Revolutionary Communist Party, Nepal (RCP, Nepal) has issued a press
statement on about ongoing war between Israel and Palestine. RCP, Nepal
has said, “Israel, the military bastion of US imperialism, has been
slaughtering the Palestinian people since the establishment of Israel
and has divided Palestine into two parts. This kind of anti-humanitarian
imperialist policy must end. It is the natural right of the Palestinian
people to protect the geographical integrity and sovereignty of their
land. Imposing violence on the people with the force of military power,
wealth, and technology, displacing the state itself is state terrorism
of the Israeli government. Our party strongly opposes and condemns it.
Also, we strongly demand the Israeli government to return the occupied
Palestinian lands and release the patriotic leaders and fighters of
Palestine.”
The press statemend issued by party spokesperson com.Kanchan has mentioned, “The news has been published that the ten Nepalese students studying in Israel died when the oppressed people of Palestine, a country occupied by Israel for about a century, resisted the invader, Israel. Our party pays the deepest homage to the deceased students, wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured ones, and strongly demands the Nepalese government to shift the Nepalese students, tourists, and laborers staying in Israel to a safe place and arrange for an immediate return of the Nepalese citizens who want to return to the country.”
Through the the press statement RCP, Nepal has said, “It is the helplessness of the Nepalese government that the embassy of Nepal is oblivious even when there are casualties of citizens in foreign land, it only looks like a formality of coordination with the government but remains passive in practice. Our party strongly opposes this kind of helplessness and indolence. The Dahal Government’s statement in support of Israel, the pawn of US imperialism, while ignoring the atrocities imposed on the Palestinian people by the Israeli government, is a shameful phenomenon. Our party strongly opposes it.”
