On May 28, Carrefour will hold its General Assembly in Paris, and it’s our moment to turn up the pressure. From May 21- 28, human rights and solidarity activists across the world are mobilizing for the #BoycottCarrefour Global Week of Action.    Join them and demand the multinational retailer to end its complicity with Israel’s genocidal regime of settler colonialism, apartheid and military occupation against Palestinians! ­

Why target Carrefour? Carrefour supports occupation: their franchise partners operate in illegal Israeli settlements, profiting from the theft of Palestinian land and resources.   Carrefour enables genocide: during Israel's ongoing massacres in Gaza, Carrefour Israel sent "care packages" to Israeli soldiers, publicly showing solidarity with those carrying out war crimes.

Across the world, grassroots groups are organizing actions in front of Carrefour stores: disrupting business as usual, informing shoppers about the company’s complicity, and urging them to boycott.   Find or organize an action near you. Deliver a protest letter in person, send an email, or call your local Carrefour store to demand they end their complicity.   We’ve already proven that BDS pressure works: following a powerful grassroots campaign, Carrefour's partner in the Arab world, Majid Al Futtaim, cut ties with the brand in Jordan and Oman. Carrefour's 2024 net profits also dropped by 50% compared to 2023.   Let’s build on that momentum — and make it global.
