KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Police on Thursday arrested Chiranjivi Dhakal, the
chairperson of the All Nepal National Independent Students’ Union
(Revolutionary), the student wing of outlawed Netra Bikram Chand-led
Nepal Communist Party.
A team of police from Metropolitan Police Crime Division (MPCD)
arrested Dhakal from Sundhara earlier today. Dhakal was arrested and
subsequently released in May last year.
Four others have also been detained along with Dhakal. However, the police have not disclosed their identities.
SSP Sahakul Thapa at the MPCD said that they have launched investigation against them.

Continúa la represión contra los miembros del Partido Comunista de Nepal, que dirige el camarada Blipav. Según informa la prensa nepalí la policía arrestó el pasado jueves 13 de febrero a Chiranjivi Dhakal, presidente del Sindicato Nacional de Estudiantes Independientes de Nepal (Revolucionario), el ala estudiantil del ilegalizado Partido Comunista de Nepal, liderado por Netra Bikram Chand.
El camarada Dhakal estubiera ya arrestado y puesto en libertad en mayo del 2019.
Junto a él se ha detenido a otras cuatro personas.
