Sonu (Venugopal) is a traitor to the revolution – people’s war is our way: Maoist Party 

The party has rejected the statement issued by the party’s official spokesperson Abhay (Sonu) saying that the Maoist Party is ready to give up the armed struggle in the wake of Operation Kagar. It has said that giving up arms and joining the mainstream means surrendering to the enemy and is a conspiracy to break the revolutionary movement. The party has made it clear that Sonu does not have the authority to hand over weapons to the government. It has directed the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army to seize the weapons from him. The party’s Central Committee official spokesperson Abhay (the newly elected official spokesperson) and the Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee official spokesperson Vikalp have announced that their duty is to continue the people’s war to repel Operation Kagar and make the revolution successful. It seems that this statement was issued two days ago. Meanwhile, before the statement reached the media, another central committee member, Kadari Satyanarayana Reddy, along with Vikalp (Katta Ramachandra Reddy), died in a fake encounter. The death of two top leaders immediately after Sonu declared that the party would continue the armed struggle while exposing the betrayal of the revolution raises many suspicions.

It is not our policy to betray the interests of the people by handing over weapons to the enemy and joining the people's life stream. Our duty is to continue the class struggle - the people's war to advance the revolutionary movement in the rear in accordance with the changed social situation. Since September 17, a press release issued by our party’s Polit Bureau (PB) member Comrade Sonu under the name Abhay, its audio file, and an appeal to the revolutionary people have been widely circulated in print, electronic and digital media. ‘In view of the changed international and domestic situation, and in view of the appeals being made by the Prime Minister, the Home Minister and the top police officers to lay down arms and join the flow of life, we have decided to lay down arms,’ he announced in it. He also said that this is part of the efforts made by our party’s late General Secretary Amarudu Comrade Basavaraj for peace talks. This statement made by Comrade Sonu is his personal decision. Our Central Committee, Polit Bureau and Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee completely reject and condemn this statement made by him. The changed international and domestic situation does not suggest giving up the armed struggle. In contrast, they are highlighting the need to continue the armed struggle. Imperialist exploitation and oppression of the oppressed races and people of backward countries are becoming more and more intense. In capitalist and imperialist countries, the capitalist class is further intensifying the exploitation and oppression of the working class and middle class people there in the name of ‘austerity measures’. The exploiting classes there are implementing fascism and racism. All this is the result of the imperialist economic and political crisis that is intensifying day by day. In our country, foreign and domestic big corporations belonging to the imperialist, broker-dealer capitalists are intensifying the exploitation and oppression in all sectors of social life, including agriculture, industry and services. With this, the broad masses (oppressed classes, oppressed social groups, oppressed races) in urban, plain and forest areas are highlighting the need to further expand and intensify the class struggle against the alliance of imperialist, broker-dealer, autocratic capitalist and landlord classes. The Brahminical Hindutva fascist RSS-BJP central and state governments are highlighting the need to resist the fascist attacks being carried out on the broad masses of the country in all spheres of social life. Economic and social gaps are increasing sharply worldwide and in our country. Neither in our country nor in the world have the daily problems of the people nor the fundamental problems been solved. In this situation, today's situations in our country nor in the world highlight the need to continue the armed struggle while coordinating legal-illegal, secret-open struggle and structural forms. Comrade Sonu's announcement that the disarmament was part of the efforts made by our party's General Secretary, the late Comrade Basavaraj (BR), for peace talks is a distortion of the facts. Although the late Comrade Basavaraj had announced in his statement of May 7 that he would discuss the disarmament with our core group, he soon realized the error in that statement and, since the central and state governments were continuing the Kagar war while ignoring the mention of peace talks made by our party, he called on the entire party, the PLGA and the revolutionary camp to withdraw it and resist the 'Kagar' war. It is under his guidance that today the party, the PLGA and the revolutionary camp across the country are resisting the 'Kagar' war to the best of their ability in legal and illegal forms. Comrade Sonu has deliberately distorted this fact. Collecting the opinions of our party workers and leaders who are in jail, collecting the opinions of revolutionary sympathizers, democratic, progressive, left-wing forces and organizations is an evil plan to split our party. We request Comrade Sonu to abandon this evil plan. We call on public organizations, party members, party committees at various levels, party leaders, party members, revolutionary sympathizers, democratic, progressive, left-wing forces and organizations who are in jail to reverse this evil plan. Saying that the Indian revolutionary movement has been defeated, Comrade Sonu stated in the statement titled ‘Appeal to the Revolutionary People’ that the reason for this is the mistakes of the extremist camel-riding followed by the party. If he thought that the party had adopted extremist tactics, it was his responsibility as a member of the Politburo to remain in the party and work to correct them. But he decided to give up this revolutionary method and join the stream of people's life. “At least now, the only remaining task before the party is to put an end to the dogmatic practice of the long-term people's war line, the armed struggle, regardless of changes in circumstances and times, the Chinese line, the Russian line, and to strive to make the Indian revolution victorious in a line suitable to the conditions of India and the time,” he stated in the ‘Appeal to the Revolutionary People’ statement. If the path followed by the party was dogmatic, he could have devised an alternative path and waged a struggle between the two lines in the party. He was not ready for that. Rejecting the armed struggle and declaring a temporary cessation of armed struggle would be to deceive the party cadres and the people. According to the theory of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, the central task of the revolution is to seize state power. For this, we will wage armed struggle with armed force. Whether in the line of protracted people's war or in the line of universal rebellion, it is through armed force that the oppressed classes overthrow the exploiting classes from power and seize power. Since our country is a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country, our party is practicing the line of protracted people's war that seizes power region by region. Therefore, deciding to lay down arms and go for peace talks is contrary to the theory of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and our political-military line. Laying down arms means handing them over to the enemy, surrendering to the enemy. Surrendering weapons to the enemy and ceasing the armed struggle in the name of a temporary ceasefire means that the revolutionary party will become a revisionist party. Surrendering weapons to the enemy means betraying the martyrs and the broad masses of the country (oppressed classes, oppressed social groups, oppressed races). This is a blatant modern revisionism and revolutionary betrayal. Therefore, we demand that party members, party committees at all levels, party members in prison, party leaders and revolutionary sympathizers strongly condemn the revolutionary betrayal of Sonu, who is preparing to surrender to the enemy by surrendering weapons to the enemy. If he and his followers want to surrender to the enemy, they can surrender, but they do not have the authority to surrender the party's weapons to the enemy. Therefore, we demand that they be handed over to the party. If they do not surrender amicably, we are directing the PLGA to seize their weapons. It would be a fraud for him to declare a temporary ceasefire, since he rejects armed struggle, and the path he wants to follow is the parliamentary path. That is why it would be Prachanda-style neo-revisionism. In this situation, we inform you that he does not have the authority to issue press releases in the name of Abhay. It is the responsibility of the media spokesperson Abhay to adhere to the basic line, policies and resolutions of our party, convey the party's stance on political developments and give calls for struggle to the people. He, who has taken a completely different stance, does not have the authority to issue statements in the name of Abhay. The Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee (DK SZC) fully agrees with this statement being issued by the Central Committee. We call upon all party members, party committees and commands at all levels of DK to take this press release to all public associations in Dandakaranya, to all other local structures and to the people and to make political and structural efforts to firmly establish the people and public structures in the revolutionary movement. We still state that our party is ready for peace talks. We appeal to civil society and the entire people to build a nationwide people's movement to put pressure on the central and state governments to accept peace talks. In a situation where our party, PLGA and the entire revolutionary movement are suffering serious losses due to the revolutionary counter-war, surrendering to the enemy and surrendering to the enemy in fear of the enemy's attack would be a betrayal of the martyrs and the people. Our duty is to reject that betrayal and continue the class struggle-people's war in accordance with the changed social conditions, to help advance the revolutionary movement that is in the background. మారిన సామాజిక పరిస్థితికి తగినట్టుగా వెనకంజలోని విప్లవోద్యమాన్ని పురోగమింపచేయడానికి వర్గపోరాటాన్ని – ప్రజాయుద్ధాన్ని కొనసాగించడమే మా కర్తవ్యం.

సెప్టెంబర్ 17 నుండి ప్రింట్, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్, డిజిటల్ మీడియాలో మా పార్టీ పొలిట్ బ్యూరో (పీబీ) సభ్యుడు కామ్రేడ్ సోను, అభయ్ పేరుతో విడుదల చేసిన పత్రికా ప్రకటన, దాని ఆడియో ఫైల్, విప్లవ ప్రజలకు విజ్ఞప్తి అనే ప్రకటనలు విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారమవుతున్నాయి. ‘మారిన అంతర్జాతీయ, దేశీయ పరిస్థితుల రీత్యా, దేశ ప్రధానమంత్రి, హోంమంత్రి నుండి మొదలుకుని పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారుల వరకు, ఆయుధాల్ని వీడి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలవాలని చేస్తున్న విజ్ఞప్తుల రీత్యా మేము ఆయుధాలు వదిలిపెట్టాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నాం’ అని ఆయన ఇందులో ప్రకటించాడు. ఇది మా పార్టీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి అమరుడు కామ్రేడ్ బసవరాజు శాంతిచర్చల కోసం చేసిన ప్రయత్నంలో భాగమని కూడా ఆయన చెప్పాడు. కామ్రేడ్ సోను చేసిన ఈ ప్రకటన ఆయన వ్యక్తిగత నిర్ణయమే. ఆయన చేసిన ఈ ప్రకటనను మా కేంద్రకమిటీ, పొలిట్ బ్యూరో, దండకారణ్య స్పెషల్ జోనల్ కమిటీ పూర్తిగా తిరస్కరిస్తున్నాయి, ఖండిస్తున్నాయి.

మారిన అంతర్జాతీయ, దేశీయ పరిస్థితులు సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని వదిలి పెట్టాలని సూచించడం లేదు. దీనికి భిన్నంగా సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని కొనసాగించాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని ఎత్తిచూపుతున్నాయి. వెనకబడిన దేశాల పీడిత జాతులపై, ప్రజలపై సామ్రాజ్యవాద దోపిడి, పీడనలు మరింత తీవ్రతరమవుతున్నాయి. పెట్టుబడిదారీ – సామ్రాజ్యవాద దేశాల్లో పెట్టుబడిదారీ వర్గం అక్కడి కార్మికవర్గంపై, మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజానీకంపై ‘పొదుపు చర్యల’ పేరుతో దోపిడి, పీడనల్ని మరింత తీవ్రతరం చేస్తున్నాయి. అక్కడి దోపిడీ వర్గాలు ఫాసిజాన్ని, రేసిజాన్ని అమలు చేస్తున్నాయి. ఇవన్ని రోజురోజుకు తీవ్రతరమవుతున్న సామ్రాజ్యవాద ఆర్థిక, రాజకీయ సంక్షోభ ఫలితమే. మనదేశంలో సామ్రాజ్యవాద, దళారీ నిరంకుశ పెట్టుబడిదార్లకు చెందిన విదేశీ, స్వదేశీ బడా కార్పొరేట్లు వ్యవసాయిక, పారిశ్రామిక, సేవారంగాలతో పాటు సామాజిక జీవితానికి చెందిన సకల రంగాల్లో దోపిడి, పీడనల్ని రోజురోజుకు తీవ్రతరం చేస్తున్నాయి. దీంతో పట్టణ, మైదాన, అటవీ ప్రాంతాల్లో విశాల ప్రజానీకం (పీడిత వర్గాలు, పీడిత సామాజిక సముదాయాలు, పీడిత జాతులు) సామ్రాజ్యవాద, దళారీ నిరంకుశ పెట్టుబడిదారీ, భూస్వామ్య వర్గాల కూటమికి వ్యతిరేకంగా వర్గపోరాటాన్ని మరింత విస్తృతం-తీవ్రతరం చేయాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని ఎత్తిచూపుతోంది. బ్రాహ్మణీయ హిందుత్వ ఫాసిస్టు ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ -బీజేపీ కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు దేశంలోని విశాల ప్రజానీకంపై సామాజిక జీవితానికి చెందిన అన్ని రంగాల్లో చేస్తున్న ఫాసిస్టు దాడులను ప్రతిఘటించాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని ఎత్తిచూపుతోంది. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా, మనదేశంలో ఆర్థిక, సామాజిక అంతరాలు తీవ్రంగా పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి. మనదేశంలో కానీ, ప్రపంచంలో గానీ ప్రజల దైనందిన సమస్యలు గానీ, మౌలిక సమస్యలు గానీ పరిష్కారం కాలేదు. ఈ స్థితిలో మన దేశంలో గానీ, ప్రపంచంలో గానీ నేటి పరిస్థితులు చట్టబద్ద-చట్టవ్యతిరేక, రహస్య-బహిరంగ పోరాట, నిర్మాణ రూపాలను సమన్వయించుకుంటూనే సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని కొనసాగించాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని ఎత్తిచూపుతున్నాయి.

మా పార్టీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి అమరుడు కామ్రేడ్ బసవరాజు (బీఆర్) శాంతిచర్చల కోసం చేసిన ప్రయత్నంలో భాగమే ఆయుధాల విరమణ అని కామ్రేడ్ సోను ప్రకటించడం వాస్తవాల వక్రీకరణ. అమరుడు కామ్రేడ్ బసవరాజు మే 7 నాటి ప్రకటనలో ఆయుధాల్ని వదిలి పెట్టడం గురించి మా కోర్ గ్రూపుతో చర్చిస్తామని ప్రకటన చేసినప్పటికీ త్వరలోనే అందులోని లోపాన్ని గుర్తించడంతో పాటు, మా పార్టీ చేసిన శాంతిచర్చల ప్రస్తావనను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తూ కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు కగార్ యుద్ధాన్ని కొనసాగిస్తుండడంతో, దాన్ని ఉపసంహరించుకుని ‘కగార్’ యుద్ధాన్ని ప్రతిఘటించాలని యావత్తు పార్టీకి, పీ.ఎల్.జీ.ఏ.కు, విప్లవ శిబిరానికి ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చాడు. ఆయన ఇచ్చిన మార్గదర్శకత్వంలోనే నేడు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పార్టీ, పీ.ఎల్.జీ.ఏ., విప్లవ శిబిరం ‘కగార్’ యుద్ధాన్ని చట్టబద్ద – చట్టవ్యతిరేక రూపాల్లో శక్తిమేరకు ప్రతిఘటిస్తున్నాయి. ఈ వాస్తవాన్ని ఉద్దేశ్యపూర్వకంగా కామ్రేడ్ సోను వక్రీకరించాడు. ఈ దురుద్దేశ్యపూర్వ వక్రీకరణ కుటిలమైనది, ఖండించతగినది.

‘ఆయుధాలు వదిలిపెట్టి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలిసే విషయంపై పార్టీ సభ్యుల, వివిధ స్థాయిల పార్టీ కమిటీల అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించడం, జైల్లో బందీలుగా ఉన్న మా పార్టీ కార్యకర్తల, నాయకుల అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించడం, విప్లవాభిమానుల, ప్రజాస్వామిక, ప్రగతిశీల, వామపక్ష శక్తుల, సంస్థల అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించడం అనేది మా పార్టీని చీలదీసే దుష్టపథకమే. ఈ దుష్ట పథకాన్ని విరమించుకోవాల్సిందిగా కామ్రేడ్ సోనును కోరుతున్నాం. ఈ దుష్ట పథకాన్ని తిప్పికొట్టాల్సిందిగా ప్రజాసంఘాలకు, పార్టీ సభ్యులకు, వివిధ స్థాయిల పార్టీ కమిటీలకు, జైల్లో బందీలుగా ఉన్న పార్టీ నాయకులకు, పార్టీ సభ్యులకు, విప్లవాభిమానులకు, ప్రజాస్వామిక, ప్రగతిశీల, వామపక్ష శక్తులకు, సంస్థలకు పిలుపునిస్తున్నాం. భారత విప్లవోద్యమం ఓటమి పాలయిందని చెపుతూ, దీనికి కారణం పార్టీ అనుసరించిన అతివాద ఒంటెత్తుపోకడతో కూడిన తప్పిదాలని కామ్రేడ్ సోను ‘విప్లవ ప్రజలకు విజ్ఞప్తి’ అనే ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నాడు. పార్టీ అతివాద ఎత్తుగడలను ఆచరించిందని తను అనుకుంటే పార్టీలో ఉంటూ వాటిని సరిదిద్దడానికి కృషి చేయడం పొలిట్ బ్యూరో సభ్యుడిగా ఆయన బాధ్యత. కానీ ఆయన ఈ విప్లవకర పద్ధతికి తిలోదకలిచ్చి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలవాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు.

“ఇప్పటికైనా, దీర్ఘకాల ప్రజాయుద్ధ పంథా అంటూ, సాయుధ పోరాటం అంటూ, పరిస్థితులలోని మార్పులతో, స్థలకాలాలతో నిమిత్తం లేకుండా, చైనా పంథా, రష్యా పంథా అనే పిడివాద ఆచరణకు స్వస్తి చెప్పి భారతదేశ స్థలకాల పరిస్థితులకు తగిన పంథాలో భారత విప్లవాన్ని జయప్రదం చేయడానికి పూనుకోవడమే పార్టీ ముందు మిగిలిన ఏకైక కర్తవ్యం” అని ‘విప్లవ ప్రజలకు విజ్ఞప్తి’ ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నాడు. పార్టీ అనుసరిస్తున్న మార్గం పిడివాదమయితే తను ప్రత్యమ్నాయ మార్గాన్ని రూపొందించి పార్టీలో రెండు పంథాల మధ్య పోరాటాన్ని నడపవచ్చు. అందుకు ఆయన సిద్ధంగా లేడు. సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని తిరస్కరిస్తూ తాత్కాలిక సాయుధ పోరాట విరమణ అని ప్రకటించడం అంటే పార్టీ కాడర్లను, ప్రజలను మోసగించడమే అవుతుంది.
మార్క్సిజం-లెనినిజం-మావోయిజం సిద్ధాంతం ప్రకారం విప్లవపు కేంద్ర కర్తవ్యం రాజ్యాధికారాన్ని హస్తగతం చేసుకోవడం. అందుకోసం సాయుధ శక్తితో, సాయుధ పోరాటం చేస్తాం. దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రజాయుద్ధ పంథాలోనయినా, సార్వత్రిక తిరుగుబాటు పంథాలోనయినా సాయుధ శక్తి ద్వారానే దోపిడీ వర్గాలను అధికారం నుండి కూలదోసి పీడిత వర్గాలు అధికారాన్ని హస్తగతం చేసుకుంటాయి. మనదేశం అర్ధవలస, అర్ధభూస్వామ్య దేశం కాబట్టి ప్రాంతాల వారీగా అధికారాన్ని హస్తగతం చేసుకునే దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రజాయుద్ధ పంథాను మా పార్టీ ఆచరిస్తోంది. కాబట్టి ఆయుధాలు వదిలి శాంతిచర్చలకు వెళ్లాలని నిర్ణయించడం మార్క్సిజం-లెనినిజం-మావోయిజం సిద్ధాంతానికి, మా రాజకీయ-మిలిటరీ పంథాకు వ్యతిరేకమైనది.

ఆయుధాలు వదిలిపెట్టడం అంటే వాటిని శత్రువుకు అప్పగించడమని, శత్రువుకు లొంగిపోవడం (సరెండర్) అని అర్థం. శత్రువుకు ఆయుధాల్ని అప్పగించి, లొంగిపోయి తాత్కాలిక సాయుధ పోరాట విరమణ పేరుతో సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని విరమించడం అంటే విప్లవ పార్టీ రివిజనిస్టు పార్టీగా మారిపోవడమే అవుతుంది.

ఆయుధాల్ని శత్రువుకు అప్పగించి లొంగిపోవడం అంటే అమరులకు, దేశంలోని విశాల ప్రజలకు (పీడిత వర్గాలు, పీడిత సాంఘిక సముదాయాలు, పీడిత జాతులు) ద్రోహం చేయడమే. ఇది ప్రచండ తరహా ఆధునిక రివిజనిజం, విప్లవ ద్రోహం. అందుకే, ఆయుధాల్ని శత్రువుకు అప్పగించి, శత్రువుకు లొంగిపోవడానికి సిద్ధపడుతున్న సోను విప్లవ ద్రోహాన్ని పార్టీ సభ్యులు, అన్నిస్థాయిల పార్టీ కమిటీలు, జైల్లోని పార్టీ సభ్యులు, పార్టీ నాయకులు, విప్లవాభిమానులు తీవ్రంగా ఖండించాల్సిందిగా కోరుతున్నాం. ఆయన, ఆయన అనుచరులు శత్రువుకు లొంగిపోదల్చుకుంటే లొంగిపోవచ్చు, కానీ పార్టీకి చెందిన ఆయుధాల్ని శత్రువుకు అప్పగించే అధికారం వీళ్లకు లేదు. అందుకే వాటిని పార్టీకి అప్పగించాల్సిందిగా డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం. ఒకవేళ వాళ్లు సామరస్యపూర్వకంగా అప్పగించకపోతే వారినుండి ఆయుధాల్ని స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాల్సిందిగా పీ.ఎల్.జీ.ఏ.ను నిర్దేశిస్తున్నాం. సాయుధ పోరాటాన్నే తిరస్కరిస్తున్న ఆయన తాత్కాలిక సాయుధ పోరాట విరమణ అని ప్రకటించడం మోసకారితనమే అవుతుంది, ఆయన అనుసరించదలచుకున్న మార్గం పార్లమెంటరీ పంథానే అవుతుంది. అందుకే అది ప్రచండ తరహా నయారివిజనిజం అవుతుంది.

ఈ స్థితిలో ఆయనకు అభయ్ పేరుతో పత్రికా ప్రకటనలు ఇచ్చే అధికారం లేదని తెలియజేస్తున్నాం. మా పార్టీ మౌలిక పంథాకు, పాలసీలకు, తీర్మానాలకు కట్టుబడి రాజకీయ పరిణామాలపై పార్టీ వైఖరి తెలియజేస్తూ, ప్రజలకు పోరాట పిలుపుల్ని ఇవ్వడం మీడియా ప్రతినిధి అభయ్ బాధ్యత. దీనికి పూర్తి భిన్నమైన వైఖరిని చేపట్టిన ఆయనకు అభయ్ పేరుతో ప్రకటనలు ఇచ్చే అధికారం లేదు.

కేంద్రకమిటీ విడుదల చేస్తున్న ఈ ప్రకటనతో దండకారణ్య స్పెషల్ జోనల్ కమిటీ (డీకే ఎస్.జెడ్.సీ.) పూర్తిగా ఏకీభవిస్తోంది. ఈ పత్రికా ప్రకటనను దండకారణ్యంలోని అన్ని ప్రజా సంఘాలకు, ఇతర అన్ని స్థానిక నిర్మాణాల వద్దకు, ప్రజల వద్దకు తీసుకెళ్లి ప్రజలను, ప్రజా నిర్మాణాలను విప్లవోద్యమంలో దృఢంగా నిలబెట్టే రాజకీయ, నిర్మాణ కృషి చేయాల్సిందిగా డీకేలోని పార్టీ సభ్యులందరికీ, అన్ని స్థాయిల పార్టీ కమిటీలకు, కమాండ్లకు పిలుపునిస్తున్నాం.

ఇప్పటికీ మా పార్టీ శాంతిచర్చలకు సిద్ధమేనని తెలియజేస్తున్నాం. శాంతిచర్చల కోసం కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు అంగీకరించేలా వాటిపై ఒత్తిడి తేవడానికి దేశవ్యాప్త ప్రజా ఉద్యమాన్ని నిర్మించాల్సిందిగా పౌరసమాజానికి, యావత్తు ప్రజానీకానికి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాం.

విప్లవ ప్రతిఘాతక కగార్ యుద్ధంతో మన పార్టీ, పీ.ఎల్.జీ.ఏ., యావత్తు విప్లవోద్యమం తీవ్రంగా నష్టపోతున్న స్థితిలో శత్రుదాడికి వెరచి ఆయుధాల్ని శత్రువుకు అప్పగించి, శత్రువుకు లొంగిపోవడం అంటే అమరులకు, ప్రజలకు ద్రోహం చేయడమే అవుతుంది. ఆ ద్రోహాన్ని తిరస్కరించి మారిన సామాజిక పరిస్థితులకు తగినట్టుగా, వెనకంజలో వున్న విప్లవోద్యమాన్ని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి తోడ్పడేలా వర్గపోరాటాన్ని-ప్రజాయుద్ధాన్ని కొనసాగించడమే మన కర్తవ్యం. విప్లవోద్యమంలో వెనకంజలు, ఓటములు తాత్కాలికమే. అంతిమ విజయం ప్రజలదే. ఈ భూమ్మీద మనిషిని మరో మనిషి దోచుకోవడానికి అవకాశంలేని సమాజం కోసం వేల ఏండ్లుగా వర్గపోరాటం సాగుతూనే ఉంది. ఈ వర్గపోరాట మహాప్రస్థానం గెలుపు ఓటమి-అంతిమంగా గెలుపు అనే క్రమం గుండా సాగుతోంది. ఈ మహాప్రస్థానపు తుది విజయం భూమిపై సోషలిజం -కమ్యూనిజం స్థాపనే. అందుకోసం విప్లవోద్యమ వెనకంజలకు, ఓటములకు బెదరకుండా మనదేశంలో, ప్రపంచంలో సోషలిజం – కమ్యూనిజం స్థాపన కోసం మనవంతుగా వర్గపోరాటాన్ని-ప్రజాయుద్ధాన్ని కొనసాగించడమే మన కర్తవ్యం-మన మార్గం.

Dizer que a vida do provocador de ultradireita Charlie Kirk valia menos do que uma pena já seria um exagero. Exatamente por isso, uma ação isolada de qualquer estratégia política emancipatória, que facilita a mobilização das hostes de Trump contra a luta social – em nome de eliminar o seu jovem aprendiz –, alveja ao mesmo tempo o facínora e a causa que supostamente motivou o ato, e levanta suspeitas de instrumentalização pelos serviços secretos.

Na tarde desta quarta-feira (10), Charlie Kirk foi alvejado e morto em um comício público dentro de uma universidade do estado ianque de Utah. Kirk era líder de um grupo de extrema-direita chamado Turning Point que promovia pautas de cunho reacionário dentro das universidades norte-americanas. Ele era um ferrenho apoiador de Donald Trump e rosto importante dentro da base social do movimento MAGA. Em plena luz do dia, em uma dessas cenas da vida que superam qualquer ficção, seu pescoço virou um hidrante de sangue após ser atingido no palco por uma bala supersônica. Nesta sexta, o suspeito, Tyler Robinson, um jovem universitário norte-americano, de 22 anos, foi preso pelo crime. Ele teria sido delatado pelo próprio pai, um veterano da polícia de Washington.

Aqui, é preciso dizer, em primeiro lugar, que Charlie Kirk foi mais um cadáver produzido pela concepção de mundo e pela sociedade que ele defendia. Ativo defensor da “guerra cultural” contra qualquer manifestação de vida social que não fosse cristã, branca e masculina, ele chegou a declarar que o “custo de mortes é válido pelo direito de ter armas”. Esse direito, naturalmente, deveria ser restrito aos homens da sua classe, ficando o custo a cargo dos negros, latinos e outras minorias, contra os quais toda forma de repressão e desassistência social seriam poucas, incluídas a deportação em massa e a aplicação da pena de morte. Durante a pandemia, este “livre pensador” foi contra a quarentena e defendeu e eficácia da hidroxicloroquina. Também advogava a subjugação das mulheres aos homens e se opunha ao aborto mesmo em casos de estupro. Como um ideólogo, estava à direita de Trump, que decerto é tão reacionário quanto ele, mas precisa matizar seu discurso, sobretudo racial, em certos pontos, por cálculo eleitoral.   

A extrema-direita brasileira copiou de Kirk o método de combater a liberdade de crítica nas universidades. A ideia de que o agora falecido Charlie era um homem do “diálogo”, sustentada por certos oportunistas de féretro, não resiste a um questionamento básico: diálogo entre quem e para fazer o quê? Como bem pontuou David Nemer, professor no Departamento de Estudos de Mídia da Universidade da Virgínia, “a presença de Charlie Kirk nas universidades nunca foi um exercício legítimo de pluralidade, mas sim uma estratégia deliberada de provocação e radicalização. Ele atuava como um agitador extremista, buscando confrontar professores e estudantes progressistas para criar narrativas de perseguição e censura.”1  Afinal, uma visão de mundo assentada no racismo e na defesa da superioridade religiosa é por definição oposta a qualquer convivência pacífica entre os seres humanos. 

Quem queira saber que tipo de ação política prática deriva do discurso de Kirk que olhe para o genocídio em Gaza ou para as prisões de Bukele: eles são a realização da sua causa santa, uma distópica violência reacionária intransigente. Não por acaso, em um desses pseudo-debates abertos, Kirk chegou a emular o trecho “Alemanha acima de tudo”, que pertence ao velho hino nacional daquele país usado pelos nazistas 2. Neste sentido, a sua morte é apenas uma segunda violência, um resultado da estrutura social e do discurso ideológico que figuras como Trump e Kirk encarnam e que assassina diariamente, de bala, de fome ou doenças a muitas milhares de pessoas não apenas na periferia do sistema imperialista, mas nos bolsões de miséria marginalizados nas suas próprias cidadelas.

India: SC Refuses To Modify Conditions Of Bail For Political Prisoner Varavara Rao

New Delhi, September 19, 2025: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a plea by Telugu poet and political prisoner P Varavara Rao, an accused in the 2018 Bhima Koregaon case, seeking modification of his bail conditions.

Rao has sought modification of the condition which required him to seek prior permission from the trial court if he wished to leave the Greater Mumbai area. A bench of Justices JK Maheshwari and Vijay Bishnoi expressed disinclination to grant modification, and the matter was dismissed as withdrawn.

“Government will take care of his health or go to the same court. We are not interested,” the bench said.

Senior advocate Anand Grover, appearing for Rao, submitted that the Telugu poet and political prisoner has been out on bail for four years but his health is deteriorating. Grover stated that Rao’s wife used to take care of him earlier, but she has shifted to Hyderabad. He said there is no one to look after Rao at present, and the trial is also not likely to be completed anytime soon.

The top court on August 10, 2022 granted bail to Rao on medical grounds.

The apex court said: “He is 82 years old. He has been in custody for two and a half years. Though chargesheet (has been) filed, some of the accused (are) still not apprehended and matter has not been taken up for framing of charges against accused before court.”

The bench continued: “This bail is purely on medical grounds. The order shall not be a precedent for the cases of other accused or the appellant itself on merits.”

The top court ordered Rao not to leave the jurisdiction of Mumbai “without express permission of the trial court”.

“He should not misuse his liberty or get in touch with witnesses. He is entitled to medical treatment of his choice. But he has to keep the NIA (National Investigation Agency) informed about the same,” the court said.

Rao was arrested on 28 August, 2018, from his home in Hyderabad and was an under-trial in the Bhima Koregaon case in which an FIR was lodged by the Pune Police at Vishrambagh Police Station on January 8, 2018, under various sections of IPC and several provisions of the UAPA.

Initially, Rao was put under house arrest and on November 17, 2018, was taken into police custody. He was later shifted to Taloja Jail in Maharashtra state. On February 22, 2021, the Bombay High Court granted him bail on medical grounds and he was released on 6 March.

On April 13, 2022, however, the court dismissed Rao’s plea for permanent bail, but extended his temporary medical bail by three months. The court also dismissed his plea seeking a transfer back to Telangana state. Rao has been out on medical bail in Mumbai.

The case pertains to alleged inflammatory speeches made at the Elgar Parishad conclave held in Pune on December 31, 2017, which, the police claimed, triggered violence the next day near the Bhima Koregaon war memorial located on the outskirts of the city. The Pune police said the conclave was organized by people with purported links to the CPI (Maoist).

The 1^st General Assembly of IGEB, one of the important battlegrounds for immigrants in the UK, was held on September 14, 2025, at the association’s premises in London.

A breakfast meeting with members and supporters prior to the General Assembly was held with a large turnout. Following the breakfast, the General Assembly commenced at 1:00 PM in the association hall.

The General Assembly, which began with the participation of the majority of the 52 members, continued with the selection of the presiding committee after the welcoming and opening speeches on behalf of the executive committee. Following the voting on the agenda items, a presentation was made on the establishment and the year of activities of the association. The presentation noted that the IGEB association, founded in June 2024, is an important stronghold in the anti-fascist, anti-imperialist struggle in London and that, within the course of a year, it has undertaken serious activities and taken important steps in institutionalization and developing ties with the masses.

It was stated that the work carried out by the executive committee since the association’s establishment would be taken to a higher level with today’s general assembly and would be transformed into collective work.

Following the speech, the association’s program, working document, and document on its aims and operations were read out, put to a vote, and approved.

Following this, the election of the management and supervisory board that will lead the association for the next two years took place. At the general assembly, 5 managers and 3 supervisory board members were elected, the voluntary nomination of members for the management bodies was received very positively.

Following the message delivered on behalf of AGEB and its constituent institutions, the general assembly concluded successfully with well-wishes and hope.

Mulugu: Maoists pamphlets have appeared in Venkatapuram mandal in the district on Saturday appealing to the people to celebrate CPI (Maoist) 21st Foundation Week celebrations

The pamphlets were found on the outskirts of Patrapuram-Tekula Boru villages on Bhadrachalam-Venkatapuram State highway. The Maoist Central Committee asked the public to organise celebrations from September 21 to 27 with revolutionary spirit across the country.

The Central Committee stressed on the need of protecting the party, PLGA and building a strong movement to mobilise the masses on a broader level for the war to defeat ‘Operation Kagar.   Menos de uma semana após o julgamento no Supremo Tribunal Federal que condenou Jair Bolsonaro e demais corréus a longas penas por tentativa de golpe de Estado e outros crimes, já amadurece a concertação das classes dominantes para anistiar os seus pupilos. Sobre o próprio julgamento, cabe assinalar, de largada, que entre os implicados (oficiais militares, políticos e burocratas) havia uma ausência eloquente: os financiadores do fascismo tupiniquim. Afinal, anos de passeatas, viagens, acampamentos e articulações -ademais da própria “festa da Selma” a 8 de janeiro de 2023- não foram viabilizados gratuitamente. Onde estão os especuladores, empresários e latifundiários que financiaram a arruaça, e que seriam os maiores beneficiários do programa econômico ultraliberal aplicado pela Junta Militar?

  
  

  Todavia, a discussão sobre a “exemplaridade” do julgamento, que supostamente igualou figurões e figurinhas, não chegou a durar nem sequer uma semana. A toque de caixa, a Câmara dos Deputados aprovou a chamada PEC da blindagem (rebatizada PEC da bandidagem), que impede a investigação de parlamentares sem a autorização dos seus pares, instituto de espírito medieval que cria castas de privilegiados imunes à lei. Não por coincidência, foi o dito “centrão” (e o centrão nada mais é do que a soma de pré-capitalismo e escória burguesa) quem articulou tal proposta, na sequência do avanço da investigação da corrupção das emendas parlamentares no STF e das operações contra o PCC e seu tentáculo na Faria Lima, operações estas que aparentemente motivaram o assassinato em retaliação do delegado aposentado da Polícia Civil de São Paulo, Ruy Ferraz Fontes. Um dos patrocinadores da famigerada PEC é Antônio Rueda, presidente do partido reacionário União Brasil, investigado pela Polícia Federal como possível operador do PCC. మావోయిస్టు పార్టీ కేంద్రకమిటీ అధికార ప్రతినిధి అభయ్ పేరుతో, సోనూ పేరుతో ఆగస్టులో రాసి మూడు రోజుల క్రితం విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటనలు దేశంలో తీవ్ర చర్చనీయాంశమయ్యాయి. అందులో ఆయన సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని విరమిస్తున్నామంటూ తాము అన్ని తప్పులే చేస్తూ వస్తున్నామని, ఇప్పటి వరకు భారత దేశానికి ఒక విప్లవ పంథానే రూపొందించుకోలేకపోయామని, తమను క్షమించాలని, అపరాధ భావంతో రాస్తున్నానంటూ విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటన విప్లవాభిమానులను ధిగ్భ్రాంతికి గురి చేసింది. అనేక రకాల చర్చకు దారి తీసింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఆ ప్రకటనలు అభయే ఇచ్చాడని అయితే వాటితో సీపీఐ మావోయిస్టు కు ఎలాంటి సంబంధంలేదని ఆ పార్టీ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ అధికార ప్రతినిధి జగన్ తేల్చేశారు.

ప్రియమైన ప్రజలారా!
కేంద్రంలోని బిజెపి పార్టీ విప్లవోద్యమ నిర్మూలనకు ఎప్పటినుండో పథకాలు వేసుకొని అమలు జరుపుతూ 2024 జనవరి నుండి కగార్ అనే పేరుతో భారీ స్థాయి యుద్ధ చర్యలతో నాయకత్వాన్ని, క్యాడర్లను మరియు ప్రజలను కూడా నిర్మూలించే కార్యక్రమాన్ని కొనసాగిస్తోంది. 2025 మార్చిలో కొంత మంది ప్రజాస్వామిక మేధావులు పీస్ డైలాగ్ కమిటీగా ఏర్పడి ప్రభుత్వానికి మావోయిస్టు పార్టీకి మధ్య శాంతి చర్చలు జరగాలనే ప్రతిపాదనను చేసింది. ఆ ప్రతిపాదనకు జవాబుగా కేంద్ర కమిటీ పరిస్థితిని వివరిస్తూ- కూంబింగులు, హత్యాకాండ ఆపాలని కొత్త క్యాంపుల నిర్మాణాన్ని నిలుపుదల చేసి శాంతియుత వాతావరణంలో చర్చలు జరుపాలనే విషయాన్ని కేంద్ర కమిటీ ప్రకటించింది.

కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఎటువంటి సడలింపులు లేకుండా యుద్ధ చర్యలను కొనసాగిస్తూ రక్తపు టేరులు పారిస్తూనే ఉంది. కేంద్ర హోమ్ మంత్రి బా హాటంగానే 2026 మార్చి నాటికి మావోయిస్టు పార్టీని నిర్మూలిస్తానని పదే పదే ప్రకటించాడు. మరొక వైపున తెలంగాణ ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రాలలో ప్రజా సంఘాలు, ప్రజలు కగార్ యుద్ధ కాండను నిలుపుదల చేయాలని అందోళన చేశారు. గారు యద్ద కాండను ఆపాలని దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా ఎంతో మంది మేధావులు, సంఘాలు, ప్రముఖులు విజ్ఞప్తులు చేశారు. మిగతా రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా కొన్ని చోట్ల ఈ విషయం మీద సభలు జరిగాయి. మిగిలిన అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలు కగార్ యుద్ధ కాండను ఆపాలని పెద్దఎత్తున ఆందోళన చేశారు. అయినప్పటికీ ఫాసిస్టు భావజాలంతో రాజ్యాంగ వ్యతిరేకంగా, చట్ట వ్యతిరేకంగా నిర్మూలన కార్యక్రమాన్ని కొనసాగించి తీరుతామని బీజేపీ నాయకత్వం ప్రకటిస్తూ వస్తోంది.

ఈ క్రమంలో దాడులు తీవ్రంగా కొనసాగాయి. మే 21న పార్టీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఉన్న టీమ్ మీద దాడి జరిగింది. ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శితో సహా 28 మంది కామ్రేడ్స్ అమరులయ్యారు. జూన్, జూలై, ఆగస్టు, సెప్టెంబర్ లలో ఘటనలలో కేంద్ర కమిటీ సభ్యులు ఉదయ్ అలియాస్ గాజర్ల రవి, మోడెమ్ బాలకృష్ణ, పర్వేశ్ సోరెన్(జార్ఖండ్), లు అమరులు అయ్యారు. రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ సభ్యులు గౌతం, భాస్కర్, అరుణ, జగన్ అలియాస్ పండన్న, పండు అలియాస్ చంద్రహాస్ మొదలగువారు అమరులయ్యారు. ఇంకా మరికొద్ది మంది జిల్లా కమిటీ ఏరియా కమిటీ సభ్యులు కూడా అమరులయ్యారు. ఈ పరిస్థితోల్లో కొంత మంది రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ సభులు, క్రింది స్థాయిల కమిటీ సభ్యులు అనారోగ్య సమస్యల రీత్యా పార్టీ అనుమతితో సరెండర్ అయ్యారు.

దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా కగార్ ను నిలుపుదల చేయాలని ఆందోళన చేసినప్పటికీ బీజేపీ ప్రజా వ్యతిరేకంగా హింసా ప్రవృత్తితో ఈ హత్యాకాండను కొనసాగిస్తోంది. పైగా మావోయిస్టులతో చర్చించేది లేదని, ఆయుధాలు విడిచి సరెండర్ కావాలని పదే పదే బీజేపీ నాయకులు ప్రకటిస్తున్నారు. మేము చర్చించేది లేదంటూ, మరొక పక్క హత్యాకాండను కొనసాగిస్తూ ఉండగా మాకు నెల రోజులు సమయం ఇవ్వాలని అడగటం అనాలోచిత చర్య. కేంద్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడైన కామ్రేడ్ సోనూ సాయుధ పోరాటాన్ని విరమిస్తున్నామని ఎక్కడెక్కడో సుదీర్ఘంగా ఉన్న పార్టీ నాయకులతో, కార్యకర్తలతో అభిప్రాయాలు తెలుసుకోవడానికి నెల రోజుల వ్యవధి కావాలని, పార్టీ కమిటీ సభ్యులు తమ అభిప్రాయాలను తాను ఇచ్చిన ఈమెయిల్ అడ్రెస్ కు పంపాలని కోరుతూ ప్రకటన ఇచ్చాడు. ఈ విధంగా ప్రకటించడం ఏ పద్దతి అనాలో అర్థం కావటం లేదు. ఉద్యమాన్ని విడిచి ముఖ్యధారలో కలసి లీగల్ గా పనిచేయదలుచుకున్నప్పుడు పార్టీ కమిటీలో చర్చించి అనుమతి పొందవచ్చు. తన అభిప్రాయాన్ని పార్టీ ఛానల్ లో పంపించి ఉంటే తన ప్రశ్నకు జవాబులు దొరికేవి. అది చేయక పోగా ఈ విధంగా ఇటువంటి కీలక విషయాన్ని బహిరంగంగా ప్రకటించడం ద్వారా పార్టీ శ్రేణుల్లోనూ, విప్లవ శిబిరంలోనూ గందరగోళం తలెత్తుతుంది. తాను అనుసరించిన పద్దతి ఉద్యమానికి ఉపయోగ పడకపోగా నష్టం చేస్తుంది. నేడు దేశంలోని ఇటువంటి నిర్ణయాలను ఇంటర్నెట్ ద్వారా బహిరంగ చర్చకు పెట్టి పరిష్కరించే పనికి ఏ ఏ పార్టీ అయినా పూనుకుంటుందా . అటువంటిది రహస్య పార్టీ, కేంద్రీకృత ప్రజాస్వామ్య సూత్రాలకు కట్టుబడిన పార్టీ, తీవ్రమైన దమనకాండ అమలు జరుగుతున్న ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో సరిగ్గా ఆలోచించే వాళ్లు ఇలా చేయరు. నేడు పార్టీలో పై స్థాయి నుండి క్రింది వరకు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్య మీద అందరూ తీవ్రంగానే ఆలోచిస్తున్నారు. అనవసరంగా నష్ట పోవాలని ఎవరు అనుకోవటం లేదు. కాబట్టి ఈ సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం ఈ విధంగా బహిరంగా ప్రకటనలతో అయ్యేది కాదు. ఒక భయంకరమైన దమనకాండలో ఇటువంటి నష్టాలు జరుగుతున్నాయని అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి. ఈ సమస్యకు ఇప్పటికీ ఇప్పుడే పరిష్కారం దొరకక పోవచ్చు. 2024లో పాలిట్ బ్యూరో విడుదల చేసిన సర్క్యులర్ను అమలు జరపటమే తక్షణ కర్తవ్యం. నేడు పాలస్తీనా విషయంలో నేడు మారణకాండ జరుగుతున్నదో ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా అర్థం అవుతుంది. అనగా ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగానే దమనకాండ స్థాయి పెరిగిందని అర్థమవుతుంది.

ఇటువంటి పద్ధతులు ఉద్యమానికి నష్టం కలిగించేవే కానీ ప్రయోజనం ఏ మాత్రం లేనివి. అభయ్, సోను పేరుతో వచ్చినది పార్టీ అధికారిక ప్రకటన కాదు. విప్లవ శిబిరం, మిగిలిన అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలు దీనిని అధికారిక ప్రకటనగా గుర్తించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. ఈ ప్రకటనతో గందరగోళ పడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. ఫాసిస్టు బిజెపి ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక విధానాలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాటాలు తీవ్రతరం చేయాలి.

The temporary declaration of ceasefire in the armed struggle issued by Comrade Sonu in the name of Central Committee spokesperson Comrade Abhay is only Sonu’s personal opinion, not a party decision.

Dear People,

The BJP government at the Center has long been drawing up and implementing plans to wipe out the revolutionary movement. Since January 2024, under the name Operation Kagaar, it has been carrying out large-scale military offensives aimed at eliminating the leadership, the cadres, and even the people themselves.

In March 2025, some democratic intellectuals formed a Peace Dialogue Committee and proposed that peace talks should be held between the government and the Maoist Party. In response to that proposal, the Central Committee clarified the situation and declared that talks could be held in a peaceful atmosphere—if combing operations and massacres were stopped, and the construction of new camps was halted.

But the central government, without any let-up, has continued military offensives, spilling rivers of blood. The Union Home Minister has repeatedly and arrogantly proclaimed that by March 2026 he will eliminate the Maoist Party. Meanwhile, in Telangana and Andhra states, people and mass organizations have agitated to stop the atrocities of Operation Kagaar. Across the country, many intellectuals, organizations, and prominent personalities have appealed for an end to this war campaign. Meetings have also been held on this issue in some other states. All the remaining political parties, too, carried out widespread protests demanding an end to Operation Kagaar. Yet, the BJP leadership—driven by fascist ideology, in violation of the Constitution and of law—keeps announcing its determination to push ahead with the annihilation program.

In this course, attacks intensified. On May 21, an assault was carried out on the team of the Party’s General Secretary. The General Secretary, along with 28 comrades, were martyred. In the incidents of June, July, August, and September, Central Committee members Uday alias Gajarla Ravi, Modem Balakrishna, Parvesh Soren (Jharkhand), too were martyred. State Committee members Gautam, Bhaskar, Aruna, Jagan alias Pandanna, Pandu alias Chandrahas and others laid down their lives. A few more District Committee and Area Committee members have also been martyred. In these circumstances, some State Committee members and lower-level committee members, due to health problems, have surrendered with the permission of the Party.

Although there have been protests across the country demanding an end to Operation Kagaar, the BJP—driven by an anti-people, violent agenda—continues this campaign of killings. On top of that, BJP leaders are publicly declaring that they will not negotiate with the Maoists and are demanding that they lay down arms and surrender. While on one hand they claim “we will not negotiate,” on the other they continue a spree of killings — and yet one of the central committee members, Comrade Sonu, has inexplicably asked us for a month’s time while announcing that he is suspending the armed struggle.

He has said he needs a month to consult long-standing party leaders and activists in various places and has requested that party committee members send their opinions to the email address he gave. There is no sense in announcing something this important in that manner. If someone wants to leave the armed movement and work within the mainstream legally, that decision should be discussed and approved within the party committee. If he had submitted his views through party channels, he would have received responses to his questions. Instead, by publicly declaring such a major step, he has sown confusion within party ranks and in the revolutionary camp. His method of proceeding will not help the movement; it will harm it.

No responsible party anywhere today resolves such decisions by posting them openly on the internet. A party that is secretive, committed to centralized democratic principles, and facing harsh repression would not have its responsible members act like this. From top to bottom in the party, people are deeply concerned about the problem I am facing. No one wants to cause unnecessary loss. Therefore, this issue cannot be solved by public announcements. One must understand that such losses are happening amid a terrible campaign of repression. A solution to this problem may not be found immediately. In 2024, implementing the circular issued by the Politburo is the immediate duty.

The world has understood by now that what is happening in Palestine today is a massacre. This means levels of repression have risen globally. Such approaches damage the movement and bring no benefit whatsoever. This is not an official party announcement. The revolutionary camp and all other political parties need not treat this as an official statement. There is no need for confusion because of this announcement. Struggles against the fascist, anti-people policies of the BJP must be intensified.

Jusqu’à 900 000 manifestants et 250 cortèges sont attendus par les autorités partout en France. La mobilisation du 18 septembre intervient plus d’une semaine après le mouvement du 10 septembre, Bloquons tout, né sur les réseaux sociaux et qui a réuni entre 175 000 personnes, selon le ministère de l’intérieur et 250 000 personnes, selon la CGT.

The Hindutva fascist India and the zionist entity in occupied Palestine, despite their historical differences, share the fact that they are driven by deep reactionary ideologies such as Hindutva and zionism.

This led the two ruling bourgeoisie, the autocratic and comparator one in India and the colonialist one in the occupied Palestine, to strengthen a strategic political, economic and financial alliance in the last decades.

The two States actively cooperate in so-called "anti-terrorism operations" sharing technologies, military equipment, and intelligence against the people of Palestine and the peoples of India.

After the al Aqsa Flood heroic Resistance action in Palestine on the 7th of October 2023 and the consequent genocidal response by the colonial zionist State, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) actively supported the Palestinian Resistence in the midst of the People's War, organising events in the Compact Revolutionary Zone and issuing statements of solidarity. Similarly a Palestinian organisation in Italy issued a declaration of solidarity with the struggle of the peoples in India against the genocidal Operation Kagaar led by the hindutva Indian State.

We, the ICSPWI launched a prolonged international campaign last year connecting the support to Palestinian Resistance and to the People's War led by the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as a strategic need in the current international phase to support the struggles of the oppressed people in the world and in particular to support the two most advanced struggles: the national liberation one in Palestine and the National Democratic Revolution in India.

This is the need of the hour and today even more after the strategic financial agreement signed by the two reactionary States.
