Passage to India What Washington Can Do to Revive Relations With New Delhi
…As a third priority, Obama should strengthen U.S. cooperation with
India on counterterrorism and homeland security — areas in which U.S.
and Indian interests align particularly closely, especially due to the
insidious growth in the last decade of terrorist groups based in
Pakistan, such as Lashkar-e-Taiba. The United States should support
India’s determined efforts to combat the Naxalite insurgency, a violent
Maoist movement active in more than half of India’s states…

The Ferguson Uprising Lights the Way
“It doesn’t matter that the dude has a black face,They’re all cops.”
-Protester speaking to a reporter from the Guardian
The people of Ferguson: the fighters, the looters, the arsonists. Those branded “criminals” have through their brave intervention created a new political situation, new possibilities for asserting our collective power.
To strike back at the front line solders of a genocide, to take back the smallest fraction of what’s been stolen from you over centuries of chattel slavery and wage labor: bourgeois ideology call this crime, but it is not crime.
It is vital. It is necessary. It is justice.
The true criminals are the architects and apologists of the white supremacist capitalist order, the order which murders its victims unflinchingly, whether it be be blatantly with bullets and batons, or subtly and insidiously with medical negligence, prison time and extreme deprivation. The true criminals are the Jay Nixons, Barack Obamas, Dwight Joneses , Al Sharptons, they are are every cop who justifies his brutality by telling himself “it’s just a job”, every “community activist” who works to smother the justified hatred of the laboring masses with cries for phony peace and lopsided dialogues.
Sooner or later, the people will settle accounts.
Ever since Reconstruction people have hoped to reform the racism out of this state. Ever since Reconstruction it has betrayed those hopes and smothered them in blood.
Lobbying does not make history. A vigil does not make history. The rebellious violence of the masses does . For the new to emerge the old must be destroyed. So long as our action remains straight-jacketed within the legal order of the capitalist state we can only mark time in the bondage of our powerlessness.
It is precisely and only when the masses violate this legal order, the moment when we match the violence of the state with our own that new historical possibilities begin to emerge. This is what the people of Ferguson have given us leaving us with both the responsibility of taking these possibilities in hand, and the genuine hope of building on this new situation.
The spontaneous violence of the masses is excellent, but organized it is even better. So long as there is oppression there will be resistance.
Our job is to learn from this resistance, to organize it, and to escalate it, so that the riots of today may become the revolutionary war of tomorrow. The present situation is full of potential but this potential may only be realized on the basis of our coming together,on the strength our organization, coordination and discipline.

moradores e comerciantes
Revolucionário - MEPR, Escola Popular - EP, Advogados do Povo, ativistas
Cebraspo, Comitê de Apoio do AND, Movimento Feminino Popular - MFP,
Comissão Nacional da LCP e Liga dos Camponeses Pobres de Rondônia e
Amazônia Ocidental - LCP.
O Encontro iniciou com saudações
especiais.
A segunda
camponeses e lideranças assassinados enfeitavam as paredes.
LCP.
O 6° Encontro culminou a primeira parte
Nestas
reuniões e no Encontro os camponeses levantaram e discutiram a situação
da luta camponesa: estradas péssimas, escolas longe, saúde precária,
falta de incentivo e apoio à produção camponesa, perseguição de
lideranças e crescimento das famílias querendo tomar terra. Deu-se
início a mobilização de todas as áreas camponesas novas e antigas, assim
BAYAN supports Gaza call for Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions against Israel
By BAYAN
For photos of the protest action, please visit the BAYAN website.
The Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (BAYAN, New Patriotic Alliance) joins the rest of the world in a sustained action against the continuing air strikes by US-Israeli forces that have killed nearly 2000 Palestinians, flattened homes, vital civilian infrastructure, and other establishments in Gaza City.
Bayan condemns in the strongest terms the heinous crimes the Israeli Zionists have perpetrated against the people of Gaza City. They have had no compunction in killing the defenseless Palestinian people. The Israeli occupation of Palestine is the root cause of the strife in that region.
For decades now, Israel has turned Gaza into the world’s biggest open air prison, where people suffer from economic embargo, daily humiliation at the hands of the Israeli armed forces, and ultimately, genocide. The peoples of the world continue to condemn the mounting civilian deaths that include babies, toddlers, children, elderly and women.
In the same breath, we also condemn the Obama regime for giving military aid to the Israeli government.
On 14 July 2014 while Obama was assuring the world that he would continue to do everything possible to facilitate a return to the 2012 ceasefire, the US State Department approved a “possible US$544 million sale of AIM-9x sidewinder missiles and associated support services to Israel. These missiles can be used by F-16s to hit ground targets.” ( “US Provides Israel the Weapons Used on Gaza”, by Ken Klippenstein and Paul Gottinger, July 23, 2014, for Truthout/News Analysis )
“Official US military aid to Israel stands at about $3 billion per year due to a 10-year, $30 billion military aid package originally signed by former President George W. Bush and upheld under President Obama.” (ditto)
Between January and May 2014, the United States exported $39 million in parts of armored fighting vehicles, a category that includes M109 Doher Howitzers, which Israel has used against targets in Gaza.” (ditto)
Bayan supports the call of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle “to launch and develop a movement to stop US-Israel 1.) in proceeding further in a full occupation of Gaza and the rest of the diminishing Palestinian land, 2,)in doing more massacres of communities” without being held to account by an international criminal court and 3) in inflicting “collective punishment” on various sectors of Gaza.”
Bayan likewise calls on all its territorial chapters, member-organizations and other groups in the Philippines to support the people of Gaza in creating a movement that will call for “boycotts, divestment, and sanctions” on Israel
We also condemn the Philippine government, a staunch US ally, for its silence on the Israeli genocide on Palestine. The Philippine government is a recipient of Israeli military aid under the excess defense article program.
Bayan conveys to our Palestinian sisters and brothers our unwavering solidarity in their struggle for national liberation.

Naxalites moving to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, claim police
Chikmagalur: Are Naxals, who have attempted to increase their area of influence in the state over the last decade or so, giving up and moving to neighbouring Tamil Nadu and Kerala? If Inspector General of Police, Amrit Paul is to be believed, Naxals are no longer as active in Karnataka as in the past mainly owing to lack of support from the people. Speaking to the Deccan Chronicle, Mr Paul said the Naxals were now moving to Tamil Nadu and Kerala and the police in both states had been alerted to this development.
It was in 2002 that the Naxals, until then mainly confined to Pavagada, tried to widen their sphere of influence by taking up cudgels on behalf of the landless in Kalasa, Chikmagalur. In the years that followed four of the ultras were gunned down by the police and the government began to develop villages in and around Kalasa to counter them. But the locals here warn that the recent eviction of families from inam land in Kalasa could give the Naxals opportunity to regain support in the area if the government is not careful. Since the eviction of 3,600 families from about 6,700 acres of inam land, thousands have been made jobless, according to them. “These youth could vent their anger by supporting the Naxals,” they caution.
Maoists terror attack plot in Balaghat foiled
BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh Police claimed to have foiled Maoists plot of terror attack in Balaghat on Independence Day by recovering a cache of explosives from Kirnapur and Mataghat area. While an IED and two condenser wires were recovered and defused near a bridge in Kirnapur area, a dump of three hand grenades, four packets of improvised explosives, country made pistol, condenser wires, a grenade tube launcher, gun powders and Maoist literatures were found in Mataghat forest region in Lanji.
These seizures were made during a joint search operation by Hawk force and CRPF after inputs that former local guerrilla squad (LGS) commander Dilip was camping in the region. Dilip is wanted in more than 30 cases, including murder of Likhiram Kawre, who was transport minister in undivided Madhya Pradesh. Kawre was hacked to death in 1999 at his native village in Sonepuri.
An alert was sounded in the same area in August 2013 after 14 members of Tanda Dalam were spotted ahead of a mega Congress rally, where top leaders, including Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh, Union minister Kamal Nath, Kantilal Bhuria and Ajay Singh were to appear. In March 2014, armed forces searched Mandai forest area on Chilpi road bordering Chhattisgarh on Tuesday and recovered an iron container, two batteries (12 volt), an electronic detonator, TNT 18.700 kg, 1 kg glass pieces, six kg urea, 22 feet electric wire and naxal pamphlets. In February also, police had seized huge quantities of explosives in Katema-Kattipar forest area of the district during a search followed by intelligence inputs that hundreds of guerrillas had infiltrated into Balaghat.
Security has been beefed up in all the sensitive places across Chhattisgarh, particularly in the Naxal-hit areas, in the view of Independence Day celebrations on Friday police said. Tight security is being maintained across the state particularly in the insurgency-hit Bastar region to avoid any disturbances by the red rebels during I-day celebrations, a senior police official told PTI. Armed guards have been deployed at all the important government establishments. Additional security arrangements have been made at each district headquarters of Bastar division, comprising Sukma, Dantewada, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Kondagaon, Kanker and Bastar, he added. Besides, patrolling has been intensified in the interior forest pockets and inter-state borders to check suspicious movements, he said.

Maoist Shadow on I-Day, Security Tightened
SAMBALPUR: Apprehending trouble from Maoists, who celebrate Independence Day as Black Flag day, security has been beefed up in the region. DIG (Northern Range), Sanjay Kumar,
Elaborating on the special arrangements, Kumar said in Paikmal of Bargarh district, security has been augmented along the Paikmal-Nuapada road, which was blocked by Maoists by felling trees thereby preventing movement of vehicles. Road opening parties have been deployed and CRPF and SOG teams strategically placed in Gandhamardan hill range led by Deputy Commandant of CRPF. Similar arrangement has also been made in Maoist infested Khaprakhol block by 189th Battalion of the CRPF.
Special deployment has also been made in Shiva temple at Harishankar where a large number of devotees turn up on holidays. Sambalpur SP Prateek Mohanty said CRPF has intensified combing in Maoists affected pockets and ground intelligence has been strengthened. Nuapada SP, Uma Shankar Dash, said security forces have been mobilised in sensitive pockets and steps are in place to ensure that any effort of the Maoists to unfurl black flag is thwarted.
Following a series of exchange of fire between security forces and Maoists in the district, the Red Rebels have been maintaining a low profile. Malkangiri: Massive security arrangements have been put in place in the district, especially in areas where the Minister of State (Ind) for Commerce and Transport, Ramesh Chandra Majhi, will hoist the Tricolour on Friday. In wake of Maoist’s bandh call, security has been scaled up. BSF jawans have been pressed into service to keep vigil at the DNK Ground here and surrounding areas where Majhi will hoist the Tricolour.
Area domination operation has been intensified by BSF, District Voluntary Forces and Special Operation Group jawans in Kalimela, MV-79, Motu, Podia, Chitrakonda, Khairput, Mathili and Govindpali. Vehicles are being frisked at entry and exit points in the district. Koraput: Inspector General of Police (south-western range) Yashwant Jethwa reviewed the security arrangements for the Independence Day with SP of Koraput on Thursday. Areas where National Flags will be hoisted have been sanitised and bomb disposal squads pressed into service. Combing has been intensified in Narayanpatana, Bandhugam, Boipariguda, Potangi, Nandapur, Laxmipur.
Maoists to observe Black Day on August 15
KORAPUT: With Independence Day only three days away, Maoists in Malkangiri district are gearing to observe it as Black Day. Each year on August 15, Maoists celebrate Black Day in protest against the alleged failure of the government in developing the tribal area. According to sources, Maoists along with their hundreds of supporters assembled in the thick forests of Marigeta in Kalimela police limits in the district on Sunday and urged the villagers to cooperate during the observation of Black Day.
“After the meeting, the Maoists took out a rally from Marigeta to Bodigeta raising anti-government slogans. Also, in the meeting the Maoists demanded the withdrawal of central forces from the area and the release of innocent tribals who have been jailed on false Naxal cases,” a source at Kalimela said. Police said the developments were being monitored closely and all necessary security arrangements had been made to thwart any possible Maoist violence. “Keeping in view the Maoists’ observation of Black Day on August 15, elaborate security arrangements have been made across the district. Additional forces have been deployed at a few sensitive areas,” said Malkangiri SP Akhileswar Singh.
As many as 1,034 security force personnel were killed in Maoist attacks in the last five years and seven months, Rajya Sabha was informed on Wednesday.

ITALIA – LA REPRESIÓN ESTATAL NO IMPIDE EL MOVIMENTO CONTRA LA GUERRA IMPERIALISTA Y CONTRA LOS MUOS EN SICILIA – ¡NO PUEDE DETENER LA ACCION DEL PCm ITALIA DENTRO DEL MOVIMIENTO DE MASAS!
NO MUOS: TRAS NUMEROSAS DENUNCIAS, REGISTROS, …

Confront Aquino "cha-cha", second term with intense resistance -- CPP
The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) today called on the Filipino people to confront “with intense resistance” moves to amend the 1987 (Republic of the Philippines) constitution in order to set the stage for a second term or a term extension for Aquino, and other perfidious measures that serve the interests of foreign big capitalists and the ruling clique. In an interview aired last night, Benigno Aquino III outrightly endorsed charter change (chacha) and said he “has to listen” to proposals for him to seek another term in office.
The CPP said Aquino’s interview last night saw him “openly endorsing authoritarianism” when he justified the proposal to amend the 1987 constitution in order to clip the powers of the Supreme Court to prevent it from curtailing the self-claimed powers to realign public funds according to his priorities. “This was an open statement of his ambition to bring back the Marcos-style rule where so-called democratic institutions served as mere facades to his dictatorship.”
“Aquino is, in fact, already largely exercising dictatorial powers in his use of pork barrel money, lump-sum funds and so-called savings to reward the political loyalties of senators, congressmen and local government officials, to ensure that crony businesses are granted government contracts and guaranteed profits and that the interests of foreign big capitalists and the US military are fully served.
“With the pork barrel and Disbursement Accelaration Program (DAP), Aquino has practically reduced the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives to mere rubber stamps,” pointed out the CPP.
“Aquino is an indignant cacique intoxicated with power who is outraged that his prerogatives as the Pork Barrel King have been put to question by the Supreme Court,” said the CPP after Aquino confronted the Supreme Court over its decision against the DAP. “Like his tirades a month ago against the Supreme Court, Aquino is exhibiting his landlord intolerance against those who go against him. After having his taste of power, Aquino is becoming increasingly insatiable, seeking more powers under the false slogan of ‘matuwid na daan’ (righteous road),” said the CPP.
“Aquino’s endorsement of the chacha will pave the way for constitutional amendments to remove the few remaining restrictions against foreign control of the local economy and all-out foreign exploitation of Filipino labor and Philippine national patrimony,” added the CPP. “Aquino’s minions also seek to remove provisions that prohibit the establishment of foreign military bases and facilities.”
“Such constitutional amendments will practically trash Philippine national sovereignty and reduce the country into a wasteland for foreign plunder,” said the CPP.
“It is highly possible that Aquino’s minions will also seek to remove the provisions restricting the Philippine president to one six-year term or some other amendement that will allow him to extend his stay in office,” added the CPP. “Just like Marcos, Aquino claims he is ‘listening to the voice of his boss’ even if this is just a social-media campaign funded by Aquino, his sisters, and their Yellow army of media manipulation specialists.”
“Despite maxxing out funding for such campaigns in response to Kris Aquino’s call for the so-called ‘silent majority’ to speak up, Aquino’s yellow army has only managed to attract a few thousand people on Facebook and Twitter, including the fake accounts generated by their paid hacks. They are having a hard time bringing this campaign out of the internet.”
“The truth is, among the peasants, workers, urban poor, students, ordinary employees and other marginalized sectors, there is no clamor for another Aquino term as they are confronted daily with rising prices, reduced income and increasingly intolerable socio-economic conditions under Aquino’s anti-people and pro-big business rule,” said the CPP.
“Without the possibility of a second or extended term, Aquino is faced with only two future possibilities: he will either be ousted or forced to resign from office; or confront a widespread clamor to hold him accountable and have him imprisoned for his anomalous diversion of billions of funds to favored politicians and businesses,” added the CPP.
“In the face of exposés of graft and the filing of impeachment charges against Aquino and possible criminal charges in the future, Aquino and his coterie of corrupt officials are utterly frightened of the possibility of ending up behind bars as the Filipino people demand accountability and punishment of the bureaucrat capitalists,” said the CPP.
“In endorsing chacha and opening the possibility of a second term, Aquino is stoking the fires of the people’s demand to oust him from power,” said the CPP. “In openly expressing his authoritarian ideas, Aquino is provoking broader resistance against his rule.”

...the conditions in which the vast majority of proletarians labour are as atrocious..It paves the way to revolution...the Maoists will be able to establish and develop Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, realise a new unity of the international communist movement, place it at the van of worldwide people’s struggles and fully unleash and realize the revolutionary potential of the present world.
.... in a world where the misery and deprivation
suffered by billions of people is immensely aggravated by the
prolonging crisis of the imperialist system. Millions have been thrown
out of jobs. Social security is cut down. Growing price rise further
depresses living standards. Medical treatment and higher education
become atrociously expensive. Meanwhile the perpetrators of this
merciless system workout even more vicious anti-people measures, all the
while obnoxiously flaunting their swelling wealth and boasting of
billionaire lists.
.......where immigrant workers are forced to labour as
slaves, where the trafficking of women and children continue to
increase in staggering proportions, where women continue to suffer the
brutality of rape and murder no matter whether its ‘backward’
Afghanistan or ‘advanced’ USA, where minorities are isolated and
suppressed, where the youth are hounded and persecuted, where the
demand for something as minimal as fair wages and living conditions is
cut down with bullets and imprisonment.
.........in the midst of environmental devastations caused by the blind pursuit of profit, in the midst of the rapidly widening chasm of inequality within each society and between imperialist and oppressed countries.
.........in the midst of environmental devastations caused by the blind pursuit of profit, in the midst of the rapidly widening chasm of inequality within each society and between imperialist and oppressed countries.
....Oppression and exploitation generates resistance. And this
resistance grows. This world is witness to the growing wave of class
struggles and popular rebellions in country after country. This is a
world of turmoil. A wide range of forces are being propelled into
struggle against the system. The grooming of the streets is no doubt
insufficient for a radical break, for the building of a new society.
But it opens up tremendous opportunities for connecting with a whole
new generation and winning them over to the revolutionary mission ..... Today the world is marked by
repeated occasions of militant workers struggles, not just in
countries like India or China, but even more so in the citadels of
imperialism. There is every reason for this. For all the tall talk of
the technical wonders of the 21st century, whether in the killing
fields of the garment industry in Bangladesh, the slave labour camps of
Qatar, the labour barracks in China, or the sweat-shops of imperialist
countries, the conditions in which the vast majority of proletarians
labour are as atrocious as those of the 18th century. Meanwhile,
explicitly oppressive methods of control and ever increasing workloads
in the modern centres of wage slavery increasingly suffocate the
proletarians.
....At a different dimension, the ravages of globalisation have deeply marked the oppressed countries. Privatisation and liberalisation have wiped whole sectors of employment and small business. Working conditions, already bad, have become unbearable. This was aggravated by the global crisis. In inverse proportion to the worsening of living conditions of the vast majority, corruption and profit taking by the rulers have reached astronomic peaks. While the miseries of the people multiply, the rulers obstinately pursue grandiose projects eying the fat cuts they will get.
All of this underlies the repeated outbursts of rebellion seen in the world. Business cannot go on as usual. In a certain sense this is true of the imperialists and their lackeys too. Their growing contention amply indicates this.
.....in a world crying out for revolution, for communism; a day for the class conscious proletariat and their vanguard, the Maoists, to take stock of the world transforming mission of the proletariat and the great traditions of proletarian internationalism.
....Today there is no socialist country. Not even a government that can be broadly qualified as progressive, pro people. There is much, much, to be done. But there are also factors that give strength and confidence in pursuing the world emancipatory mission of the proletariat - the clarity of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and the deepening of the struggle against revisionism of all hues including those of the Prachanda-Bhattarai clique and Avakianism, the wave of struggles seen all over the world, the people’s wars in India and the Philippines and its reorganisation or preparation in some other countries, the strengthening of internationalist ties and activities among Maoist parties and organisations.
.....Building on these strengths, the Maoists must creatively develop forms of organisation suitable for orienting the rebellious energy of the streets towards revolution, with the building and strengthening of Maoist parties at its center. They must take up the task of building an international organisation of Maoist parties and organisations. This must be the core of an organised international anti-imperialist front of the proletarians and oppressed peoples. Thus the Maoists will be able to establish and develop Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, realise a new unity of the international communist movement, place it at the van of worldwide people’s struggles and fully unleash and realize the revolutionary potential of the present world.

India - 'top policemen have conceded that they were “using” the TPC and People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) in their fight against the CPI(Maoist)
Central eye on warring rebel outfits
Ranchi, Aug. 10: Jharkhand is a “very confused state” lacking political will and direction to solve the Left-wing extremism (LWE) crisis, senior security adviser to Union home ministry K. Vijay Kumar said in the wake of the Maoist carnage that killed 16 alleged Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) members in Palamau on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. The incident assumes national importance as Prime Minister Narendra Modi will possibly visit the state on August 21.
According to sources, Union home minister Rajnath Singh held discussions yesterday on the “situation” with former chief minister Arjun Munda and other senior BJP leaders from Jharkhand who had assembled in New Delhi for the party’s national council meeting. Kumar, also the former director-general of Central Reserve Police Force, told The Telegraph over phone that the infighting among rebel groups to gain local supremacy was a kind of “civil war”. Off the record, top policemen have conceded that they were “using” the TPC and People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) in their fight against the CPI(Maoist). Kumar candidly said this was a bad idea.
“I have categorically pointed it out before Jharkhand police and administration that the enemy’s enemy is not your friend. For the simple reason that more than 50 per cent LWE violence is concerned with rebel factions like PLFI and TPC, among others,” Kumar said. On August 4, on the floor of the Assembly during the monsoon session, chief minister Hemant Soren alleged that the TPC and PLFI in 2004 had been formed/supported by then director-general of police V.D. Ram, currently a BJP MP from Palamau, whose impact was being felt by the state. Ram denounced the allegations, saying he had given a proposal to state to ban such organisations and the chief minister was being misled. Munda defended his party colleague strongly.
“Instead of indulging in frivolous blame-game, the chief minister should take bold actions. He has made a mockery of the entire official machinery. Why should a commoner trust his government if the rebels regularly keep updating the mass media with their latest exploits?” he told The Telegraph. As the home ministry’s security adviser at the Centre, Kumar refused to comment on Hemant’s words. But prodded, he only said it spoke volumes for the way things were going on in the state. Vishrampur (Palamau) police reached Choti Kauriya village, where 16 alleged TPC rebels were gunned down, almost 12 hours after the incident, even though the thana is just 15km from the spot. Police could not even get hold of the corpses.
Villagers said a TPC squad took away the bodies on a tractor on Saturday morning. The Maoists have reportedly claimed responsibility for the killings, saying they avenged the incident of March 27, 2013. Then, the TPC reportedly killed 10 CPI(Maoist) rebels in Kunda area of Chatra district. The entire gory incident shows the situation in the hinterland where police appear helpless in the face of infighting between rebel groups. While the TPC has emerged as the main force to counter the CPI(Maoist) in Palamau, Chatra, Latehar and Garhwa, PLFI rules the roost in Khunti, Ranchi, Gumla, Simdega and Lohardaga.
However, director-general of police (DGP) Rajeev Kumar stressed that their anti-rebel operations had intensified and there were no lapses on their part in the gang war for supremacy between the CPI (Maoist) and Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) outfits in Vishrampur. “The case is simple. The Maoists have avenged the murders of their comrades. Our job now is to nab the culprits. We are doing our best,” DGP Kumar told The Telegraph.
Adding that the TPC took away the bodies, he said the police recovered only slippers, items of daily use, bloodstains and empty cartridges from the site on Saturday. “We are not omnipresent. We carefully verify every tip-off and take appropriate action. In this case, no one informed us that the rebels had ventured inside the village. How do we know certain rebels have entered a remote village on a dark night?” he asked. The DGP also chose to keep silent over Hemant’s “patronage” remark against former police boss and present BJP MP Ram. Instead, he said: “We deal with all rebel groups with an iron hand. Stray incidents do not mean that people have lost faith in the police.”

Las nuevas palabras del viejo electoralismo caduco.

"No olvidar jamas la lucha de clases"
Mao Tse-tung.

of Slai Cobas Palermo and political militant of the proletari
comunisti Circle.
The judge for preliminary investigations of Gela, Fabrizio Molinari, has issued an "Order of application of personal precautionary measure" that "prescribes to these suspects do not reside in the City of Niscemi and not access it without the permission of the judge that is proceeding".

The bourgeois state,
which uses the repression in many forms to safeguard their own power
interests, especially in specific stages, is timely in the fight
against those who fight having the clear goal - within the modern
fascism that advances – of attacking struggling movements in
advance like No Muos in this case: we are going is in fact towards
the new event in Niscemi August 9, one year after the big event on 9
August 2013, in which thousands of protesters, young people, male and
female workers, the elderly, families with children ... marched up to
the American base, invading it to protest against the installation of
this deadly antenna, to the dismantling of those already on the place
for years all around Niscemi, to claim not only the right to health
of everyone who lives in Sicily against environmental pollution and
related diseases caused by these MUOStri to the population, but also
to reaffirm loudly that people do not want to be accomplices of the
tools that governments such as the U.S., with the open support of the
Italian government, from the highest pinnacle up to the leaders of
the region, such as Crocetta, President turncoat, use for their
imperialist wars of plunder and destruction targeted exclusively to
maintain control of different parts of the world to increase the
profit of capital.
And even more so we
cry these days, tragically marked by the innocent blood that is
pouring the Palestinian people due to the action of a real
extermination put in place by the Nazi State of Israel continuously
provided their tools of war by the U.S., and by other governments
such as Italian.
The actual
illegality and the "serious and alarming threat to the security
and public order," as the ordinance, are not those of the masses
who are fighting against the instruments of death of the imperialist
war and in defense of the general conditions of life , but those of
this bourgeois state and its governments shift in complicity with
other imperialist countries like the U.S., who lord on our land,
including thorough the installation of Muos!
These are
Governments increasingly delegitimized because more and more are part
of a real criminal caste with an endless arrogance, they are the real
danger to social cohesion, not those who fight Muos more than
rightly; as well as other movements in the order listed: "No-Tav,
NO Dal Molin-, NO-RADAR Sardinia, NO-LANDFILL, NO-BRIDGE, NO-TRIV,
Association Rita Atria." The judiciary instrumentally, in this
case too, try to divide the protesters into "bad" to
isolate and the good to not "stir up ... in the direction of
pernicious forms of extreme protest...".
Who embodies the
true and alarming threat to social cohesion are the responsible for
rising unemployment, job insecurity, poverty, deaths at work, general
liveliness, those are the same as when they run in the "justice"
are treated in yellow gloves instead, these governments and bourgeois
institutions are those for which the life of the masses does not
count for anything, and that just for this reason must have THEM the
"prohibition of residence in the society" and not those who
fight to defend basic rights such as those enabling conditions of
life worthy of the name.
They are full of
illusions if they think that the repressive measures such as these
can stop the fight, because now, as always, repression does not stop
but feeds the right and necessary rebellion!
