Comrade Gonzalo, the leader of Communist Party of Peru, has been languishing in the dungeon since September 12, 1992 until today. The Peruvian reactionary government seems to conspire to kill in jail Comrade Gonzalo, who is suffering from multiple complex diseases, by using mental and physical torture all through his life.Comrade.

In compliance with the US imperialism and arrested on September 12, 1992, by the Peruvian reactionary government, from Lima, the capital city of Peru, Comrade Gonzalo has been languishing in the dungeon until today. He has been denied of publicly meeting anyone yet. The Peruvian reactionary government seems to conspire to kill in jail Comrade Gonzalo, who is suffering from multiple complex diseases, by using mental and physical torture all through his life.
