"In
October 2021 the Indian military, in collaboration with the
Chhattisgarh state police, launched the repressive campaign Prahar-3.
Prahar-3 is a continuation of Prahar, which was launched in 2020 with
the goal of exterminating the maoist movement in the region.
The
Indian state wages war against the masses, in particular the
casteless dalits and aboriginal adivasis, who comprise
the largest base for the people’s war. In Operation Green Hunt,
which lasted from 2009 to 2014, the state did not hold back on its
atrocities toward the masses. Democrats, human rights activists,
environmentalists and friends of the people’s war in India and the
rest of the world, exposed the genocidal nature of the campaign and
fought to stop it.
The
International Committee to Support the People’s War in India
(ICSPWI) has declared November 24th to be an international day of
action against Prahar-3, in support of the People’s War. November
24th marks the 10 years anniversary of the murder on Comrade
Kishenji, a member of the Politbureau of CPI(maoist). The Central
Committee of the Indian party encourages every democrat,
anti-imperialist and friend of the People’s War to support this
initiative and make the day of action a success.
The
People’s War in India is a just war; it is a war to liberate the
masses from feudalism and imperialism and to establish New Democracy.
The reactionaries’ war against the masses is an unjust war; a war
to maintain feudal relations and imperialist exploitation of the
masses.
The
Revolutionary Communists support the initiative of the ICSPWI, and we
encourage comrades to participate in actions on November 24th. The
People’s War in India is an inseparable part of the proletarian
world revolution; a shining example of the principle «dare to
struggle, dare to win». It is our duty as internationalists to give
our full support to the fighting comrades when they ask for
solidarity.
Red
salutes to the People’s War and the Communist Party of India
(maoist)!
Death
to the fascist Modi regime1
Stop
Prahar-3!
The
National Leadership of the Revolutionary Communists (maoist groups)"
