Foreign Languages Press - marxist-leninist-maoist books - it needs to read them !

FLP-MLM banner facebook 02.22 Dear Comrades, It’s been a long time since we sent a newsletter! The last few months had us busy doing day-to day-work and focused on time-consuming projects, but we did release six books that were announced on social media. For those of you who aren’t on Twitter/Facebook, here’s a summary of what was released so far: In March, we released the second volume of the CPC Documents; Stalin’s Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR with Mao’s study notes; A Commentary on the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church; and the large print edition of ARAK – Activist Study. The second volume of the Documents of the CPC – The Great Debate covers the main open letters and articles that were published in 1963 and 1964, with an appendix of the different CPSU responses. We decided to publish Stalin’s Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR together with Mao’s commentary/study notes, as a way to have access to a deeper understanding of the text and the economic problems of socialism—both in a general and specific sense. The Christians for National Liberation (CNL) in the Philippines published A Commentary on the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church earlier this year for domestic distribution, in part to commemorate their 50th Anniversary. As part of the National Democratic Front, CNL provides a Maoist analysis of Christian morality and actions. As the large-print edition of the MLM Basic Course was well-received, we will continue to release the other books in this collection. ARAK – Activist Study is the second such book, which we hope will enable readers with visual impairment to more easily access this text, which includes Mao’s Five Golden Rays, along with commentary and analysis from the Filipino movement. Finally, in February we also released two books in Spanish, both first translations of books that are already classics of the revolutionary theory. La Estrategia para la Liberación de Palestina (FPLP) Repensar el socialismo: ¿Qué es la transición socialista? (Deng-yuan Hsu y Pao-yu Ching) Spanish2New We also would like to thank all the comrades who have supported us in the last few months on Patreon, as well as those who have continuously supported us for years. Some major projects, such as the translations of Ho Chi Minh’s works and our ongoing work on Mao Zedong’s Selected Works, are made possible thanks to these donations. As expected, contradictions in the world continue to intensify. We hope that our work can contribute to helping comrades to go towards a dialectical understanding in order to act. In Continued Struggle, Foreign Languages Press
