We adhere to the resolution passed by M-L-M parties in May first, 2012. We are thankful to Maoist Road weblog which serves for a call to unity of M-L-M parties and organizations. We believe that to achieve the ultimate goal of a new international to wage the world people’s war successfully, there is urgent need of creating an embryonic center for Maoist parties. RIM was partially such a center, but, the dominance of Avakianist trend, and then, Prachandist revisionism, led it towards dissolution. To day, there is no room for such revisionist trends in new international Maoist center. There is no space for post-Maoism of Avakian, or revisionism of Prachanda in World Communist Movement. Those parties whom feel sympathy for such revisionist roads, are also revisionists, and are not apt to be included in new international communist center. So, we stand for reconstruction of the world communist movement within a new international center based in Maoism. To unite the world communist movement, it is necessary to uphold, and defend chairman Gonzalo’s contribution to Marxism. So, we stand for an international based in unity of Maoist Parties and organizations, and we stand for Chairman Gonzalo, as center of unity of world Maoists. He is the greatest living Marxist-Leninist-Maoist in the world, and Gonzalo Thought, gives much serious points to international line of communist Maoist parties and organizations. So, there will be no new and serious communist center without reference to Chairman Gonzalo and his all-powerful thought. PCP today still is the banner of people’s war internationally. So, active participation of that party is the need of the day. We ask from that party, as it shared in RIM, must also share in new international communist center, as a red fraction. Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, as scientific ideology of international proletariat, must be upheld, defended and applied by all members of this new center. Our organization is only for people’s war. So, we only recognize Maoism, and we reject all revisionism and reformist trends which falsely call themselves communists!

We believe that some of the participants of new international communist center may still adhere some elements of Avakianist dominant line of previous center (RIM). So, a two lines struggle within the new center must be waged from the beginning. This can only be done if we uphold Maoism. It was chair Man Gonzalo who formulated Maoism, so he has given the greatest and all true interpretation of Maoism. So, red line of chairman Gonzalo, which is nothing than Maoism itself, must be upheld and waged in new international communist center.
