18 de maio de 1973, o proletariado revolucionário do mundo perde a Ibrahim Kaypakkaya mas, o seu legado segue entre nós.

Depois dos cinco mestres (Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin e Mao), Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, Gonzalo e Mazundar; som os principais teóricos da revoluçom e os mais grandes comunistas do século XX.

Frente às mentiras do revisionismo para fazer crer a classe operária e a classe camponesa que é possível construir umha sociedade socialista mediante reformas do estado burguês, foi Kaypakkaya quem assumiu a responsabilidade de sacar-lhe a careta ao revisionismo.

O camarada Kaypakkaya, igual que o camarada Gonzalo e o camarada Mazundar (cada um numha parte do mundo), conseguem que as grandes massas tenham consciência da necessidade histórica da guerra popular.

Porque sem destruir o estado burguês e construir o novo poder, nom é possível transformar a sociedade conscientemente e poder construir o mundo comunista.

Ibrahim Kaypakkaya nom é só um referente para o comunismo turco e curdo, ele é um símbolo do proletariado revolucionário mundial.

Oggetto: donne indiane prigioniere politiche

I address you, on. Luigi Di Maio, because you have just been to India and you could speak with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Damodardas Modi. However, I hope that all the concerned authorities can take an interest in the problem. I recently participated in a conference in Milan which talked about the many women who are political prisoners in India, where a fierce and widespread repression is carried out to impose economic interests at the expense of thr right to life of the Adivasi indigenous peoples and Dalit caste.

In recent years, especially in 2021, the extermination policy of female prisoners and political prisoners intensificated. Repression and imprisonment multiplied, as well as the reports about sexual assaults and violence against female prisoners. A real extermination is taking place in India under the silence of the media and with the complicity of all countries, including Italy.

Big Indian and transnational corporations, supported by the central government, wage war on the Adivasi populations, through military and paramilitary forces, to force them to abandon their homeland and build there devastating mines and factories.

The most affected by this repression are above all women, who fight in the front line against class and caste injustice, against discrimination and sexual violence, against racist laws and ethnic cleansing, against the militarization of villages, privatization and the exploitation of natural resources by multinationals to which the government sells off not only the territory, but also the Adivasi people who live there, forcing them to abandon their ancestral lands.

This repression is particularly raging against women, combining the violence of police and army guns with rapes and sexual torture, used as weapons of war.

In the last decade, 477 women have died in the prison. Today thousands of women are languishing in prisons, suffering in human conditions, framed in false cases, raped and tortured by police officers. Police mounted a huge number of false cases to hit the women who had been active in the movement to defend natural in all the states of the Indian subcontinent. Social activists like Soni Sori and Sudha Bharadwaj, forest rights activists like Sukalo Gond, Rajkumari, Kismatiya, women from Narmada Bachao, Andeolan women in Kudankulam, Adivasi women, cultural activists like Sheetal Sathe are among the many who continue to be persecuted daily by the Indian government because they continue struggling for the survival of the marginalized Adivasis and Dalit caste communities.

In addition to physical and sexual violence, women in prison are systematically discriminated against compared to men in terms of access to education and health care, the food and their specific health and hygiene needs related to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, nutrition of childern. In fact, many women live in prison with their children, often conceived following the rapes they suffered in custody. (see “Women in Resistance, Women in Prison”. Oggi processo a L'Aquila a 31 compagne e compagni che avevano manifestato contro la tortura del 41bis e la persecuzione di Nadia Lioce

Oggi, 18 maggio 2022. al Tribunale di L’Aquila, si tiene l’udienza, con giudizio immediato, nei confronti di una trentina di compagne e compagni raggiunti dal decreto penale di condanna, per aver manifestato, il 24 novembre 2017, contro la tortura del 41 bis e l’accanimento vessatorio dell’amministrazione penitenziaria nei confronti della prigioniera politica Nadia Lioce.

Quel giorno infatti si teneva la terza udienza di un processo alla detenuta, accusata di aver turbato la quiete di un carcere che l’ha sepolta viva, attraverso una serie di “battiture” delle sbarre con una bottiglietta di plastica.

La protesta della Lioce ebbe luogo da marzo a settembre 2015, in seguito alla sottrazione di documenti e atti giudiziari dalla sua cella, e si interruppe quando questi le vennero restituiti. Oltre a comminarle una settantina di provvedimenti disciplinari, fu trascinata a processo per essersi opposta a un decreto penale di condanna con cui si pretendeva il risarcimento dei “danni” arrecati al blindo da una bottiglietta di plastica.

Quel processo, e la mobilitazione conseguente, scoperchiarono un vero e proprio vaso di Pandora, da cui fuoriuscirono prepotentemente tutti i mali del regime speciale. Un regime che vieta l’uso della parola, lo studio, la lettura, la scrittura, il confronto con gli altri, cosicché lo stesso reato per cui Nadia Lioce veniva perseguita si configurava come un reato impossibile. E infatti fu assolta.

Ma Nadia Lioce è ancora in 41 bis e chi aveva protestato contro un regime indegno di uno stato di diritto, viene oggi trascinato a processo, sulla base di una legge fascista e politica (art. 18 comma V del RD del 18 giugno 1931), come politico è il silenzio assordante sulle torture e i massacri nelle carceri, usate come vere e proprie discariche sociali e soprattutto come deterrente delle lotte sociali.

Per questo anche il nostro processo sarà un processo politico, e in occasione dell’inizio dell’udienza, invitiamo tutte e tutti a partecipare alla conferenza stampa al Bistrò L’altra Elodia, di fronte al Tribunale dell’Aquila, il 18 maggio alle ore 10:00, per riprendere la parola e la critica contro un sistema politico che fa della repressione poliziesca e della barbarie del carcere, gli strumenti principali per il controllo sociale.
