Support for the path of people's war and solidarity with the CPI (Maoist) against the policy of surrender
Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation (Maoist) strongly and unconditionally expresses solidarity with the Communist Party of India (Maoist)—who are steadfastly and uncompromisingly committed to the revolutionary path of long-term people's war. At a time when the tide of reaction is rising across the world and India's expansionist fascism is intensifying its war on the oppressed masses—especially Muslims, tribals, Dalits, farmers, women and workers—the CPI (Maoist) remains a shining beacon of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist resistance.
We salute all the revolutionary martyrs and workers who have sacrificed their all in the struggle for a new democratic India free from the shackles of fascism, feudalism, crony capitalism and imperialism. The party’s uncompromising stance on class struggle, armed revolution, bilateral struggle and democracy is not only for the liberation politics of South Asia but also has profound historical significance.
We strongly reject and condemn all those revisionist, compromise and capitulationist statements and proposals—which some so-called rebel groups are trying to mislead the revolutionary process under the guise of “strategic objections” or “peaceful alternatives”. These lines are not misjudgments—they are betrayals of the people, the martyrs and Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
In Kashmir, we see a deep similarity between our national liberation struggle and the brutal repression of the state in the eastern part of India. From Bastar to Kupwara—the state is the same, the bullets are the same, Modi’s Hindu fascism is the same, and the corporate-military nexus is the same—which is looting the people and crushing the resistance.
We call upon all revolutionary student, youth and workers’ organizations—to increase theoretical clarity, preserve the legacy of people’s war and expose all forms of revisionism.
Long live the CPI (Maoist)!
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Destruction of capitulationism and extremism!
Long live workers’ internationalism!
People’s war is the path to liberation!

جموں کشمیر نیشنل سٹوڈنٹس فیڈریشن (ماؤسٹ) کمیونسٹ پارٹی آف انڈیا (ماؤسٹ) کے ساتھ مضبوطی اور غیر مشروط طور پر یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتی ہے - جو ثابت قدمی اور غیر سمجھوتہ کے ساتھ طویل المدتی عوامی جنگ کے انقلابی راستے پر کاربند ہیں۔ ایک ایسے وقت میں جب دنیا بھر میں ردعمل کی لہر اٹھ رہی ہے اور ہندوستان کا توسیع پسند فاشزم مظلوم عوام خصوصاً مسلمانوں، قبائلیوں، دلتوں، کسانوں، خواتین اور مزدوروں کے خلاف اپنی جنگ کو تیز کر رہا ہے، سی پی آئی (ماؤسٹ) مارکسسٹ-لیننسٹ-ماؤسٹ مزاحمت کا ایک چمکتا ہوا مینار بنی ہوئی ہے۔
ہم ان تمام انقلابی شہیدوں اور کارکنوں کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے فسطائیت، جاگیرداری، کرونی سرمایہ داری اور سامراج کے طوق سے آزاد ایک نئے جمہوری ہندوستان کی جدوجہد میں اپنا سب کچھ قربان کر دیا۔ طبقاتی جدوجہد، مسلح انقلاب، دو طرفہ جدوجہد اور جمہوریت پر پارٹی کا غیر سمجھوتہ کرنے والا موقف نہ صرف جنوبی ایشیا کی آزادی کی سیاست کے لیے ہے بلکہ اس کی گہری تاریخی اہمیت بھی ہے۔
ہم ان تمام نظرثانی، سمجھوتہ اور سر تسلیم خم کرنے والے بیانات اور تجاویز کو سختی سے مسترد کرتے ہیں اور ان کی مذمت کرتے ہیں- جو کچھ نام نہاد باغی گروپ "اسٹرٹیجک اعتراضات" یا "پرامن متبادل" کی آڑ میں انقلابی عمل کو گمراہ کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ سطریں غلط فہمیاں نہیں ہیں - یہ عوام، شہیدوں اور مارکسزم-لیننزم-ماؤزم کے ساتھ غداری ہیں۔
کشمیر میں ہم اپنی قومی آزادی کی جدوجہد اور ہندوستان کے مشرقی حصے میں ریاست کے وحشیانہ جبر کے درمیان گہری مماثلت دیکھتے ہیں۔ بستر سے کپواڑہ تک ریاست وہی ہے، گولیاں وہی ہیں، مودی کا ہندو فاشزم وہی ہے، اور کارپوریٹ ملٹری گٹھ جوڑ وہی ہے جو عوام کو لوٹ رہا ہے اور مزاحمت کو کچل رہا ہے۔
ہم تمام انقلابی طلباء، نوجوانوں اور محنت کشوں کی تنظیموں سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ نظریاتی وضاحت میں اضافہ کریں، عوامی جنگ کی وراثت کو محفوظ رکھیں اور ہر طرح کی نظرثانی کو بے نقاب کریں۔
