Jose Maria Sison (JMS), or Ka Joma (8 Feb 1939 – 16 Dec 2022), is an exemplary Filipino revolutionary who contributed his life to the national democratic revolution as a guide, torch bearer, beloved warrior and comrade, proletarian internationalist – his insight providing clarity of vision and purpose through different rectification movements upholding the proletarian line of the Party and contributing to the world proletarian revolution. In this he was always in service to the people.

Our online program is made up of speakers and cultural performances that speak to how Ka Joma’s writings and steadfast example have influenced their lives, the Filipino movement specifically, and the world proletarian revolution.
