Dear comrades,
We address our proletarian, red and internationalist salute to your meeting.
Turkey is one of the main countries of the world, an important node of the three contradictions -the one between bourgeoisie and proletariat, that between imperialism and oppressed peoples and the inter-imperialist contradiction- that characterize the capitalist mode of production in the era of imperialism and proletarian revolution defined by Lenin.
Great hopes of the world proletarian revolution are entrusted to the revolutionary struggle of the proletariat and the people’s masses of Turkey.
It means that great hopes are entrusted today to the role of a marxist-leninist-maoist Party, as proletarian vanguard and central nucleus of the struggle of all the people of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan.
The historical function of the Communist Party in Turkey in the current era had a new beginning with the birth of the TKP/ML, led by comrade Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, in 1972, in the wake of the struggle against modern revisionism and the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, which is still a beacon of the Turkish and international communist movement.

These 53 years are a history of fighting, years of revolutionary martyrs , years of political and war prisoners locked up in the dark prisons of the regimes that succeeded in Turkey at the service of imperialism, up to the current fascist Erdogan’s regime.
We have always appreciated the Marxist-Leninist history of the Party, the adoption of Maoism, as the third and current stage of the only revolutionary science produced by the proletariat, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
We support the goal of the New Democratic Revolution and the strategy of the protracted people's war, as part of the world proletarian revolution
Today we are in the midst of the deepening crisis of imperialism, the sharpening of the inter-imperialist contradictions that are dragging the world into a new world imperialist war.
Turkey is at the heart of this process, the orientation and political and practical action of the Turkish communists in this context are fundamental, as well as the autonomy of the proletarians and people from all imperialists in dispute, the struggle against the main enemy, US/NATO imperialism, the support for the genuine resistance of the proletariat and the oppressed masses.
All Marxist-Leninist-Maoist forces, Parties and Organizations have to unite to fulfil international and national tasks together.
A unity based on Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, the intransigent struggle against revisionism and, as a secondary enemy, the sectarian, ideologist and purely propagandistic petty bourgeois currents that use Maoism as a vehicle of division to impose factionalism.
We think that the Turkish Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communists, together with the Parties currently leading the people's wars, first and foremost the Communist Party of India (Maoist) have a great role in uniting what someone tries to divide, to establish in fact the path of the people's war and the proletarian revolution.
Comrades,
the relationship between our Party in Italy and your Party iare important and must become more and more solid, though in an atmosphere of frankness on the issues in which we may still have differences. We think we have much to learn from the ideological, theoretical and political history of the Turkish communists. At the same time, we put at your service our historical experience which comes from the contribution of Antonio Gramsci and the Communist Party, the great epic of the anti-fascist Resistance in Italy, our tenacity and hard battle from the 70s up today for a new Communist Party as advanced detachment of the working class, leading their daily and general struggles in function of the class and revolutionary war for workers' power, the dictatorship of the proletariat in an imperialist country that, in this historical era would be a strategic outpost of the world proletarian revolution.
Let us unite in the struggle gainst the Imperialist War, Reaction, Fascism, Repression, Poverty and Oppression
