Editors’ Note: The following is a statement from the Communist Party of India (Maoist) calling for an international day of action against the military campaign known as Operation Prahaar, carried out by Narendra Modi, the fascist president of India, under the direction of imperialist powers. The campaign is directed against the People’s War in India led by CPI (Maoist) which mobilizes the oppressed masses for a revolution to overthrow the old Indian state.
