To the World Proletariat and its Oppressed Peoples;
The
majority of the world's population is struggling with famine and
poverty among the wheels of the imperialist-capitalist exploitation
system. Fascist and reactionary bourgeois dictatorships, which are the
guarantee of the existence and continuity of the imperialist-capitalist
system, continue their aggression against peoples in all geographies of
the world uninterruptedly and barbarously.
The
greatest fear of the imperialists and their lackeys is that the
accumulated anger of the proletariat and working people against the
increasing poverty, unbearable living conditions and fascist-reactionary
oppression will meet with the vanguard forces guided by the
Marxist-Leninist-Maoist ideology. In India, the imperialist masters and
the Indian ruling classes are experiencing exactly such a fear because;
The Communist Party of India (Maoist) is expanding and developing the
People's War in this geography, which has the second largest population
in the world and where poverty and inequality are at the highest levels.
Its imperialist masters and Indian fascism are struggling in vain to
prevent and destroy the People's War that developed under the leadership
of the CPI (Maoist). In the past years, the People's War was tried to
be destroyed with comprehensive extermination operations under the name
of "Operation Green Hunt", massacres were carried out against the
people, but the CPI (Maoist) was able to stop this wave of attacks. The
ruling classes of India, with the fascist Modi government, once again
took action to destroy the ongoing People's War under the leadership of
the CPI (Maoist).
In
September, clashes intensified between the Indian state, which
increased its military aggression under the name Prahar-3, and the
guerrillas of the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) led by the
CPI (Maoist). One of these clashes took place on November 3, 2021,
within the borders of Garapatti of the Mardhitola Forest of the
Gadchiroli District of Maharashtra. In this conflict, Comrade Deepak
(Milind Bapurao Teltumde) and 26 of our comrades, a member of the CPI
(Maoist) Central Committee, were immortalized. The memories of our
comrades, who became immortal on the path of the People's War, will shed
light on our struggle for communism.
The
CPI (Maoist) called for a strike and resistance against the anti-people
aggression carried out under the name of the Prahar-3 operation. CPI
(Maoist) guerrillas respond to this wave of fascist aggression with
their counterattacks and inflict serious losses on the Indian military
forces. The CPI (Maoist) leadership and people's fighters are able and
will do so by nullifying this aggression and developing the People's
War. As the international proletariat and the oppressed toiling peoples,
it is our duty and responsibility to stand by the right struggle of the
CPI (Maoist) and the workers and laboring people of India. The war and
struggle of the comrades of the CPI (Maoist), who raised the flag of MLM
with the People's War, is the war of all MLM powers in the world. Our
proletarian international consciousness requires that we see and embrace
the People's War in India as a march of revolution and communism.
As
TKP/ML, we support the People's War led by our comrades party CPI
(Maoist) against the Prahar-3 operations of the reactionary-fascist
state of India, and we believe that the war of the Indian People, led by
our CPI (Maoist) comrades, will continue uninterruptedly and will
triumph.
We
call on the call for international support against the attacks of the
Indian fascist state, announced by the CPI (Maoist) Central Committee in
November 2021, to respond to this call, especially the MLM forces from
all over the world, and to show solidarity with the ongoing People's War
in India!
