Fight oppression, exploitation, and discrimination against women worldwide!
Around the world, more and more people are standing up against fascism, war, the dismantling of social achievements, and the offensive of exploitation in the workplace. Many women in the US took part in the resistance against Trump's ICE terror groups in bitter cold. He had to withdraw them. Over the past three years, around 30 million people have demonstrated against the genocide in Gaza by the Israeli government. In workplaces and among young people, too, protests against layoffs, precarious employment, and for a future without exploitation and oppression are on the rise.
It is no coincidence that women are at the forefront of the protests. They face multiple forms of oppression, exploitation, and deprivation in our society.
This is exacerbated by disasters such as wars, natural disasters such as floods, forest fires, etc. These often lead to the displacement of people, women, and children who, in their flee from one country to another, are confronted with the challenges of migration and exposed to the hatred of rising fascism, racism, rape, and violence.
Gender-based violence and murders are on the rise again in some countries, such as Brazil.
Even in countries that appear stable and free of war, women workers are exposed to exploitation by monopoly capital in their workplaces on a daily basis. They are particularly affected because of their gender and often also because of their skin color, contrary to all modern labor and human rights laws.
Women find it difficult to find jobs in various industries because their male colleagues are given preference in hiring. Even when they are hired, they are rarely considered for promotions and usually receive significantly lower wages and salaries from the outset.
The International Automotive Workers' Coordination adopted several resolutions at its recent 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference in Pune, India, in November 2025. We have declared that we will fight, resist, and denounce exploitation and discrimination, e.g., based on gender in the workplace or sexism, in every corporation and company.
