Pamphlets and posters in the name of Maoists appear on the Andhra-Odisha border
The banned CPI (Maoist) is trying to regain its foothold in Agency areas of the district, if pamphlets and posters that have surfaced recently are any indication. The propaganda literature, in Odiya, was reportedly found on the Andhra-Odisha border four days ago. There has been a lull in Maoist activity in the district for quite some time now. But there was apprehension among police that they would resort to violence during the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) week, which concluded on December 8. Continue reading

Unite, Fight Back and Defeat “OGH – Third Phase” Of the Fascist Modi Government
The Sangh Parivar sponsored, Modi led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government that came to power by criticising several of UPA’s policies is not only aggressively pursuing all the pro-imperialist and pro-corporate policies of UPA-1 and 2, but is also surpassing them, vying for the post of ‘best comprador ever’ from the imperialists. It is taking up aggressive moves to sell-out the country shamelessly in the name of developing it by bringing in as much FDI as possible (the goal being 100%) into several key sectors including defence, railways, insurance, banking, media and into those sectors that are still untouched directly due to resistance of the people and contradictions within the ruling classes. The Modi led NDA government has once again bared its anti-working class stance with the recent amendments to the labor laws. In the first week of September, 2014 it brought amendments to The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947; The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970; The Factories Act, 1948; The Apprentices Act, 1961, and Trade Unions Act. Narendra Singh Tomar, the Central labor minister announced these without batting an eyelid as if he is a minister responsible for the welfare of the factory owners and not the laborers. These amendments were done with the single purpose of super-exploitation of the workers, to increase the super profits of the imperialist and Indian corporations that are pouncing like vultures for the blood and flesh of our working people. Shatter the shackles of imperialism and feudalism, Destroy this rotten system !
Build your future and that of the country with your own hands !
Dear people,
Warmest greetings to you from the Communist Party of India (Maoist) on the occasion of its 10th founding anniversary.
Ten years ago, we came before you to announce a joyous event – the merger of two revolutionary streams. A single Maoist party, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) was formed on the 21st of September, 2004, to shoulder the tasks of revolution. Today we place before you an account of these momentous years. It has been a decade of heroic struggle and sacrifices by the best daughters and sons of this land. Nearly two thousand and five hundred of them, from Dandakaranya (Chattisgarh), Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Maharashtra, Odisha, Paschim Banga, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Asom, laid down their precious lives. They include hundreds of great leaders of the revolution, from the topmost level of our party to its basic levels. Scores of valiant fighters of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army shed their blood in battle with the oppressor’s mercenaries. Many among the masses too made the highest sacrifice. The first goal of international delegation is to meet the challenge by the Indian regime and launch on turn our challenge.
Imperialism and Indian regime attacked the ICSPWI and all the international solidarity with People’s War, urging the European governments to put an end to its activities, we will respond continuing and intensifying the actions in each country and, internationally, rising the stake with the challenge of the Delegation.
The Delegation will be there to expose all crimes of Indian regime and demand to put an end to them.
It will demand the release of GN Saibaba and all other people’s political prisoners.
It will demand the respect of all people’s rights: for workers, peasants, women, adivasis, dalits, strdents, progressive scholars and intellectuals.
It will demand political freedoms for all the oppositions, including the Maoists.
It will shout that as long as there is oppression, it is right to rebel and so we are in solidarity with all people’s movements
It will claim the solidarity with all democratic intellectuals, personalities and organizations having these positions in India
International delegation collects representatives from about 10 countries in a mix of well known personalities in the world of democrats and solidarity and social, mainly, and political, internationalist activists well known to the masses and committed in the campaigns of support and solidarity.
All comrades and organisations who want to come in Delegation should send their availability as soon as possible to:
