxistisch-leninistische Generallinie verteidigt hat und zur Gründung
neuer kommunistischer Parteien führte. Wir sind revolutionäre
Kommunist/innen und deshalb nicht in der KPÖ
organisiert.

uch hinsichtlich
des Faschismus haben wir eine ähnliche Herangehensweise. Wir sind der Ansicht,
dass die herrschende Ausbeuterklasse bei einer weiteren und deutlichen
Verschärfung der Klassenkämpfe letztlich gezwungen sein wird, die
bürgerlich-demokratische Fassade abzubauen und eine offen faschistische
Herrschaft zu errichten (wie es in Österreich z.B. 1934 geschah). Ob die
reaktionärsten Teile des Monopolkapitals es aber dann tatsächlich schaffen, in
einer konkreten Situation eine faschistische Regierung an die Macht zu
bringen, wird weitgehend vom antifaschistischen Kampf der
Arbeiter/innen-Einheitsfront und werktätigen Massen abhängen.
Unsere aktuelle Orientierung ist,
den Kampf in Österreich und der EU gegen die unmenschliche, rassistische und
faschistische Unterdrückung von Flüchtlingen mit dem Kampf gegen
Militarisierung und Krieg zu verbinden.
Fluchtbewegungen und Flüchtlinge werden erzeugt durch
unerträgliche Überausbeutung in den neokolonial abhängigen Ländern, wo
Institutionen wie IWF, Weltbank, WTO und verschiedene EU-Abteilungen eine
Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsordnung erzwingen, die für die Volksmassen zu
Hunger, Elend und Kriegen führen. Genau in diese Elendsgebiete liefern die
großen Imperialisten dann Waffen, um ihnen genehme Gruppierungen aufzupäppeln
und gegen andere zu hetzen. Ziel ist oft das billige Öl oder andere Rohstoffe
und der Ausbau von strategischen Positionen für weitere
Auseinandersetzungen. Und dann werden im Fernsehen Tränen vergossen, weil
wieder hunderte Flüchtlinge ertrunken sind…
Wer dieses widerwärtige Spiel der
Imperialisten durchschaut hat, muss aktiv werden.
Auch wenn die heutige Klassenkampf-Situation in Österreich für
viele nicht gerade ermutigend ausschaut, besteht die einzige Perspektive darin,
die Herrschaft dieser Ausbeuterklasse zu stürzen. Erst in einer
Gesellschaftsordnung, wo die große Mehrheit der Bevölkerung, die heute noch
unterdrückten und ausgebeuteten Arbeiter/innen die Macht haben, können wir
weltweit solche Bedingungen schaffen, wo niemand mehr gezwungen sein wird, seine
Freund/innen und Verwandten zu verlassen und sich auf eine lebensgefährliche
Reise zu begeben, um für sich (und seine Familie zu Hause) halbwegs
lebenswerte Bedingungen zu schaffen.
Heute, 70 Jahre nach dem Ende der Nazi-Herrschaft und des 2.
imperialistischen Weltkriegs, sollten wir die Parolen:
Nie

verbinden mit der Orientierung:
Nieder

“hermosa amistad” entre la burguesía española y el régimen reaccionario indio de Narendra Modi
A qué
se refiere el ministro García-Margallo cuando habla de “hermosa amistad” entre
la burguesía española y el régimen reaccionario indio de Narendra
ModiEl pasado 25 de abril el cabecilla de la diplomacia burguesa española José Manuel García-Margallo inició un viaje oficial a la India acompañado de una quincena de empresarios y miembros de la Cámara de Comercio de España y de la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), incluyendo los responsables de algunas de las principales empresas militares españolas, así como de varias decenas de inversores.
Después de las visitas en los últimos meses del ministro español de Defensa, Pedro Morenés y de los secretarios de Estado de Comercio, Jaime Garcia-Legaz y de Asuntos Exteriores, Ignacio Ybáñez, con esta última visita -se trata de la primera de carácter oficial de un ministro de asuntos exteriores español desde 1971, aunque varios lo hayan hecho acompañando a reyes o presidentes de gobierno- el capitalismo imperialista español ha tratado de reforzar su penetración en el mercado indio.
Tal y como señalaba la enviada especial del diario El Mundo de Madrid a Nueva Delhi a propósito de esta visita de Garcia-Margallo y empresarios españoles: “La liberalización económica emprendida por el nuevo Gobierno liderado por el primer ministro indio, Narendra Modi –incorporado al poder hace apenas un año-, y el volumen de su presupuesto- sólo en infraestructuras ferroviarias, cerca de 140.000 millones de dólares- han atraído al capital occidental como a abejas en un panal de rica miel” (1)
Uno de los principales motivos de esta visita ha sido tratar de que las empresas españolas de fabricación de diverso tipo de armamento logren firmar contratos multimillonarios con el régimen del fascista hindú Modi. Así, las empresas españolas de armamento militar, como Navantia o Airbus Military, han ofertado buques y aviones de guerra por valor de más de cuatro mil millones.
“La compañía aeronáutica europea está pendiente de que India decida la adquisición de seis aviones cisterna A330 MRTT, que se montan en España, por unos 1.200 millones; y negocia la venta de 56 aviones de transporte C-295 por casi 2.000 millones. Navantia, por su parte, se ha asociado a un astillero indio para ofrecer cuatro megabuques multipropósito LHD, similares al “Juan Carlos I” de la Armada española, por unos 1.600 millones, en un concurso en el que compite con empresas de Francia y EE.UU. También aspira a vender cazaminas y un barco de aprovisionamiento en combate (BAC) como el “Cantabria” español –escribía el enviado especial a Nueva Delhi del diario El País de Madrid a este respecto (2).
Ni que decir tiene que, de firmarse todos estos contratos entre las empresas militares españolas y las autoridades indias, dicho material bélico será empleado dentro de los planes expansionistas de la burguesía imperialista india en Asia y la región del Indico y en el combate y represión de la revolución armada que lidera el Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta) contra el régimen semifeudal y semicolonial.
Pero no sólo es en el campo militar en el que el capitalismo imperialista español quiere clavar con mayor profundidad sus garras en la India. Las nuevas leyes adoptadas por el gobierno de Modi de liberalización de numerosos sectores económicos e industriales (para, según los medios de comunicación de la burguesía y el imperialismo ¡¡“impulsar y dinamizar la economía del país”!!) han hecho que las grandes empresas españolas como Adif, Renfe o Talgo (de infraestructuras ferroviarias); Abengoa, Acciona o Gamesa (de energías renovables y tratamiento de aguas) y otras más (como Aldeasa, actualmente asociada a la india Tata) estén tratando de obtener suculentos beneficios a costa de controlar, explotar y saquear los recursos del subcontinente indio.
Durante esta última visita, Garcia-Margallo inauguró el foro económico “Cumbre Empresarial España-India” organizado por la Confederación de la Industria India; se reunió con su homóloga india de Asuntos Exteriores Sushma Swaeraj; con el ministro indio de Desarrollo Urbano, Venhaiah Naidu y el de Finanzas Shri Arun Jaitley.
Y por si todas estas reuniones y encuentros no fuera suficientes, Garcia-Margallo también fue recibido el 27 de abril por el archirreaccionario Narendra Modi, el cual invitó a las empresas españolas “a participar en la iniciativa Make in India”. Recordemos que en un comunicado de fecha 5 de Enero de 2015 emitido por el Comité Zonal Especial de Dandakaranya del Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta) contra la visita del cabecilla del imperialismo yanqui a la India, Obama, se afirmaba que: “Make in India / Made in India no son sino saquear la India por parte de los capitalistas extranjeros”.
Tras esta reunión Garcia-Margallo afirmó ante los medios de comunicación que éste encuentro podía ser ¡¡“el principio de una hermosa amistad”!!
Está claro que para la burguesía imperialista española el término “hermosa amistad” es sinónimo de empresarios españoles llenándose los bolsillos y aumentando sus cuentas bancarias hasta cifras astronómicas. “Hermosa amistad” es para ella el saqueo y pillaje de los recursos naturales de la India. Y, por si no fuera poco, “hermosa amistad”, también es para los capitalistas españoles la muerte y desolación para el proletariado y las masas populares de la India a manos del Ejército y las fuerzas represivas del régimen hindú fascista reaccionario de Narendra Modi, armado hasta los dientes con material militar fabricado en España.

විප්ලවය…. දිගු කල් දිනේවා!
අධිරාජ්යවාදය දැවැන්ත ආර්ථික අර්බුදයක් තරණය කරමින් සිටින අතර එහි බර ලෝකය පුරා වෙසෙන ජනතාව සහ නිර්ධනීන් මතට පටවමින් සිටී. ඔවුහු නැවත සාධනයක් අත් කරගැනීම ගැන කථා කළද සැබැවින්ම එම ප්රතිසාධනය ලාභය, ධනය සහ ආයුධ වෙතට තල්ලූ වේ.
ලෝකයේ සෑම රටකම නිර්ධනීන්, දිළිඳු ගොවියන් සහ අනෙකුත් ජනතාව සඳහා අවශ්ය දේවල් වෙනුවට විරැකියාව, කම්කරු නීතිවල අස්ථීර බව වැඩි කිරීම, සූරාකෑම සහ වහල්භාවය, කාලකණ්ණිබව, අමු ද්රව්ය සහ බලශක්ති මූලාශ්ර කොල්ලකෑම, පරිසරය සහ භූමිප්රදේශ විනාශ කර දැමීම සිදුවෙනු අපි දකිමු.
සිය අධ්යාපනික සහ සංස්කෘතික වර්ධනය කෙසේ වුවද විරැකියාවෙන් පෙළෙන තරුණයින් ගේ ප්රමාණය දැන් බහුතරය වී ඇත. නව තාක්ෂණය වඩාත් ලාභ ඉපැයීමට, සූරාකෑම තීව්ර කිරීමට සහ ශ්රමිකයින් ට අත්තනෝමතික ලෙස නියෝග දීමට සහ ඔවුන්ව පාලනය කිරීමට මෙන්ම ආයුධවල විනාශකාරී බලය වැඩි කිරීමට භාවිතා කරයි.
මේ තත්ත්වයට එරෙහිව, අධිරාජ්යවාදී රටවල මෙන්ම පීඩිත රටවල්වල ද නිර්ධනීන් සහ ජනතාව නැගී සිටිති. නිර්ධනීන්ට සහ ජනතාවට සිය ජීවිත සහ රක්ෂාවන් වඩ වඩාත් නරක අතට හැරීම පිළිගත නොහැක; බලාපොරොත්තු රහිත අනාගතයක් නැති දුෂ්කරතාවයන්ගෙන් පිරුණු ජීවිතයක් වැඩි වැඩියෙන් සිය පීඩනයට සහ වධ වේදනා වලට වෛර කරයි.
පීඩිත රටවල්වල, කම්කරුවෝ, ගොවියෝ සහ තරුණයෝ ඔවුන්ගේ ජීවන තත්ත්වයට පහර ගැසීමට එරෙහිව නොනැවතී තියුණු මර්ධනය අබියස අභීතව වීදි බැස සටන් කරති; නව ප්රජාතන්ත්රවාදී විප්ලවයේ ප්රමුඛ බලවේගය වන ගොවීහු, ගොවියන්ට-එරෙහි ප්රතිගාමී ප්රතිපත්ති වන විතැන් කිරීම සහ මූලිනුපුටා දැමීම ට විරුද්ධව අප්රතිහත ධෛර්යයකින් යුතුව, අධිරාජ්යවාදී පාලක මූලයකින් යුතු, පැරණි සහ ‘‘නව’’ පන්නයේ අර්ධ-වැඩවසම් ආධිපත්යයට එරෙහිව අරගල කරති.
ෆර්ගියුසන් සිට ස්ටොක්හෝම් දක්වාද, පැරීසියේ බන්ලියුස් දක්වා ද වන අධිරාජ්යවාදී රටවල් තුළ තරුණයින්ගේ සහ සංක්රමණිකයින්ගේ නැගී සිටීම්, කම්කරු වැඩ වර්ජන, රාජ්යයන්හි පීඩක උපකරණ සමග ගැටෙයි.
මේ හැම දෙයක්ම විප්ලවය ප්රවණතාවයක් බව සහ එය අවශ්යතාවයක් බව පෙන්වමින් රාජ්යයන් සහ ආණ්ඩු ප්රතිගාමීකරණය ට සහ ෆැසිස්ට්කරණය ට එරෙහිව පැන නගින ගැටුම් වැඩි වෙමින් තිබේ.
සෑම තැනම, ලෝකයේ මාවත් ස්ත්රී දූෂණවලින් පුරවාලන අතිදුෂ්ට පංති පීඩනය සහ ලිංගික පීඩනය අවසන් කිරීමට, අරගල සහ මහජන යුද්ධ තුළ, කාන්තාවගේ ඉදිරි පෙරමුණේ කාර්යභාරය ඉහළ ගොස් ඇත.
ජනතා කැරලිවලට මුහුණදීම සහ ඒවා වැළැක්වීම වෙනුවට, අධිරාජ්යවාදීහු, ඔවුන්ගේ රාජ්යයන්, ඔවුන්ගේ දක්ෂිණාංශික හෝ ‘‘වාමාංශික’’ ලෙස කියනු ලබන රාජ්යයන්, භයංකර මර්ධනයෙන්, සමූලඝාතනවලින්, හිංසනයන්ගෙන්, කූට ජන නායකත්වයෙන් සහ කුමන්ත්රණවලින් ප්රතිචාර දක්වයි. ඔවුහු දේශපාලනික, සමාජීය සහ තනි නිදහස් පුද්ගලයින් අතුගා දැමීමට පොළිස් රාජ්යයන් ඉදි කරති, මහජන රැල්ල සහ විප්ලවීය සංවිධාන සහ පොදු ජනතාව නැවැත්වීමට තුච්ඡ ප්රයත්නයන් දරති.
ඔවුහු සිය ප්රතිගාමී ක්රමය තුළ ජනතාවගේ වියරු කෝපය මැඩ පවත්වනවා වෙනුවට ප්රතිසංස්කරණවාදයේ, සමාජ ප්රජාතන්ත්රවාදයේ සහ සංශෝධනවාදයේ මැතිවරණ නාටකය ක්රියාවෙහි යොදවති.
මේ බලවේග සමහර ‘ජනතාවාදී’ රජයන්ට මේ අර්බුදයන් වල විනාශය මැඩ පවත්වා ගැනීමට හැකිය යන මිථ්යාව පෝෂණය කරයි; උදාහරණයක් ලෙස, ග්රීසිය තුළ යුරෝපීය අර්බුදය ඉහළින්ම ප්රකාශ වේ, නව සමාජ ප්රජාතන්ත්රවාදී බලවේගයක් ලෙස සිරිෂා, අවසාන තුරුම්පුව ලෙස බලයට පත් වුවද, ඔවුන්ට යුරෝපීය අරමුදල් සහ බැංකු වල නියෝග ඉදිරිපිට නැගී සිටීමට හෝ ජනතාවගේ අවශ්යතාවයන්ට සහ අරගලවලට පිළිතුරු ලබා දීමට හැකියාවක් නැත.
තවද අධිරාජ්යවාදයට සේවය කරනු වස් ජනතාව නොමග යවන එවැනි ව්යාජ වාම බලවේග තවමත් බාධක ලෙස පැවතියද, බොහෝ රටවල්වල ජනතාව පංති අරගලය තීව්ර කිරීමෙන් සහ මහා පරිමාණ වර්ජන සහ වැඩ වැරීම් වලින් ප්රතිචාර දක්වා ඇත.
එක්සත් ජනපදය, යුරෝපා සංගමය සහ නැටෝවෙහි සහයෝගය ඇතිව, නාසිවාදීන්-වැනි බලවේග, යුකේ්රනයේ සහ නැගෙනහිර යුරෝපයේ ප්රතිගාමීහු, පූටින්ගේ රුසියාව සමග ඇති අන්තර් අධිරාජ්යවාදී පොරය තුළ ඉදිරියට ගමන් කරති.
ජනතාව ෆැසිස්ට්වාදයට සහ බටහිර අධිරාජ්යවාදීන්ට එරෙහිව යුක්ති සහගත ලෙස අරගල කරමින් සිටියද, අධිරාජ්යවාදී රුසියානු ව්යාප්තවාදීන්ගේ ඉත්තන් නොවීමට ඔවුන්ට අව්යාජ කොමියුනිස්ට් නායකත්වයක් අවශ්ය වේ.
නිර්ධනීන්ගේ සහ ජනතාවගේ කැරලි රැඩිකල් වෙනසක් ඉල්ලා සිටින අතර සූරාකෑමෙන්, පීඩනයෙන් සහ අධිරාජ්යවාදයෙන් විමුක්තිය ලැබූ සමාජයක් ඉදි කිරීම සාක්ෂාත් කර ගත හැක්කේ ආයුධ සන්නද්ධව පාලක පංතිය පෙරලා දැමීමෙන් පමණි.
අර්බුදය තුළ අන්තර්-අධිරාජ්යවාදී ප්රතිවිරෝධ වඩාත් තියුණු වන අතර ලෝකය බෙදා ගැනීම අරභයා යුද්ධ ජනිත වීමේ ප්රවණතාවයක් වඩාත් විiාමාන වේ – අධිරාජ්යවාදය ට එදිරිව ජනතාව සහ පීඩිත ජාතීන් අතර ඇති ප්රතිවිරෝධය ලෝකයේ මූලික ප්රතිවිරෝධය ලෙස පවතී – විප්ලවය ප්රධාන නැඹුරුව බවට පත්ව තිබෙන අතර එය ලෝක නිර්ධන පංති විප්ලවයක නව රැල්ලක් මූර්තිමත් කරයි.
අධිරාජ්යවාදීන් විසින් පෙළන රටවල් වල සමාජවාදී විප්ලවය දෙසට ගමන් කිරීම සඳහා නව ප්රජාතන්ත්රවාදී විප්ලවය සාර්ථකත්වයට පත් කිරීම ට, සහ අධිරාජ්යවාදී රටවල කොමියුනිස්ට්වාදය දෙසට ගමන් කිරීම සඳහා නිර්ධන පංති සහ සමාජවාදී විප්ලවය සිදු කිරීමට කැරලිකාරී ජනතාවට ඒ ඒ රටවල අව්යාජ විප්ලවීය කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂයක්, නිර්ධන පංතිය විසින් නායකත්වය දෙනු ලබන සියළු සූරාකෑමට ලක්වන සහ පීඩිත පොදු ජනතාව ගේ එක්සත් පෙරමුණක් සහ විප්ලවීය මහජන හමුදාවක් අවශ්ය කරයි.
ජනතාවට මෙම ආයුධවල අඩුපාඩු ඇත්තේ කොතැනද, ඔවුන්ගේ වීරෝධාර සහ ධෛර්ය සම්පන්න අරගල පරාජයට පාත්රවේ, නැතහොත් හැම විටම අධිරාජ්යවාදීන් සමග සම්බන්ධකම් ඇති කරගෙන සිටින ප්රතිගාමීන් ගේ ගොදුරු බවට පත් වීමෙන් කෙළවර වේ, එවිට ඔවුන්ට සමාජ, ආර්ථික සහ දේශපාලන යදම් වලින් විමුක්තිය ලද නොහැක.
ත්රස්තවාදයට එරෙහි යුද්ධය යන නාමයෙන්, අධිරාජ්යවාදය යුද්ධ සහ කලාපීය ත්රස්තවාදය මුදා හරියි. නමුත් සැබෑ ත්රස්තවාදය වූ කලී අධිරාජ්යවාදයයි, ඒ අප විසින් සටන් කොට පෙරළා දැමිය යුතු යක්ෂයායි.
ලෝකයේ අධිරාජ්යවාදයට වඩා තවත් නරක දෙයක් තිබේද?
අධිරාජ්යවාදය, විශේෂයෙන්ම එක්සත් ජනපදය, යුධමය ප්රතිපත්තිය තීව්ර කර, ඉරාකයේ, ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථානයේ සහ සිරියාවේ පෝෂිත යුද්ධ, ලිබියාව, යෙමනය සහ මැද පෙරදිග සහ බටහිර ආසියාව මුළුල්ලේම ආක්රමණ සහ ගැටුම් වලට මුල පුරා ඇත. ඔවුහු අරාබි රටවල ජනතාවගේ කැරලි වලට ප්රතිචාර දක්වනුයේ ඊජිප්ත්තුවේ සිදු කලාක් මෙන් පැරණි කෲර ප්රජා පීඩකයන් සහ පාලනයන්ගේ ප්රතිපත්ති දිගටම පවත්වා ගැනීමට බලවේග ස්ථාපනය කරමින් සහ යුදෙව්වාදී පොලිස් ඊශ්රායෙලය, සහ තුර්කිය, ඉරානය, සෞදි අරාබිය දක්වා වන කලාපයේ අනෙකුත් ප්රතිගාමීන් සමග සහයෝගීතාවයන් ඇති කරගනිමිනි.
මේ යුද්ධ සහ මැදිහත්වීම් තුළින්, ඔවුහු එකිනෙකාට එරෙහිව සිටින වැඩවසම් සහ ප්රතිගාමී බලවේග සන්නද්ධ කරමින්, අධිරාජ්යවාදයට වෛර කරන කැරලිකාරී සංක්රමණික ඒකක සහ ජනතාව සිටින, එම රාජ්යයන් වල ශක්තිය සහ ආරක්ෂාව යටින් බිඳ දමමින්, අධිරාජ්යවාදී රටවල් තුළම බිහිසුණු ප්රහාර එල්ල කර ගනිමින් ඔවුනොවුන් සමග යුධ වදිති.
මෙම ඍජු සහ වක්ර අතපෙවීම් සිදුවන තැන්හි, පීඩිත ජනතාවගේ අරගලවල ඉලක්කය ඔවුන්ගේ ප්රධාන සතුරා කෙරෙන් ඉවතට හැරවීමට, සිරියාවේ අරාබි සහ කුර්දි ජනයා දැන් මුහුණ දෙන අයුරින්, අධිරාජ්ය-විරෝධී එක්සත් පෙරමුණ බෙදීමේ අරමුණ ඇතිව, ජනතාවට විරුද්ධව ජනතාව තැබීමට ඒජන්තයින් සහ කුමන්ත්රණකරුවන් මගින් අධිරාජ්යවාදය අඩු ගැටුම් සහිත ප්රතිපත්තිය භාවිතයේ යෙදීම සිදුකරගෙන යයි.
අයි.එස්.අයි.එස් (ISIS) ඉදිරියට යන්නේ කොතැනද, එහි ජනතාව කුර්දි ජනතාව ලෙස, කාන්තාවගේ නියාමක කාර්යභාරයත් සමග රොජාවා, කොබානි යන පෙරමුණු තීරුව තුළ විරුද්දකම් පෑමේ සහ සටන් වැදීමේ නියැළේ. නමුත් ISIS සමග පමණක් නොව අධිරාජ්යවාදය සමග සහ කලාපයේ ප්රතිගාමී රජයන් සමගද මහජන යුද්ධයෙන් සටන් කිරීමෙන් පමණක් ජාතික සහ සමාජ පීඩනයෙන් ඔවුන්ට ගැලවී ගත හැක.
අධිරාජ්යවාදී බළකොටු තුළ සිටින, ධනේශ්වරය සහ එහි අතිපණ්ඩිත බුද්ධිමතුන්, අධිරාජ්යවාදීන් විසින් පෙළන ලද රටවල්වල සංස්කෘතික කේන්ද්ර ලෙස, වැඩ කරන පංතිය සහ මාක්ස්, එංගල්ස්, ලෙනින්, ස්ටාලින්, මාඕ විසින් බලසම්පන්න ලෙස සකසන ලද එහි මතවාදයේ මළගම ගැන ගායනා කරමින් සිටියද, ලෝකයේ සෑම අස්සක් මුල්ලක් නෑරම පංතිවාදී සහ සටන්කාමී කම්කරු අරගල, චීනය තුළත්, එමෙන්ම ධනය සංවර්ධනය වූවායැයි කියන, ‘‘නැගී එන රටවල්’’ ලෙස හඳුන්වන සියළු රටවල් තුළද ප්රාග්ධනයේ බලකොටු හෙල්ලූම් කවයි.
අධිරාජ්යවාදී ක්රමය තුළ, බ්රසීලය, තුර්කිය වැනි විශාල රටවල් බලසම්පන්න කම්කරු, ගොවි සහ අනෙකුත් ජනතා අරගල තුලින් ගමන් කරන අතර අධිරාජ්යවාදීන්ගේ පාලනය යටතේ මෙම රටවල්වල ඇති කර තිබෙන ආර්ථික නැගීම ‘‘මැටියෙන් තැනූ පාද සහිත යෝධයන්’’ බව ත් එම භූමි විප්ලවයේ ස්ථාන බවත් පෙන්වයි.
පංති අරගලය තියුණු වන සහ ආතතියෙන් තොර කිසිදු තැනක් ලෝකයේ කිසිදු තැනක නැත. මේ ආකෘතිය තුළ මාක්ස්වාදී-ලෙනින්වාදී-මාඕවාදී පක්ෂ මගින් නායකත්වය දෙනු ලබන මහජන යුද්ධය වූ කලී, විමුක්ති අරගලයේ එකම උපායික නිර්දේශයයි.
‘‘ලෝකයේ අධිරාජ්යවාදීන්ගේ සහ ප්රතිගාමීන්ගේ එක් ප්රධාන අටල්ලකට ඍජුවම පහර දෙන, ඉන්දියාවේ මහජන යුද්ධය, බලසම්පන්න ජාත්යන්තරවාදී රැළි ලක්ෂයක් වී, ලෝකය පුරා විප්ලවීය ජනතාව අතර බලවත් උද්යෝගයක් ප්රබුද්ධ කර තිබේ. පිලිපීනය, පේරු සහ තුර්කි මහජන යුද්ධ සමග එය අධිරාජ්යවාදය යටින් බිඳ දමමින් අධිරාජ්යවාදයේ සහ වැඩවසම් ප්රතිගාමී බලවේගයන් හි සූරාකෑමේ සහ පීඩනයේ ක්රමය පෙරලා දමන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න සහ නව බලයක් සහ නව සමාජයක් ගොඩ නගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පෙන්වා දෙයි.
ලෝකයේ මාක්ස්වාදී-ලෙනින්වාදී-මාඕවාදී කොමියුනිස්ට්වරු නේපාලයේ ප්රචණ්ඩාවාදය සහ එක්සත් ජනපදයේ එවේකියන්වාදය වැනි, සංශෝධනවාදී සහ යටත්වීම්වාදී ප්රවණතාවයන්, පේරු හි වැනි සියළුම ආකාරයේ, දක්ෂිණ අවස්ථාවාදී දෘෂ්ඨීන් ඉවත දමමින්., එම විටම, වඳ සුළු ධනේශ්වර විප්ලවවාදයට සහ පොතේගුරුවාදයට ඇද නොවැටෙමින්, නායකත්වයේ කාර්යභාරය ඉසිලීමට සහ සංවර්ධනය කිරීමට, කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂ ඉදි කළ යුතුය, කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂ ශක්තිමත් කළ යුතුය.
කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂ ඉදි කරීම පංති අරගලයේ ගිනි ඇවිළෙන තැන්වල ජනතාව සමග සමීප බැඳීමකින් යුතුව, බලය සඳහා වන විප්ලවීය අරගලයේ ක්රියාකාරකම් සමග ඉදි කළ යුතුය.
2015 වසරේ මෙම මැයි දිනය, ලෝකයේ සෑම අධිරාජ්ය විරෝධී අරගලයක් තුළම, සෑම පෙළපාලියකම, ‘‘ලෝකයේ නිර්ධනයිනි, පීඩිතයිනි, සමගිවව්!’’ යන සටන් පාඨයේ ශක්තිය අළුත් කොට රැගෙන යමින් කොමියුනිස්ට්වාදයේ සහ විප්ලවයේ රතු පතාකය ඉහළින්ම සහ ශක්තිමත්ව ඔසවන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටියි.
අධිරාජ්යවාදී සහ ප්රතිගාමී යුද්ධ නැවැත්වීමට, ලෝකය පුරා අධිරාජ්යවාදය සහ ප්රතිගාමීන් වනසා දැමිමට සමගිවෙමු!
විප්ලවයේ දිවි පිදූවන් ට ජනතාවගේ දිවි පිදූවන් ට ආචාර කරමු! ලෝකය පුරා විප්ලවවාදී සහ කොමියුනිස්ට්වාදී දේශපාලන සිරකරුවන් නිදහස් කර ගැනීමේ අරගලයට සහය දෙමු!

Boycott the
visit of Modi, the Prime Servant of CBB and MNCs to
Chathisgarh
Communist Party of India (Maoist) strongly protests the
visit of prime minister of India Narendra Modi to Chathisgarh on the
9th of May 2015. We appeal to all the people of the state, democrats,
progressive persons, patriots, workers and peasants, adivasi and non adivasi
social organisations to protest this visit which is intended only to sign
certain MoUs in a bid to sell away the natural resources of the state to big
corporate companies. We appeal to take up all sorts of protest demonstrations
like chakkajam, burning of effigies of Ramansingh and Modi. This boycot would be
a symbol of struggle of the toiling masses, especially peasants and the adivasis
for survival and identity and to protect the jal jungle and zameen and the
mineral resources of the state.
As soon as Modi came to power, there is an unprecedented
spate in implementing the financial and industrial policies that serve domestic and
foreign corporate companies. Through the mystifying slogan of “make in

Our party calls upon the people of the state to take up
extensive, organised and militant people’s movement against the ruling Hindutva
fascist BJP government of the state, in order to protect the natural resources,
especially the jal jungle and zamen, the mineral resources and the identity of
the adivasis. Extend all possible support to the revolutionary peoples’ war of
Dandakaranya. Protest the war on people in the name of Operation Greenhunt.
